Mnogi od nas peru rublje na 30 ili 40 stupnjeva smatrajući da je visoka temperatura nepotrebna jer odjeću nosimo samo nekoliko puta pa želimo izbjeći uništavanje tkanine čestim pranjem na visokim temperaturama, no mikrobiolozi kažu da smo jako u krivu, piše glassrpske.com.
Temperatura od 30 stupnjeva posebno je opasna, kažu, jer mnoge bakterije, pa tako i Escherichia coli, lako prežive te temperature.

S druge strane, temperatura od 40 stupnjeva je granica što se tiče ubijanja bakterija, pa mikrobiolozi kažu da ako želite biti potpuno sigurni, uvijek birajte temperaturu od najmanje 60 stupnjeva.
Naravno, i dalje vrijedi pravilo da donje rublje, ručnike, posteljinu i kuhinjske krpe perete na minimalno 90 stupnjeva, savjetuje struka.
Uvijek je dobro koristiti manje deterdženta, a više dodataka u obliku sode bikarbone, octa ili limuna, koje će pojačati bjelinu rublja i pomoći uspješnije otkloniti mrlje.

S druge strane, temperatura od 40 stupnjeva je granica što se tiče ubijanja bakterija, pa mikrobiolozi kažu da ako želite biti potpuno sigurni, uvijek birajte temperaturu od najmanje 60 stupnjeva.
Naravno, i dalje vrijedi pravilo da donje rublje, ručnike, posteljinu i kuhinjske krpe perete na minimalno 90 stupnjeva, savjetuje struka.
Uvijek je dobro koristiti manje deterdženta, a više dodataka u obliku sode bikarbone, octa ili limuna, koje će pojačati bjelinu rublja i pomoći uspješnije otkloniti mrlje.

Mnogi od nas peru rublje na 30 ili 40 stupnjeva smatrajući da je visoka temperatura nepotrebna jer odjeću nosimo samo nekoliko puta pa želimo izbjeći uništavanje tkanine čestim pranjem na visokim temperaturama, no mikrobiolozi kažu da smo jako u krivu, piše glassrpske.com.
Temperatura od 30 stupnjeva posebno je opasna, kažu, jer mnoge bakterije, pa tako i Escherichia coli, lako prežive te temperature.
S druge strane, temperatura od 40 stupnjeva je granica što se tiče ubijanja bakterija, pa mikrobiolozi kažu da ako želite biti potpuno sigurni, uvijek birajte temperaturu od najmanje 60 stupnjeva.
Naravno, i dalje vrijedi pravilo da donje rublje, ručnike, posteljinu i kuhinjske krpe perete na minimalno 90 stupnjeva, savjetuje struka.
