Ta dva zrna grožđa,

Priznajte, kada ste zadnji put zagrizli u slatko grožđe netom izvađeno iz hladnjaka. Pored lubenice i breskve, većeg simbola ljeta gotovo da i nema. Slatke bobe prepune zdravih šećera, samim time i energije, idealan su obrok na moru. A kako svaku jedete posebno, manji je rizik da će polupojedeno voće ili povrće privući neželjene muhe i ose.

Ukratko, grožđe pozitivno djeluje na zdravlje srca, regulira kolesterol i olakšava mršavljenje.
Preciznije, pak, smatra se da grožđe regulira probavu, uklanja masne naslage iz tijela, pročišćava krv, liječi upalne procese probavnih organa, a ujedno olakšava reumatske tegobe i kožne alergije.

Za vino, naravno, svi znamo, no svježe spravljeni sok od grožđa zapravo je prava zdravstvena bomba. Bogat je vitaminima A, B, C, kao i raznim mineralima. Djeluje kao prirodni tonik, a ujedno je i vrlo hranjiv.
Često grožđe uskoči kao (daleko bolja) zamjena kada se zaželimo nečeg slatkog, a ne želimo se zasititi industrijskim slatkišima. Itekako ima smisla, budući da sadrži oko 20 posto šećera.

Grožđe je također važan izvor bioflavonida, a oni, pak, štite organizam od slobodnih radikala. Zbog različitih antioksidansa grožđe snažno djeluje protiv bakterija, virusa, upala i alergija. Preporučuje se protiv loše cirkulacije, a važno je i u usporavanju starenja, odnosno sprečavanju demencije i degenerativnih očnih bolesti. Postoje čak i indicije da tanini iz kožice ovog voća uvelike usporavaju razvoj Alzheimerove bolesti.

Što se ljepote tiče, postoji piling od grožđa koji bi koži trebao u samo par upotreba osigurati blistavi ten. Ljeto je vrijeme kada nismo baš blagonakloni prema vlastitoj koži i svaki saveznik kojeg ona iz naše prehrane dobije, zlata je vrijedan. Piling od grožđa sprema se tako da polovicu jabuke i šest zrna grožđa smiksajte u pire. Mješavinu barem jednu minutu utrljavajte u kožu lica, a zatim dobro isperite.

Ovo voće, točnije njegovu „kuću“ se može koristi i kod problema s kosom. Naime, ako imate problema s peruti, preporučuje se u vlasište utrljati sok dobiven zasijecanjem vinove loze.
Crno ili bijelo? Pitanje je koje se najčešće postavlja kod grožđa. I kod vina, naravno. I dok se o ukusima ne raspravlja, crno je ipak nekako popularnije. Kako god, na policama Tommyja možete naći obje sorte.

Crno grožđe, intenzivno obojeno, prava je riznica resveratrola, prirodnog biljnog antioksidansa iz skupine polifenola koji zaustavljaju pojavu, razvoj, rast i razmnožavanje, odnosno širenje malignih stanica. Osim grožđa i soka od grožđa, sličan učinak ima i crno vino, kojega se preporučuje popiti pola čaše dnevno. Nekoliko istraživanja povezuje grožđe sa zaustavljanjem rasta kancerogenih stanica. Resveratrol, ključni fitonutrijent koji se nalazi u kožici grožđa, ima antikancerogeno i protuupalno djelovanje, dok upravo crveno grožđe sadrži i karotenoid likopen koji pridonosi sprečavanju karcinoma dojke.

Savijača od grožđa


Sastojci: za koru - 50 dag glatkoga brašna, 3-4 žlice ulja, 3 dl mlake vode; za nadjev - 1 kg bijeloga grožđa, 5 dag badema, 2-3 keksa bez maslaca, 1 vanilin šećer, 3 žlice šećera, cimet, oko 7-8 dag rastopljenog margarina.

