Jeste li znali da nokti prosječno narastu 2 do 3 milimetra u mjesec dana? I još jedna zanimljivost - ženama nokti rastu brže nego muškarcima.

No, i nije uvijek lako pustiti nešto dulje nokte koji efektnije izgledaju - posebno je to problem ako su nokti krhki i lomljivi. Ali, koristite li za njegu noktiju dobro odabrana esencijalna ulja, ne samo što će nokti lakše narasti na željenu dužinu nego ćete ih i zaštititi od lomljenja, listanja, pojave stanjivanja i brazdi, odnosno općenito će biti zdraviji.

U tu je svrhu posebno dobrodošlo pet esencijalnih ulja - mirtino, lavandino, limunovo, tamjanovo (točnije: ulje tamjanovca) te ulje geranija, piše Živim.

1. Mirtino ulje

Smatra se da je mirtino esencijalno ulje najbolje za rast noktiju. Ima snažno hidratizirajuće djelovanje koje će sačuvati kožicu oko noktiju od isušivanja, a nokte od krhkosti, stanjivanja i lomljivosti.

Za hidrataciju noktiju: Napunite bočicu s rollonom do tri četvrtine uljem sjemenki grožđa (općenito je dobro za zdravlje noktiju) te dodajte pet kapi mirtina esencijalnog ulja. Dobro promiješajte. Nanosite oko noktiju navečer.

2. Lavandino ulje

Ulje s najširom primjenom, lavandino esencijalno ulje, pokazalo se iznimno dobro i za jačanje noktiju i kožice oko njih, kao i za hidriranje. Osim toga djeluje antibakterijski pa uništava mikrobe koji se mogu naseliti na kožici koja štiti korijen nokta.

Izravno nanošenje: Budući da je lavandino esencijalno ulje sigurno za izravno nanošenje na kožu, jednostavno nakapajte nekoliko kapi na nokte i blago utrljajte. U svaki nokat utrljavajte dvije-tri sekunde.

3. Limunovo ulje

Nokti vam izgledaju slabo i bez sjaja? Rješenje je u tom slučaju limunovo esencijalno ulje. Pomaže posvijetliti potamnjele nokte i dati im zdraviji sjaj. Obilje vitamina C iz limuna hrani i jača nokte.

Kupka za nokte: U zdjelicu stavite dvije do tri žlice maslinova ulja (poznato sredstvo za jačanje i brži rast noktiju) i dodajte pet kapi limunova esencijalnog ulja. Čiste ruke, odnosno vrhove prstiju, umočite u ovu kupku i držite ih barem pet minuta. Nakon toga ne bacajte kupku - možete je iskoristiti i za njegu vlasišta, jer pomaže rast kvalitetnijih, debljih vlasi.

4. Ulje tamjanovca

I ovo ulje čuva kožicu koja štiti korijen nokta od infekcija i ljuštenja, a dobro je i protiv gljivica koje napadaju nokte. Ima i jaka hidratizirajuća svojstva.

Stimulirajuća krema: Na pari omekšajte jednu i pol jušnu žlicu sirovog karite maslaca. Miješajte dok ne postane kremast, zatim dodajte pet kapi esencijalnog ulja tamjanovca i opet promiješajte. Stavite u posudicu za balzam za usnice. Nanosite na nokte dva puta dnevno ili prije spavanja.

5. Geranijevo ulje

Nokti koji imaju dovoljno vlage bit će kvalitetniji i čvršći nego nokti skloni sušenju. Možete vrlo brzo pružiti potrebnu vlagu noktima pomoću esencijalnog ulja geranija, koje je jedno od najjačih hidratizirajućih esencijalnih ulja. Vraća vlagu suhoj koži oko noktiju, a ima i antibakterijska i antiseptička svojstva zahvaljujući čemu štiti nokte od infekcija i gljivica.

Hranjiva noćna njega: U staklenku (najmanje 10 ml) stavite jednake udjele jojobinog i šipkovog ulja pa dodajte pet kapi esencijalnog ulja geranija. Dobro protresite i nanosite prije spavanja. Ne zaboravite zaštititi posteljinu od masnoće - navucite tanke pamučne rukavice prije spavanja.

