Jedan od najpoznatijih i najcjenjenijih pedijatara u Hrvatskoj, autor brojnih uspješnih knjiga sa savjetima za roditelje, primarijus Milivoj Jovančević, gostovao je u Topcastu na Top radiju, gdje je pričao o pedijatriji nekad i sad, dotaknuo se najčešćih dječjih bolesti, te istaknuo problematiku duševnog zdravlja kod djece.

“Mladim roditeljima je roditeljstvo postalo vrlo zahtjevno, generacijski jaz između roditelja i djedova i baka je sve veći, sve se manje mogu oslanjati na njih...".

Govorio je i o LittleDot aplikaciji, hrvatskoj aplikaciji za online konzultacije s pedijatrima, koju je pokrenuo uz pomoć jednog oca informatičara.  

"Dosta se toga promijenilo, što je za očekivati. Prije svega, mijenjaju se bolesti s kojima se susrećemo.

Nekad ste iznimno u skrbi imali dijete s problemima iz autističnog spektra. Tada sam imao u skrbi samo jedno dijete od njih 1200, međutim, brojka se popela na 20, 30 i tu bilježimo značajnu promjenu“ - ustvrdio je pedijatar.

"Druga vrsta problema s kojima se češće susrećemo je pitanje debljine kod djece. To smo detektirali s vrlo opsežnim istraživanjem, debljanje kreće iza četvrte godine... Krene od desetak posto u toj dobi i završi na 65 posto u odrasloj dobi“ - otkriva dr. Jovančević.

Upitan o najčešćim bolestima djece, odgovara:

"Češće su alergijske bolesti, alergijske astme, dermatitisi i alergije probavnog sustava. To je dio problematike vezan za tijelo, a, nažalost, mijenja se problematika vezana za duševno zdravlje. Kako se promijenio život, mladim roditeljima je roditeljstvo postalo vrlo zahtjevno..." - ocijenio je.

O manjku pedijatara u sustavu je rekao:

"Unatrag 18 godina smo se vrlo intenzivno borili za opstanak pedijatrije u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti i to sve s argumentima utemeljenim na konkretnim podacima. U pitanju je čista matematika, nema pitanja procjene.

To nije dobar put

Znamo koliko ima djece, koliko ima pedijatara, znamo koje su dobi. Prije je ordinacija, osim doktora i srednje medicinske sestre, imala i višu medicinsku sestru, koja je radila dobar dio savjetovališnog rada. Onda je bio podignut standard, da bi danas pedijatri imali na skrbi 1300, 1400 djece.

Ukinuta je školska medicina. Djeca koja su školske trebala bi imati pedijatrijsku skrb, međutim, to je odrezano i to nije dobar put.“

Doktor Jovančević je, uz pomoć jednog tate informatičara, stvorio i platformu za online konzultacije s pedijatrima koja je dostupna 24 sata dnevno.

"Definitivno se spontano rodila zamisao između jednog oca koji je informatičar i mene da bi zapravo trebalo pokušati iskoristiti nove tehnologije, pogotovo mobilne, kako bi povećali razinu skrbi za zdravlje djeteta.

Godinama su mi dolazili roditelji s ceduljicama, pa pitali, zapisivali upute itd., a zapravo se sve to može raditi u mobilnoj aplikaciji, da bude sistematizirano, da postoji određena evidencija.

Aplikacija bi trebala imati zadaću i da djeluje zdravstveno - prosvjetiteljski, da se tu roditelj može informirati o cjepivima, o krivuljama rasta napretka djeteta... Cijeli niz pomoćnih alata, ako dijete ima temperaturu, da mu se može izračunati doza jednoga ili drugoga lijeka“ - ispričao je specijalist pedijatar.

Jedan od najpoznatijih i najcjenjenijih pedijatara u Hrvatskoj, autor brojnih uspješnih knjiga sa savjetima za roditelje, primarijus Milivoj Jovančević, gostovao je u Topcastu na Top radiju, gdje je pričao o pedijatriji nekad i sad, dotaknuo se najčešćih dječjih bolesti, te istaknuo problematiku duševnog zdravlja kod djece.

