Lubenica je već dugo poznata kao voće koje povećava prirodnu otpornost ljudskog tijela, a znanstvenici čak tvrde da njezini sastojci mogu donijeti tijelu jednak učinak kao čudesna tableta za muškarce - Viagra.

Prema posljednjim istraživanjima, pokazalo se da lubenica ima mnogo više pozitivnih učinaka nego što su znanstvenici u početku mislili. Jedan znanstvenik iz Teksaškog istraživačkog centra za voće i povrće komentirao je proučavanje lubenica na sljedeći način: "Što ih više proučavamo, sve nam je jasnije što je zapravo izvanredno voće. Lubenica je oduvijek bila poznata kao voće koje djeluje dobro na ljude, ali popis njezinih pozitivnih učinaka raste iz studije u studiju".

Lubenica opušta krvne žile

Lubenica i nekoliko drugih vrata voća i povrća poznati su po izuzetnom sadržaju fitohranjivih sastojaka koji mogu izazvati zdrave reakcije u ljudskom tijelu. Među mnogim hranjivim sastojcima lubenice je i citrulin, čiji pozitivni učinci još nisu konačno proučeni, a čini se da može opustiti krvne žile, poput Viagre, poboljšati, pa čak i spriječiti poremećaj erekcije.

Analize su pokazale da se citrulin pretvara u arginin nakon konzumiranja lubenice, za koju se zna da ima čudesne učinke na ljudsko srce, cirkulaciju i da značajno poboljšava imunološki sustav. Iako su uzroci impotencije često psihološki uzrok, arginin pomaže posebno onima koji žele poboljšati cirkulaciju krvi.

Lubenica ispire toksine

Iako lubenica nije tako učinkovita kao Viagra, definitivno je odličan način za opuštanje krvnih žila bez ikakvih drugih nuspojava koje prate upotrebu različitih lijekova. No tu se njegove prednosti ne završavaju. Lubenica savršeno regulira probleme s mokrenjem i potiče uklanjanje amonijaka i drugih toksina iz našeg organizma.

Lubenica je već dugo poznata kao voće koje povećava prirodnu otpornost ljudskog tijela, a znanstvenici čak tvrde da njezini sastojci mogu donijeti tijelu jednak učinak kao čudesna tableta za muškarce - Viagra.

Prema posljednjim istraživanjima, pokazalo se da lubenica ima mnogo više pozitivnih učinaka nego što su znanstvenici u početku mislili. Jedan znanstvenik iz Teksaškog istraživačkog centra za voće i povrće komentirao je proučavanje lubenica na sljedeći način: "Što ih više proučavamo, sve nam je jasnije što je zapravo izvanredno voće. Lubenica je oduvijek bila poznata kao voće koje djeluje dobro na ljude, ali popis njezinih pozitivnih učinaka raste iz studije u studiju".

Lubenica opušta krvne žile

Lubenica i nekoliko drugih vrata voća i povrća poznati su po izuzetnom sadržaju fitohranjivih sastojaka koji mogu izazvati zdrave reakcije u ljudskom tijelu. Među mnogim hranjivim sastojcima lubenice je i citrulin, čiji pozitivni učinci još nisu konačno proučeni, a čini se da može opustiti krvne žile, poput Viagre, poboljšati, pa čak i spriječiti poremećaj erekcije.

Analize su pokazale da se citrulin pretvara u arginin nakon konzumiranja lubenice, za koju se zna da ima čudesne učinke na ljudsko srce, cirkulaciju i da značajno poboljšava imunološki sustav. Iako su uzroci impotencije često psihološki uzrok, arginin pomaže posebno onima koji žele poboljšati cirkulaciju krvi.

Lubenica ispire toksine

Iako lubenica nije tako učinkovita kao Viagra, definitivno je odličan način za opuštanje krvnih žila bez ikakvih drugih nuspojava koje prate upotrebu različitih lijekova. No tu se njegove prednosti ne završavaju. Lubenica savršeno regulira probleme s mokrenjem i potiče uklanjanje amonijaka i drugih toksina iz našeg organizma.

Lubenica je već dugo poznata kao voće koje povećava prirodnu otpornost ljudskog tijela, a znanstvenici čak tvrde da njezini sastojci mogu donijeti tijelu jednak učinak kao čudesna tableta za muškarce - Viagra.

Prema posljednjim istraživanjima, pokazalo se da lubenica ima mnogo više pozitivnih učinaka nego što su znanstvenici u početku mislili. Jedan znanstvenik iz Teksaškog istraživačkog centra za voće i povrće komentirao je proučavanje lubenica na sljedeći način: "Što ih više proučavamo, sve nam je jasnije što je zapravo izvanredno voće. Lubenica je oduvijek bila poznata kao voće koje djeluje dobro na ljude, ali popis njezinih pozitivnih učinaka raste iz studije u studiju".
