U skladu s prevencijom zaštite od koronavirusa, opasku o čestom i temeljitom pranju ruku, već smo svi apsorbirali, no znate li da svi načini sušenja ruku nisu isti.

Upravo tako, nije dovoljno samo ih 'dobro izribati', jer da biste bili sigurni da ste zaštićeni od nepoželjnih bakterija i virusa, morat ćete se malo posvetiti i načinu na koji ih sušite. 

Zasigurno dobrim pokazateljem u zaštiti od zaraze pokazalo se pranje ruku u toploj vodi sa sapunom, u minimalnom trajanju od 20 sekundi, no pravilno sušenje ruku nikako nije korak kojeg želite preskočiti u svakodnevnoj higijeni.

Zašto je bitno potpuno osušiti ruke?

Prema obrazloženju Journal of Infection Pervention iz 2018. godine, ne osušiti ruke dovoljno ili čak nikako nakon pranja, može dovesti do rizika od raznih unakrsnih infekcija i zaraza. Razlog tome je sposobnost mikroba da se 'zalijepe' za vlagu.

Bitno je naglasiti, da i kod pranja ruku možemo pretjerati, pa tako ako ih prečesto peremo u vrućoj vodi, trošimo prirodna ulja zbog čega koža ruku postaje suha i puca. Upravo ta kožna napuknuća otvaraju virusima i bakterijama prostor za 'napad' zbog čega je preporučljivo naći balans u temperaturi vode kojom se koristimo za pranje ruku.

A što je s električnim sušilima za ruke?

Jednom kada ste oprali ruke, da bi kompletirali svoju higijensku rutinu, potrebno ih je i osušiti na pravi način. Prema Svjetskoj organizaciji za zdravlje najbolji način za osušiti ruke je pomoću papirnatog ručnika ili uz pomoć električnih sušila s toplim zrakom.

No, s druge strane, neka istraživanja upozoravaju da se na ovakvim sušilima mogu lako naći razni mikrobi, posebice u zdravstvenim ustanovama, pa se preporučuje izbjeći ih ako je ikako moguće.

U nedostatku bolje opcije, vodite se onom 'bolje išta, nego ništa' te svakako osušite ruke sušilom, no zapamtite da je najbolji način za kompletno pranje ruku, koristiti papirnate ručnike koje potom možete baciti u smeće. Pitate li se što je s ručnicima od tkanine, neka vam i oni budu 'plan B' budući da se i na njima često zadržavaju razni štetni mikrobi.

I dok svijetom vlada panika od zaraze virusom, najmanje što možemo napraviti jest krenuti od sebe i od osnovnih higijenskih pravila. Stoga, ne zaboravite dovoljno često prati ruke, paziti na temperaturu vode, pravilno i temeljito ih brisati i nahraniti ih hidratantnom kremom kad god je to moguće.

U skladu s prevencijom zaštite od koronavirusa, opasku o čestom i temeljitom pranju ruku, već smo svi apsorbirali, no znate li da svi načini sušenja ruku nisu isti.

Upravo tako, nije dovoljno samo ih 'dobro izribati', jer da biste bili sigurni da ste zaštićeni od nepoželjnih bakterija i virusa, morat ćete se malo posvetiti i načinu na koji ih sušite. 

Zasigurno dobrim pokazateljem u zaštiti od zaraze pokazalo se pranje ruku u toploj vodi sa sapunom, u minimalnom trajanju od 20 sekundi, no pravilno sušenje ruku nikako nije korak kojeg želite preskočiti u svakodnevnoj higijeni.

Zašto je bitno potpuno osušiti ruke?

Prema obrazloženju Journal of Infection Pervention iz 2018. godine, ne osušiti ruke dovoljno ili čak nikako nakon pranja, može dovesti do rizika od raznih unakrsnih infekcija i zaraza. Razlog tome je sposobnost mikroba da se 'zalijepe' za vlagu.

Bitno je naglasiti, da i kod pranja ruku možemo pretjerati, pa tako ako ih prečesto peremo u vrućoj vodi, trošimo prirodna ulja zbog čega koža ruku postaje suha i puca. Upravo ta kožna napuknuća otvaraju virusima i bakterijama prostor za 'napad' zbog čega je preporučljivo naći balans u temperaturi vode kojom se koristimo za pranje ruku.

A što je s električnim sušilima za ruke?

Jednom kada ste oprali ruke, da bi kompletirali svoju higijensku rutinu, potrebno ih je i osušiti na pravi način. Prema Svjetskoj organizaciji za zdravlje najbolji način za osušiti ruke je pomoću papirnatog ručnika ili uz pomoć električnih sušila s toplim zrakom.

No, s druge strane, neka istraživanja upozoravaju da se na ovakvim sušilima mogu lako naći razni mikrobi, posebice u zdravstvenim ustanovama, pa se preporučuje izbjeći ih ako je ikako moguće.

U nedostatku bolje opcije, vodite se onom 'bolje išta, nego ništa' te svakako osušite ruke sušilom, no zapamtite da je najbolji način za kompletno pranje ruku, koristiti papirnate ručnike koje potom možete baciti u smeće. Pitate li se što je s ručnicima od tkanine, neka vam i oni budu 'plan B' budući da se i na njima često zadržavaju razni štetni mikrobi.

I dok svijetom vlada panika od zaraze virusom, najmanje što možemo napraviti jest krenuti od sebe i od osnovnih higijenskih pravila. Stoga, ne zaboravite dovoljno često prati ruke, paziti na temperaturu vode, pravilno i temeljito ih brisati i nahraniti ih hidratantnom kremom kad god je to moguće.

U skladu s prevencijom zaštite od koronavirusa, opasku o čestom i temeljitom pranju ruku, već smo svi apsorbirali, no znate li da svi načini sušenja ruku nisu isti.

Upravo tako, nije dovoljno samo ih 'dobro izribati', jer da biste bili sigurni da ste zaštićeni od nepoželjnih bakterija i virusa, morat ćete se malo posvetiti i načinu na koji ih sušite. 

Zasigurno dobrim pokazateljem u zaštiti od zaraze pokazalo se pranje ruku u toploj vodi sa sapunom, u minimalnom trajanju od 20 sekundi, no pravilno sušenje ruku nikako nije korak kojeg želite preskočiti u svakodnevnoj higijeni.