Priprema: Od navedenih sastojaka umijesiti glatko i rastezljivo tijesto, poklopiti zdjelu u kojoj se tijesto nalazi i pustiti neka odmara barem pola sata. U vrećicu stavi kekse i usitniti ih valjkom. Bademe sitno nasjeckati. Grožđe oprati i bobe odvojiti od peteljki. Ako su bobe jako velike, svaku prerezati na pola. Dodati obje vrste šećera i cimet te promiješati. Namazati lim za pečenje i uključiti pećnicu na 200°C. Na veći ubrus staviti malo oštroga brašna i razvući tijesto. Na jednu trećinu tijesta rasporediti pola količine nadjeva, po njemu posuti pola količine badema i pola količine keksi, a ostali dio tijesta poprskati margarinom. Pomoću ubrusa zarolati, počevši s one strane gdje je nadjev. Prepoloviti i krajeve stisnuti da nadjev ne curi tijekom pečenja. Položiti savijače u lim i sve isto ponoviti i s drugom polovinom tijesta. Sve četiri dobivene savijače na kraju premazati rastopljenim margarinom. Peći oko 45 minuta. Pečene i ohlađene po želji posuti šećerom u prahu. Mogu se koristiti i gotove kore za savijače, pri čemu se koriste dvije kore za svaku savijaču.

Ta dva zrna grožđa,
Zadnja su, al' slatka

Priznajte, kada ste zadnji put zagrizli u slatko grožđe netom izvađeno iz hladnjaka. Pored lubenice i breskve, većeg simbola ljeta gotovo da i nema. Slatke bobe prepune zdravih šećera, samim time i energije, idealan su obrok na moru. A kako svaku jedete posebno, manji je rizik da će polupojedeno voće ili povrće privući neželjene muhe i ose.

Tommy trgovine trebale bi zato biti nezaobilazna štacija prije odlaska na more, đitu, ili kada se razmišlja o spizi. Jer, dokle god traje sezona grožđa na policama Tommy trgovina uvijek će se naći samo iznimno svježe grožđe.
A, zašto bi ga, pored dobrog okusa uopće jeli? Naravno, dosta je onih koji ga vole i „piti“, ali nutritivne vrijednosti grožđa nekako, baš vina radi, uvijek padaju u drugi plan. Dopustite nam, stoga, da vam ih približimo.

Ukratko, grožđe pozitivno djeluje na zdravlje srca, regulira kolesterol i olakšava mršavljenje.
Preciznije, pak, smatra se da grožđe regulira probavu, uklanja masne naslage iz tijela, pročišćava krv, liječi upalne procese probavnih organa, a ujedno olakšava reumatske tegobe i kožne alergije.

Za vino, naravno, svi znamo, no svježe spravljeni sok od grožđa zapravo je prava zdravstvena bomba. Bogat je vitaminima A, B, C, kao i raznim mineralima. Djeluje kao prirodni tonik, a ujedno je i vrlo hranjiv.
Često grožđe uskoči kao (daleko bolja) zamjena kada se zaželimo nečeg slatkog, a ne želimo se zasititi industrijskim slatkišima. Itekako ima smisla, budući da sadrži oko 20 posto šećera.

Grožđe je također važan izvor bioflavonida, a oni, pak, štite organizam od slobodnih radikala. Zbog različitih antioksidansa grožđe snažno djeluje protiv bakterija, virusa, upala i alergija. Preporučuje se protiv loše cirkulacije, a važno je i u usporavanju starenja, odnosno sprečavanju demencije i degenerativnih očnih bolesti. Postoje čak i indicije da tanini iz kožice ovog voća uvelike usporavaju razvoj Alzheimerove bolesti.

