Ljetne vrućine mogu biti zaista nepodnošljive. Iako većina ljudi voli ljeto, toplinski udari ne odgovaraju nikome. To je vrijeme kad se trebamo sakriti u svom domu, rashladiti i izlaziti samo po noći (ako je to moguće), piše Živim.

Idealna biljka za iznemogli um i nedostatak koncentracije tijekom ljeta. Matičnjak je odlična biljka za ublažavanje posljedica stresa i smirivanje živaca. Ljetni miks
Sastojci:
700 ml vode
1 žlica cvijeta bazge
1 žlica matičnjaka
1 žlica ružinih latica
Priprema:
1. Stavite vodu i začinsko bilje u lonac, a zatim poklopite.
2. Pustite da zajedno prokuhaju, a zatim ugasite vatru.
3. Pustite da odstoji 1 sat.
4. Začinsko bilje procijedite pomoću cjedila. Za posluživanje, podgrijte čaj ili ga poslužite na sobnoj temperaturi.
Ljetno rashlađenje
Sastojci:

Čaj od ružinih latica

Ljetne vrućine mogu biti zaista nepodnošljive. Iako većina ljudi voli ljeto, toplinski udari ne odgovaraju nikome. To je vrijeme kad se trebamo sakriti u svom domu, rashladiti i izlaziti samo po noći (ako je to moguće), piše Živim.
Prirodno je posegnuti za hladnim pićima punim leda kako biste se ohladili. Međutim, možda biste trebali promisliti o tome. Naime, prema ayurvedi, hladna pića mogu usporiti probavu. Vjerovali ili ne, trebali biste posegnuti za biljnim čajem. Neki biljni čajevi imaju svojstva hlađenja pa mogu biti od velike pomoći tijekom ljetnih vrućina.
Koje biljke vas mogu rashladiti?
Bazga
Cvijet bazge ima nježnu aromu, suptilan okus koji hladi i smiruje živce u tijelu. Benefiti ove biljke su korisni za nelagode povezane s vrućinom koje se tako često pojavljuju ljeti. Ayurveda spominje da se toplina u tijelu povećava slično kao i toplina u kući, izazivajući napetost očiju, glavobolju, manjak koncentracije i iritaciju sinusa. Bazga je odličan pomoćnik u borbi protiv topline, baš zato što pomaže s navedenim ljetnim "simptomima".
Matičnjak
Idealna biljka za iznemogli um i nedostatak koncentracije tijekom ljeta. Matičnjak je odlična biljka za ublažavanje posljedica stresa i smirivanje živaca. Može ohladiti i opustiti vaše tijelo, osobito ako su ti simptomi uzrokovani povremenom tjeskobom. Isto tako, može vam odličan saveznik protiv ljetnih vrućina biti i ulje matičnjaka.

Ruža
Nježan, slatki miris latica ruže. Možete od njih napraviti prekrasan tonik za živčani sustav. Naime, latice ruže pomažu u uklanjanju prekomjerne topline. Možete dodati bilo koju boju latica ruže (sve dok su organski uzgojene), bit će vam odličan pomoćnik u borbi protiv vrućina. Naravno, od njih možete napraviti i ukusan čaj.
Hibiskus
Cvijet bogat antioksidansima koji imaju sposobnost smirivanja i hlađenja tijela. Ima blagi kiselkasti okus koji će vam se jako svidjeti. Čaj od hibiskusa također može pomoći u ublažavanju stresa i nemira. Da ne spominjemo, njegova primamljiva boja natjerat će vas da popijete nekoliko šalica.
Kako pripremiti ljetne čajeve?
Možete ih napraviti od svježeg ili suhog začinskog bilja, što god vam je dostupno! I ne pomažu vam samo gore navedene biljke u borbi protiv ljetnih vrućina, ima ih još, piše Živim.
Ljetni miks
Sastojci:
700 ml vode
1 žlica cvijeta bazge
1 žlica matičnjaka
1 žlica ružinih latica
Priprema:
1. Stavite vodu i začinsko bilje u lonac, a zatim poklopite.
2. Pustite da zajedno prokuhaju, a zatim ugasite vatru.
3. Pustite da odstoji 1 sat.
4. Začinsko bilje procijedite pomoću cjedila. Za posluživanje, podgrijte čaj ili ga poslužite na sobnoj temperaturi.
Ljetno rashlađenje
Sastojci:
1 litra vode
1 žlica hibiskusa
1 žlica peperminta
1 žlica limunske trave
2 žlice meda
Priprema:
1. Stavite začinsko bilje i vodu u veliku staklenku te poklopite.
2. Neka posuda s biljem i vodom stoji na suncu nekoliko sati, puštajući prirodnu sunčevu toplinu da napravi čaj.
3. Nakon toga, upotrijebite cjedilo da procijedite začinsko bilje iz čaja.
4. Dodajte med za bolji okus i uživajte.
Čaj od ružinih latica
Ovo je čaj koji će vam dati dobru dozu vitamina C.
Sastojci:
250 ml vode
1 žlica sušenih ili 2 žlice svježih ružinih latica
Priprema:
1. Stavite latice ruža u lonac, a zatim poklopite.
2. Zakuhajte vodu i latice, a zatim odmah isključite vatru.
3. Pustite mješavinu da odstoji sat vremena, a zatim pomoć cjedila uklonite ružine latice iz čaja.
4. Pijte topli ili hladni čaj.
