Lisa Marie Presley iznenada je preminula u dobi od 54 godine u svom domu u Calabasasu od potpunog srčanog zastoja. U Hrvatskoj svakoga sata jedna osoba umre od iznenadnog srčanog zastoja, što čini 24 osobe u jednom danu ili oko 9000 osoba godišnje, piše živim.hr.

Iznenadna srčana smrt jedan je od najčešćih uzroka smrti uopće, kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj.

Što je srčani zastoj

Srčani zastoj, koji se još naziva i kardiopulmonalni zastoj ili arest, događa se kad srce iznenada prestane pumpati krv. Osoba tada gubi svijest, disanje je nepravilno, a može se i posve prekinuti, te pacijent može uopće ne davati znakove života. Kad se dogodi srčani zastoj, ne smije se gubiti vrijeme, nužno je odmah pozvati hitnu pomoć. U iščekivanju dolaska Hitne, obavljanje reanimacije može pomoći da se osobu održi na životu.

Reanimacija se obavlja tako da se rade pritisci na srce (srce se tjera na rad izvana kako bi se održala cirkulacija dok ne dođe Hitna pomoć). Zatim se obavlja umjetno disanje, odnosno disanje usta na usta, kako bi se upuhao zrak u pluća.

U većini slučajeva uzrok je abnormalan ritam rada srca koji se naziva ventrikularna fibrilacija. To je poremećaj kod kojeg električna aktivnost srca postane toliko kaotična da srce iznenada prestane pumpati krv i počne vibrirati.

Ventrikularnu fibrilaciju mogu uzrokovati koronarna srčana bolest, srčani udar, kardiomiopatija, urođene srčane bolesti, bolest srčanog zaliska i akutni miokarditis. Srčani udar može povećati rizik za srčani zastoj, ali u većini slučajeva ne vodi direktno do njega.

 

Je li srčani zastoj uvijek smrtonosan?

Moguće je preživjeti srčani zastoj, ali neophodno je što prije dobiti odgovarajuće liječenje. Ventrikularna fibrilacija može se ispraviti tako što se srce "šokira” defibrilatorom kojim raspolažu kola hitne pomoći ili, ako u blizini postoji defibrilator, netko tko zna s njime rukovati može osobi spasiti život.

Ukoliko defibrilatora nema, treba provoditi umjetno disanje sve dok ne dođe hitna pomoć kako bi se održala cirkulacija i kako bi se pacijentu pomoglo da diše.

Lisa Marie Presley iznenada je preminula u dobi od 54 godine u svom domu u Calabasasu od potpunog srčanog zastoja. U Hrvatskoj svakoga sata jedna osoba umre od iznenadnog srčanog zastoja, što čini 24 osobe u jednom danu ili oko 9000 osoba godišnje, piše živim.hr.

Iznenadna srčana smrt jedan je od najčešćih uzroka smrti uopće, kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj.

Što je srčani zastoj

Srčani zastoj, koji se još naziva i kardiopulmonalni zastoj ili arest, događa se kad srce iznenada prestane pumpati krv. Osoba tada gubi svijest, disanje je nepravilno, a može se i posve prekinuti, te pacijent može uopće ne davati znakove života. Kad se dogodi srčani zastoj, ne smije se gubiti vrijeme, nužno je odmah pozvati hitnu pomoć. U iščekivanju dolaska Hitne, obavljanje reanimacije može pomoći da se osobu održi na životu.

Reanimacija se obavlja tako da se rade pritisci na srce (srce se tjera na rad izvana kako bi se održala cirkulacija dok ne dođe Hitna pomoć). Zatim se obavlja umjetno disanje, odnosno disanje usta na usta, kako bi se upuhao zrak u pluća.

U većini slučajeva uzrok je abnormalan ritam rada srca koji se naziva ventrikularna fibrilacija. To je poremećaj kod kojeg električna aktivnost srca postane toliko kaotična da srce iznenada prestane pumpati krv i počne vibrirati.

Ventrikularnu fibrilaciju mogu uzrokovati koronarna srčana bolest, srčani udar, kardiomiopatija, urođene srčane bolesti, bolest srčanog zaliska i akutni miokarditis. Srčani udar može povećati rizik za srčani zastoj, ali u većini slučajeva ne vodi direktno do njega.

 

Je li srčani zastoj uvijek smrtonosan?

Moguće je preživjeti srčani zastoj, ali neophodno je što prije dobiti odgovarajuće liječenje. Ventrikularna fibrilacija može se ispraviti tako što se srce "šokira” defibrilatorom kojim raspolažu kola hitne pomoći ili, ako u blizini postoji defibrilator, netko tko zna s njime rukovati može osobi spasiti život.

Ukoliko defibrilatora nema, treba provoditi umjetno disanje sve dok ne dođe hitna pomoć kako bi se održala cirkulacija i kako bi se pacijentu pomoglo da diše.

Lisa Marie Presley iznenada je preminula u dobi od 54 godine u svom domu u Calabasasu od potpunog srčanog zastoja. U Hrvatskoj svakoga sata jedna osoba umre od iznenadnog srčanog zastoja, što čini 24 osobe u jednom danu ili oko 9000 osoba godišnje, piše živim.hr.

Iznenadna srčana smrt jedan je od najčešćih uzroka smrti uopće, kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj.

Što je srčani zastoj

Srčani zastoj, koji se još naziva i kardiopulmonalni zastoj ili arest, događa se kad srce iznenada prestane pumpati krv. Osoba tada gubi svijest, disanje je nepravilno, a može se i posve prekinuti, te pacijent može uopće ne davati znakove života.