Što se ljepote tiče, postoji piling od grožđa koji bi koži trebao u samo par upotreba osigurati blistavi ten. Ljeto je vrijeme kada nismo baš blagonakloni prema vlastitoj koži i svaki saveznik kojeg ona iz naše prehrane dobije, zlata je vrijedan. Piling od grožđa sprema se tako da polovicu jabuke i šest zrna grožđa smiksajte u pire. Mješavinu barem jednu minutu utrljavajte u kožu lica, a zatim dobro isperite.

Ovo voće, točnije njegovu „kuću“ se može koristi i kod problema s kosom. Naime, ako imate problema s peruti, preporučuje se u vlasište utrljati sok dobiven zasijecanjem vinove loze.
Crno ili bijelo? Pitanje je koje se najčešće postavlja kod grožđa. I kod vina, naravno. I dok se o ukusima ne raspravlja, crno je ipak nekako popularnije. Kako god, na policama Tommyja možete naći obje sorte.

Crno grožđe, intenzivno obojeno, prava je riznica resveratrola, prirodnog biljnog antioksidansa iz skupine polifenola koji zaustavljaju pojavu, razvoj, rast i razmnožavanje, odnosno širenje malignih stanica. Osim grožđa i soka od grožđa, sličan učinak ima i crno vino, kojega se preporučuje popiti pola čaše dnevno. Nekoliko istraživanja povezuje grožđe sa zaustavljanjem rasta kancerogenih stanica. Resveratrol, ključni fitonutrijent koji se nalazi u kožici grožđa, ima antikancerogeno i protuupalno djelovanje, dok upravo crveno grožđe sadrži i karotenoid likopen koji pridonosi sprečavanju karcinoma dojke.

Savijača od grožđa


Sastojci: za koru - 50 dag glatkoga brašna, 3-4 žlice ulja, 3 dl mlake vode; za nadjev - 1 kg bijeloga grožđa, 5 dag badema, 2-3 keksa bez maslaca, 1 vanilin šećer, 3 žlice šećera, cimet, oko 7-8 dag rastopljenog margarina.

Priprema: Od navedenih sastojaka umijesiti glatko i rastezljivo tijesto, poklopiti zdjelu u kojoj se tijesto nalazi i pustiti neka odmara barem pola sata. U vrećicu stavi kekse i usitniti ih valjkom. Bademe sitno nasjeckati. Grožđe oprati i bobe odvojiti od peteljki. Ako su bobe jako velike, svaku prerezati na pola. Dodati obje vrste šećera i cimet te promiješati. Namazati lim za pečenje i uključiti pećnicu na 200°C. Na veći ubrus staviti malo oštroga brašna i razvući tijesto. Na jednu trećinu tijesta rasporediti pola količine nadjeva, po njemu posuti pola količine badema i pola količine keksi, a ostali dio tijesta poprskati margarinom. Pomoću ubrusa zarolati, počevši s one strane gdje je nadjev. Prepoloviti i krajeve stisnuti da nadjev ne curi tijekom pečenja. Položiti savijače u lim i sve isto ponoviti i s drugom polovinom tijesta. Sve četiri dobivene savijače na kraju premazati rastopljenim margarinom. Peći oko 45 minuta. Pečene i ohlađene po želji posuti šećerom u prahu. Mogu se koristiti i gotove kore za savijače, pri čemu se koriste dvije kore za svaku savijaču.

Ta dva zrna grožđa,

Priznajte, kada ste zadnji put zagrizli u slatko grožđe netom izvađeno iz hladnjaka. Pored lubenice i breskve, većeg simbola ljeta gotovo da i nema. Slatke bobe prepune zdravih šećera, samim time i energije, idealan su obrok na moru. A kako svaku jedete posebno, manji je rizik da će polupojedeno voće ili povrće privući neželjene muhe i ose.

Tommy trgovine trebale bi zato biti nezaobilazna štacija prije odlaska na more, đitu, ili kada se razmišlja o spizi. Jer, dokle god traje sezona grožđa na policama Tommy trgovina uvijek će se naći samo iznimno svježe grožđe.
