Ospice se šire u regiji, pa je tako danas i službeno priopćeno da je jedno dijete staro 15 godina iz Beograda oboljelo od njih. Dijete je zbog komplikacija hospitalizirano, a ono što zabrinjava to je što dijete nije putovalo, već je zaraženo u Srbiji, a to znači da se zaraza širi po Srbiji.

Znate li prepoznati bolest? 

Ospice su jedna od najzaraznijih virusnih infekcija. Prenose se izravnim kontaktom s oboljelom osobom (poljubac, rukovanje), zrakom putem respiratornih kapljica koje ispušta oboljela osoba (kašalj, kihanje) te rjeđe neizravno preko svježe zaraženih predmeta.

Nakon sedam do 18 dana inkubacije (razdoblje od trenutka ulaska virusa u organizam do manifestacije bolesti, odnosno pojave simptoma) javlja se povišena tjelesna temperatura, iscjedak iz nosa, kašalj i konjunktivitis (suzne, crvene oči) i natečeni kapci.

Navedeni simptomi traju dva do četiri dana, nakon čega dolazi do skoka tjelesne temperature (preko 40°C) i pojave ospica najprije na licu, iza ušiju i na vratu, koje se zatim šire na trup i ekstremitete, piše Kurir.

U slučaju pojave temperature veće od 38,5 ºC, kao i pojave ospica po tijelu, uz curenje iz nosa i crvenilo očiju, potrebno je javiti se lliječniku.

Kada je bolesna osoba zarazna za ljude u okolini?

Zaražena osoba je zarazna zadnjeg dana inkubacije (kada je još bez simptoma), četiri dana prije izbijanja ospica i četiri dana nakon izbijanja ospica.

Komplikacije ospica - od upale pluća do gubitka vida

Komplikacije su češće kod djece mlađe od pet godina i odraslih starijih od 20 godina. To su upala pluća (pneumonija), upala srednjeg uha, proljev, upala mozga i gubitak vida.

Pneumonija se javlja kod svakog 20. oboljelog, a oko 60 posto smrtnih slučajeva posljedica je ove komplikacije.

Svaki tisućiti bolesnik dobije upalu mozga, dok svaki 1000 oboljeli od navedene komplikacije umre.

Ospice se šire u regiji, pa je tako danas i službeno priopćeno da je jedno dijete staro 15 godina iz Beograda oboljelo od njih. Dijete je zbog komplikacija hospitalizirano, a ono što zabrinjava to je što dijete nije putovalo, već je zaraženo u Srbiji, a to znači da se zaraza širi po Srbiji.

Znate li prepoznati bolest? 

Ospice su jedna od najzaraznijih virusnih infekcija. Prenose se izravnim kontaktom s oboljelom osobom (poljubac, rukovanje), zrakom putem respiratornih kapljica koje ispušta oboljela osoba (kašalj, kihanje) te rjeđe neizravno preko svježe zaraženih predmeta.

Nakon sedam do 18 dana inkubacije (razdoblje od trenutka ulaska virusa u organizam do manifestacije bolesti, odnosno pojave simptoma) javlja se povišena tjelesna temperatura, iscjedak iz nosa, kašalj i konjunktivitis (suzne, crvene oči) i natečeni kapci.

Navedeni simptomi traju dva do četiri dana, nakon čega dolazi do skoka tjelesne temperature (preko 40°C) i pojave ospica najprije na licu, iza ušiju i na vratu, koje se zatim šire na trup i ekstremitete, piše Kurir.

U slučaju pojave temperature veće od 38,5 ºC, kao i pojave ospica po tijelu, uz curenje iz nosa i crvenilo očiju, potrebno je javiti se lliječniku.

Kada je bolesna osoba zarazna za ljude u okolini?

Zaražena osoba je zarazna zadnjeg dana inkubacije (kada je još bez simptoma), četiri dana prije izbijanja ospica i četiri dana nakon izbijanja ospica.

Komplikacije ospica - od upale pluća do gubitka vida

Komplikacije su češće kod djece mlađe od pet godina i odraslih starijih od 20 godina. To su upala pluća (pneumonija), upala srednjeg uha, proljev, upala mozga i gubitak vida.

Pneumonija se javlja kod svakog 20. oboljelog, a oko 60 posto smrtnih slučajeva posljedica je ove komplikacije.

Svaki tisućiti bolesnik dobije upalu mozga, dok svaki 1000 oboljeli od navedene komplikacije umre.
