Himalajska sol jedna je od neizostavnih namirnica za sve ljubitelje zdrave prehrane. Naime, ove ružičaste granule veliku popularnost uživaju zbog tvrdnji da u sebi sadrže 84 minerala koji pridonose zdravlju organizma. Upravo zbog toga je i njihova cijena nekoliko klasa iznad one od ‘obične‘, bijele soli, prenosi Poslovni.hr.
Sramežljivo u odnosu na sav taj marketing oko himalajske soli, povremeno do nas stigne i vijest da na Himalaji zapravo nema solana i da sol koja se papreno plaća, dolazi iz Poljske i s drugih mjesta, da je sve zabluda i da novac dajemo za tek nešto korisnih minerala u tragovima.
Mišljenje znanstvenika
Prema podacima do kojih su došli znanstvenici, osnovni sastojak svake soli je natrij klorid, dok ostale tvari u njima variraju (i to u malim količinama). Time vođeni, možemo zaključiti da je himalajska sol izuzetno slična morskoj. Dakle, poput nje čini ju 98 posto natrijevog klorida, dok joj karakterističnu ružičastu boju, zbog koje se doima posebnom, čini tek dva posto minerala. Slabo je vjerojatno da dva posto dostupnih minerala u himalajskoj soli pružiti značajne razlike u zdravlju osobe koja ju konzumira.
Jedna od poznatih prednosti koje uključuje konzumiranje himalajske soli je postizanje ravnoteže tekućine u tijelu i sprječavanje dehidracije. Međutim, ovakav efekt na tijelo ima natrij, koji se pronalazi u svim vrstama soli, a ne samo himalajskoj, prenosi Poslovni.hr.
Ono što je zanimljivo u vezi himalajske soli je da sadrži manje joda od kuhinjske. Jod je mineral koji je tijelu ključan za održavanje pravilnih funkcija štitnjače i metabolizma, a sadržavaju ga riba, morski plodovi, mliječni plodovi i jaja. Zbog toga pri korištenju himalajske soli u kućanstvu, ljudi trebaju voditi računa o dovoljnom unosu joda.
Trenutno dakle ne postoje dokazi koji potvrđuju da konzumiranje himalajske soli pruža više zdravstvenih prednosti od obične, kuhinjske soli. Dapače, pojedini znanstvenici čak tvrde da ona sadrži različite radioaktivne supstance, kao na primjer radij, uranij i polonij, ali i neke otrovne tvari (u malim tragovima), poput talija.

Himalajska sol jedna je od neizostavnih namirnica za sve ljubitelje zdrave prehrane. Naime, ove ružičaste granule veliku popularnost uživaju zbog tvrdnji da u sebi sadrže 84 minerala koji pridonose zdravlju organizma. Upravo zbog toga je i njihova cijena nekoliko klasa iznad one od ‘obične‘, bijele soli, prenosi Poslovni.hr.
Sramežljivo u odnosu na sav taj marketing oko himalajske soli, povremeno do nas stigne i vijest da na Himalaji zapravo nema solana i da sol koja se papreno plaća, dolazi iz Poljske i s drugih mjesta, da je sve zabluda i da novac dajemo za tek nešto korisnih minerala u tragovima.
Mišljenje znanstvenika
Prema podacima do kojih su došli znanstvenici, osnovni sastojak svake soli je natrij klorid, dok ostale tvari u njima variraju (i to u malim količinama). Time vođeni, možemo zaključiti da je himalajska sol izuzetno slična morskoj. Dakle, poput nje čini ju 98 posto natrijevog klorida, dok joj karakterističnu ružičastu boju, zbog koje se doima posebnom, čini tek dva posto minerala. Slabo je vjerojatno da dva posto dostupnih minerala u himalajskoj soli pružiti značajne razlike u zdravlju osobe koja ju konzumira.
Jedna od poznatih prednosti koje uključuje konzumiranje himalajske soli je postizanje ravnoteže tekućine u tijelu i sprječavanje dehidracije. Međutim, ovakav efekt na tijelo ima natrij, koji se pronalazi u svim vrstama soli, a ne samo himalajskoj, prenosi Poslovni.hr.
Ono što je zanimljivo u vezi himalajske soli je da sadrži manje joda od kuhinjske. Jod je mineral koji je tijelu ključan za održavanje pravilnih funkcija štitnjače i metabolizma, a sadržavaju ga riba, morski plodovi, mliječni plodovi i jaja. Zbog toga pri korištenju himalajske soli u kućanstvu, ljudi trebaju voditi računa o dovoljnom unosu joda.