Ali, koristite li za njegu noktiju dobro odabrana esencijalna ulja, ne samo što će nokti lakše narasti na željenu dužinu nego ćete ih i zaštititi od lomljenja, listanja, pojave stanjivanja i brazdi, odnosno općenito će biti zdraviji.

U tu je svrhu posebno dobrodošlo pet esencijalnih ulja - mirtino, lavandino, limunovo, tamjanovo (točnije: ulje tamjanovca) te ulje geranija, piše Živim.

1. Mirtino ulje

Smatra se da je mirtino esencijalno ulje najbolje za rast noktiju. Ima snažno hidratizirajuće djelovanje koje će sačuvati kožicu oko noktiju od isušivanja, a nokte od krhkosti, stanjivanja i lomljivosti.

Za hidrataciju noktiju: Napunite bočicu s rollonom do tri četvrtine uljem sjemenki grožđa (općenito je dobro za zdravlje noktiju) te dodajte pet kapi mirtina esencijalnog ulja. Dobro promiješajte. Nanosite oko noktiju navečer.

2. Lavandino ulje

Ulje s najširom primjenom, lavandino esencijalno ulje, pokazalo se iznimno dobro i za jačanje noktiju i kožice oko njih, kao i za hidriranje. Osim toga djeluje antibakterijski pa uništava mikrobe koji se mogu naseliti na kožici koja štiti korijen nokta.

Izravno nanošenje: Budući da je lavandino esencijalno ulje sigurno za izravno nanošenje na kožu, jednostavno nakapajte nekoliko kapi na nokte i blago utrljajte. U svaki nokat utrljavajte dvije-tri sekunde.

3. Limunovo ulje

Nokti vam izgledaju slabo i bez sjaja? Rješenje je u tom slučaju limunovo esencijalno ulje. Pomaže posvijetliti potamnjele nokte i dati im zdraviji sjaj. Obilje vitamina C iz limuna hrani i jača nokte.

Kupka za nokte: U zdjelicu stavite dvije do tri žlice maslinova ulja (poznato sredstvo za jačanje i brži rast noktiju) i dodajte pet kapi limunova esencijalnog ulja. Čiste ruke, odnosno vrhove prstiju, umočite u ovu kupku i držite ih barem pet minuta. Nakon toga ne bacajte kupku - možete je iskoristiti i za njegu vlasišta, jer pomaže rast kvalitetnijih, debljih vlasi.

4. Ulje tamjanovca

I ovo ulje čuva kožicu koja štiti korijen nokta od infekcija i ljuštenja, a dobro je i protiv gljivica koje napadaju nokte. Ima i jaka hidratizirajuća svojstva.

Stimulirajuća krema: Na pari omekšajte jednu i pol jušnu žlicu sirovog karite maslaca. Miješajte dok ne postane kremast, zatim dodajte pet kapi esencijalnog ulja tamjanovca i opet promiješajte. Stavite u posudicu za balzam za usnice. Nanosite na nokte dva puta dnevno ili prije spavanja.

5. Geranijevo ulje

Nokti koji imaju dovoljno vlage bit će kvalitetniji i čvršći nego nokti skloni sušenju. Možete vrlo brzo pružiti potrebnu vlagu noktima pomoću esencijalnog ulja geranija, koje je jedno od najjačih hidratizirajućih esencijalnih ulja. Vraća vlagu suhoj koži oko noktiju, a ima i antibakterijska i antiseptička svojstva zahvaljujući čemu štiti nokte od infekcija i gljivica.

Hranjiva noćna njega: U staklenku (najmanje 10 ml) stavite jednake udjele jojobinog i šipkovog ulja pa dodajte pet kapi esencijalnog ulja geranija. Dobro protresite i nanosite prije spavanja. Ne zaboravite zaštititi posteljinu od masnoće - navucite tanke pamučne rukavice prije spavanja.