“Mladim roditeljima je roditeljstvo postalo vrlo zahtjevno, generacijski jaz između roditelja i djedova i baka je sve veći, sve se manje mogu oslanjati na njih...".

Govorio je i o LittleDot aplikaciji, hrvatskoj aplikaciji za online konzultacije s pedijatrima, koju je pokrenuo uz pomoć jednog oca informatičara.  

"Dosta se toga promijenilo, što je za očekivati. Prije svega, mijenjaju se bolesti s kojima se susrećemo.

Nekad ste iznimno u skrbi imali dijete s problemima iz autističnog spektra. Tada sam imao u skrbi samo jedno dijete od njih 1200, međutim, brojka se popela na 20, 30 i tu bilježimo značajnu promjenu“ - ustvrdio je pedijatar.

"Druga vrsta problema s kojima se češće susrećemo je pitanje debljine kod djece. To smo detektirali s vrlo opsežnim istraživanjem, debljanje kreće iza četvrte godine... Krene od desetak posto u toj dobi i završi na 65 posto u odrasloj dobi“ - otkriva dr. Jovančević.

Upitan o najčešćim bolestima djece, odgovara:

"Češće su alergijske bolesti, alergijske astme, dermatitisi i alergije probavnog sustava. To je dio problematike vezan za tijelo, a, nažalost, mijenja se problematika vezana za duševno zdravlje. Kako se promijenio život, mladim roditeljima je roditeljstvo postalo vrlo zahtjevno..." - ocijenio je.

O manjku pedijatara u sustavu je rekao:

"Unatrag 18 godina smo se vrlo intenzivno borili za opstanak pedijatrije u primarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti i to sve s argumentima utemeljenim na konkretnim podacima. U pitanju je čista matematika, nema pitanja procjene.

To nije dobar put

Znamo koliko ima djece, koliko ima pedijatara, znamo koje su dobi. Prije je ordinacija, osim doktora i srednje medicinske sestre, imala i višu medicinsku sestru, koja je radila dobar dio savjetovališnog rada. Onda je bio podignut standard, da bi danas pedijatri imali na skrbi 1300, 1400 djece.

Ukinuta je školska medicina. Djeca koja su školske trebala bi imati pedijatrijsku skrb, međutim, to je odrezano i to nije dobar put.“

Doktor Jovančević je, uz pomoć jednog tate informatičara, stvorio i platformu za online konzultacije s pedijatrima koja je dostupna 24 sata dnevno.

"Definitivno se spontano rodila zamisao između jednog oca koji je informatičar i mene da bi zapravo trebalo pokušati iskoristiti nove tehnologije, pogotovo mobilne, kako bi povećali razinu skrbi za zdravlje djeteta.

Godinama su mi dolazili roditelji s ceduljicama, pa pitali, zapisivali upute itd., a zapravo se sve to može raditi u mobilnoj aplikaciji, da bude sistematizirano, da postoji određena evidencija.

Aplikacija bi trebala imati zadaću i da djeluje zdravstveno - prosvjetiteljski, da se tu roditelj može informirati o cjepivima, o krivuljama rasta napretka djeteta... Cijeli niz pomoćnih alata, ako dijete ima temperaturu, da mu se može izračunati doza jednoga ili drugoga lijeka“ - ispričao je specijalist pedijatar.

Jedan od najpoznatijih i najcjenjenijih pedijatara u Hrvatskoj, autor brojnih uspješnih knjiga sa savjetima za roditelje, primarijus Milivoj Jovančević, gostovao je u Topcastu na Top radiju, gdje je pričao o pedijatriji nekad i sad, dotaknuo se najčešćih dječjih bolesti, te istaknuo problematiku duševnog zdravlja kod djece.

“Mladim roditeljima je roditeljstvo postalo vrlo zahtjevno, generacijski jaz između roditelja i djedova i baka je sve veći, sve se manje mogu oslanjati na njih...".

Govorio je i o LittleDot aplikaciji, hrvatskoj aplikaciji za online konzultacije s pedijatrima, koju je pokrenuo uz pomoć jednog oca informatičara.
