Američki “Consumer Reports” nedavno je objavio popis nekoliko najrizičnijih namirnica, a ono čime su se bavili bila je prvenstveno analiza podataka o potencijalnim bolestima koje se prenose hranom.

Na prvom je mjestu, kako objašnjavaju, zelena salata, a trovanja se povezuju sa svježom zelenom salatom i salatama pakiranim u vrećice, kao što je to najčešće slučaj u supermarketima, piše b92.

Jedan od izvora njihove kontaminacije je voda koja se koristi za navodnjavanje polja salate, a istraživanje je pokazalo da je između 2017. i 2022. ukupno 614 ljudi u Americi oboljelo od Escherichije coli ili listerije. Isto tako, čak 11 osoba od 614 zaraženih umrlo je od posljedica trovanja.

Kako objašnjavaju autori studije, najveći rizik predstavljaju upravo vrećice zapakirane salate na kojima piše da je već oprana, pa je mnogi uopće ne peru prije konzumacije, što je velika pogreška.

Američki “Consumer Reports” nedavno je objavio popis nekoliko najrizičnijih namirnica, a ono čime su se bavili bila je prvenstveno analiza podataka o potencijalnim bolestima koje se prenose hranom.

Na prvom je mjestu, kako objašnjavaju, zelena salata, a trovanja se povezuju sa svježom zelenom salatom i salatama pakiranim u vrećice, kao što je to najčešće slučaj u supermarketima, piše b92.

Jedan od izvora njihove kontaminacije je voda koja se koristi za navodnjavanje polja salate, a istraživanje je pokazalo da je između 2017. i 2022. ukupno 614 ljudi u Americi oboljelo od Escherichije coli ili listerije. Isto tako, čak 11 osoba od 614 zaraženih umrlo je od posljedica trovanja.

Kako objašnjavaju autori studije, najveći rizik predstavljaju upravo vrećice zapakirane salate na kojima piše da je već oprana, pa je mnogi uopće ne peru prije konzumacije, što je velika pogreška.

Američki “Consumer Reports” nedavno je objavio popis nekoliko najrizičnijih namirnica, a ono čime su se bavili bila je prvenstveno analiza podataka o potencijalnim bolestima koje se prenose hranom.

Na prvom je mjestu, kako objašnjavaju, zelena salata, a trovanja se povezuju sa svježom zelenom salatom i salatama pakiranim u vrećice, kao što je to najčešće slučaj u supermarketima, piše b92.

Jedan od izvora njihove kontaminacije je voda koja se koristi za navodnjavanje polja salate, a istraživanje je pokazalo da je između 2017. i 2022. ukupno 614 ljudi u Americi oboljelo od Escherichije coli ili listerije. Isto tako, čak 11 osoba od 614 zaraženih umrlo je od posljedica trovanja.

Kako objašnjavaju autori studije, najveći rizik predstavljaju upravo vrećice zapakirane salate na kojima piše da je već oprana, pa je mnogi uopće ne peru prije konzumacije, što je velika pogreška.
