Nadimanje trbuha nešto je s čim se većina populacije susreće na dnevnoj bazi. No iako je najčešće riječ o bezopasnoj posljedici prejedanja, pogrešnih odabira vezanih uz prehranu ili stresa te hormonalnih promjena, postoje signali koji bi mogli ukazivati da se radi i o nečemu ozbiljnijem.

Ako je nadutost popraćena sljedećim simptomima, potražite pomoć liječnika.

1. Bol u zdjelici

Iako se to događa rijetko, bol u zdjelici može biti i znak raka jajnika, naročito ako je praćena drugim simptomima kao što su česta potreba za pražnjenjem mokraće ili stolice zbog pritiska jajnika na abdomen ili zdjelicu.

2. Jaki grčevi u trbuhu

Takve snažne bolove lako je pripisati menstrualnom ciklusu ili kakvoj crijevnoj virozi, no ako su na lijevoj strani trbuha, moguće je da se radi o divertikulima, malim vrećastim izbočenjima u sluznici donjeg dijela crijeva, praćenim upalom. Ta se bolest nekoć smatrala bolešću starijih osoba, no danas je sve češća među mlađima od 40 godina. Ako uz nepodnošljive grčeve u trbuhu imate i povišenu tjelesnu temperaturu, odmah otiđite liječniku.

3. Gubitak tjelesne težine

Pretpostavlja se da od celijakije u Hrvatskoj boluje čak 90.000 osoba, no stvarni broj oboljelih je puno veći jer kod ove bolesti čak 99 posto oboljelih ima neprepoznatu bolest. Najčešći simptomi su proljev i gubitak tjelesne težine, no postoji i niz simptoma koji nisu povezani s probavnim sustavom, poput anemije, kožnih osipa, glavobolje ili ranog razvoja osteoporoze.

4. Vaginalni iscjedak neugodna mirisa

Gotovo pet posto žena u reproduktivnoj dobi imalo je u nekom periodu upalnu bolest zdjelice kod koje, ako se ne liječi, spolno prenosiva bolest iz vagine prelazi u jajovode ili maternicu te uzrokuje upalu, a ponekad i neplodnost. Primijetite li, uz nadimanje, i iscjedak neugodnog mirisa (ili još neke simptome kao što su blaga bol u zdjelici, neredovito krvarenje, otežano mokrenje), odmah zakažite pregled kod ginekologa.

5. Proljev s tragovima krvi

Nadimanje praćeno čestim bolovima u trbuhu i proljevom s tragovima krvi može biti znak neke upalne bolesti crijeva, poput Crohnove bolesti ili ulceroznog kolitisa. Oko 40 posto oboljelih ima i neke simptome koji nisu povezani s probavnim sustavom, poput problema s vidom, kožnog osipa i općeg umora. Primijetite li bilo što od toga, svakako otiđite liječniku.

Nadimanje trbuha nešto je s čim se većina populacije susreće na dnevnoj bazi. No iako je najčešće riječ o bezopasnoj posljedici prejedanja, pogrešnih odabira vezanih uz prehranu ili stresa te hormonalnih promjena, postoje signali koji bi mogli ukazivati da se radi i o nečemu ozbiljnijem.

Ako je nadutost popraćena sljedećim simptomima, potražite pomoć liječnika.

1. Bol u zdjelici

Iako se to događa rijetko, bol u zdjelici može biti i znak raka jajnika, naročito ako je praćena drugim simptomima kao što su česta potreba za pražnjenjem mokraće ili stolice zbog pritiska jajnika na abdomen ili zdjelicu.

2. Jaki grčevi u trbuhu

Takve snažne bolove lako je pripisati menstrualnom ciklusu ili kakvoj crijevnoj virozi, no ako su na lijevoj strani trbuha, moguće je da se radi o divertikulima, malim vrećastim izbočenjima u sluznici donjeg dijela crijeva, praćenim upalom. Ta se bolest nekoć smatrala bolešću starijih osoba, no danas je sve češća među mlađima od 40 godina. Ako uz nepodnošljive grčeve u trbuhu imate i povišenu tjelesnu temperaturu, odmah otiđite liječniku.

3. Gubitak tjelesne težine

Pretpostavlja se da od celijakije u Hrvatskoj boluje čak 90.000 osoba, no stvarni broj oboljelih je puno veći jer kod ove bolesti čak 99 posto oboljelih ima neprepoznatu bolest. Najčešći simptomi su proljev i gubitak tjelesne težine, no postoji i niz simptoma koji nisu povezani s probavnim sustavom, poput anemije, kožnih osipa, glavobolje ili ranog razvoja osteoporoze.

4. Vaginalni iscjedak neugodna mirisa

Gotovo pet posto žena u reproduktivnoj dobi imalo je u nekom periodu upalnu bolest zdjelice kod koje, ako se ne liječi, spolno prenosiva bolest iz vagine prelazi u jajovode ili maternicu te uzrokuje upalu, a ponekad i neplodnost. Primijetite li, uz nadimanje, i iscjedak neugodnog mirisa (ili još neke simptome kao što su blaga bol u zdjelici, neredovito krvarenje, otežano mokrenje), odmah zakažite pregled kod ginekologa.

5. Proljev s tragovima krvi

Nadimanje praćeno čestim bolovima u trbuhu i proljevom s tragovima krvi može biti znak neke upalne bolesti crijeva, poput Crohnove bolesti ili ulceroznog kolitisa. Oko 40 posto oboljelih ima i neke simptome koji nisu povezani s probavnim sustavom, poput problema s vidom, kožnog osipa i općeg umora. Primijetite li bilo što od toga, svakako otiđite liječniku.

Nadimanje trbuha nešto je s čim se većina populacije susreće na dnevnoj bazi. No iako je najčešće riječ o bezopasnoj posljedici prejedanja, pogrešnih odabira vezanih uz prehranu ili stresa te hormonalnih promjena, postoje signali koji bi mogli ukazivati da se radi i o nečemu ozbiljnijem.
