Na ženi nema važnije do toga da je čista i uredna, posebice njena kosa.

Ali godinama se vode rasprave  o tome koliko često bismo trebali prati kosu i je li je bolje prati češće ili rjeđe te je li istina da je se nikako ne bi smjelo prati svaki dan.

Iako postoji mnogo savjeta o idealnom rasporedu šamponiranja i pranja i sve to u rasponu od svakog dana pa do jednom svakih nekoliko tjedana, dermatolozi kažu da sve ovisi o vašem tipu kose. Prema njihovom mišljenju, zapravo ne postoji jedan točan odgovor, piše Index.

Koliko često bi trebali prati kosu ovisi prvenstveno o stanju kose, ali i aktivnostima kojima se osoba bavila.

Iako nikad nije potvrđeno da je svakodnevno pranje kose štetno za njezino zdravlje, činjenica jest da pretjerano tretiranje može uzrokovati suhoću vlasišta te iritacije na tjemenu. Upravo zbog toga većina dermatologa preporučuje da, ako je ikako moguće, ne perete kosu svaki dan, a ako već morate, da pritom koristite prirodne šampone koji ne sadrže štetne sulfate.

-Ako imate suhu kosu ili osjetljivo vlasište, sigurno možete odgoditi pranje kose prema potrebi. Neki ljudi peru kosu svaki dan, dok je drugi peru svakih jedan do dva tjedna. Sve je stvar osobnih preferencija”, smatra dermatolog Joshua Zeichner, objavio je piše Index.

Također nije dobro ni stavljati previše šampona jer onda umjesto da odmastite vlasište vi ga dodatno zamastite. Frizeri preporučuju da je za pranje dovoljno nanijeti šampona u veličini kovanice od pet kuna.

Na ženi nema važnije do toga da je čista i uredna, posebice njena kosa.

Ali godinama se vode rasprave  o tome koliko često bismo trebali prati kosu i je li je bolje prati češće ili rjeđe te je li istina da je se nikako ne bi smjelo prati svaki dan.

Iako postoji mnogo savjeta o idealnom rasporedu šamponiranja i pranja i sve to u rasponu od svakog dana pa do jednom svakih nekoliko tjedana, dermatolozi kažu da sve ovisi o vašem tipu kose. Prema njihovom mišljenju, zapravo ne postoji jedan točan odgovor, piše Index.

Koliko često bi trebali prati kosu ovisi prvenstveno o stanju kose, ali i aktivnostima kojima se osoba bavila.

Iako nikad nije potvrđeno da je svakodnevno pranje kose štetno za njezino zdravlje, činjenica jest da pretjerano tretiranje može uzrokovati suhoću vlasišta te iritacije na tjemenu. Upravo zbog toga većina dermatologa preporučuje da, ako je ikako moguće, ne perete kosu svaki dan, a ako već morate, da pritom koristite prirodne šampone koji ne sadrže štetne sulfate.

-Ako imate suhu kosu ili osjetljivo vlasište, sigurno možete odgoditi pranje kose prema potrebi. Neki ljudi peru kosu svaki dan, dok je drugi peru svakih jedan do dva tjedna. Sve je stvar osobnih preferencija”, smatra dermatolog Joshua Zeichner, objavio je piše Index.

Također nije dobro ni stavljati previše šampona jer onda umjesto da odmastite vlasište vi ga dodatno zamastite. Frizeri preporučuju da je za pranje dovoljno nanijeti šampona u veličini kovanice od pet kuna.

Na ženi nema važnije do toga da je čista i uredna, posebice njena kosa.

Ali godinama se vode rasprave  o tome koliko često bismo trebali prati kosu i je li je bolje prati češće ili rjeđe te je li istina da je se nikako ne bi smjelo prati svaki dan.

Iako postoji mnogo savjeta o idealnom rasporedu šamponiranja i pranja i sve to u rasponu od svakog dana pa do jednom svakih nekoliko tjedana, dermatolozi kažu da sve ovisi o vašem tipu kose. Prema njihovom mišljenju, zapravo ne postoji jedan točan odgovor, piše Index.

Koliko često bi trebali prati kosu ovisi prvenstveno o stanju kose, ali i aktivnostima kojima se osoba bavila.

Iako nikad nije potvrđeno da je svakodnevno pranje kose štetno za njezino zdravlje, činjenica jest da pretjerano tretiranje...
