Iako je proljeće godišnje doma koje primarno povezujemo s različitim alergijama, ovih neugodnih reakcija tijela mnogi nisu pošteđeni ni tijekom ljetnih mjeseci.

Niz je alergija koje počnu tijekom proljeća i samo se produže i na ljetne mjesece, no i ljeto ima svoje tegobe koje mnogima stvara.

Najveći izvor alergijskih reakcija tijekom kasnih ljetnih mjeseci (od kolovoza nadalje) svakako je ambrozija. Ova korovna biljka cvate početkom srpnja, a vrhunac doseže u razdoblju od sredine kolovoza do početka rujna. Također, ambrozija može pod vjetrom letjeti stotinama kilometara i tako smetati i izazivati reakcije čak i kod onih koji ne žive u područjima u kojima ova biljka raste.

U našim krajevima alergijske reakcije najčešće se događaju kao reakcija na ubod opnokrilaca, pčele, bumbara, ose, stršljena i mrava.

Među reakcijama na ubode najčešće su one bezopasne (urtikarija), a potom slijede otekline na mjestu uboda, mučnina, povraćanje i proljev. Sljedeći stadij su otežano disanje i gutanje i opća smetenost. Najteži stupanj alergijske reakcije na ubod su kolaps, pad tlaka, gubitak svijesti, tamnoplava boja kože i sluznica, inkontinencija stolice ili mokraće.

IZBJEGAVANJE ALERGENA PA KORTIKOSTEROIDI

Plijesni vole vlažna područja, uključujući podrume i kupaonice. Njihove spore ulaze u zrak i pokreću alergijske reakcije kod ljudi.

Istovremeno, mikroskopski insekti koji se nazivaju grinjama dosežu vrhunac tijekom ljeta. Uspijevaju na toplim, vlažnim temperaturama i gnijezde se u krevetima, tkaninama i tepisima. Njihovi ostaci mogu doći u zrak i pokrenuti kihanje i curenje iz nosa.

Alergije se dijagnosticiraju kliničkim pregledom ždrijela, nosa, saturacije kisik te srca i pluća te provedbom alergološkog testa.

Nakon detektiranja postojanja alergije te utvrđivanja uzročnika, prvi korak u izbjegavanju alergijskih reakcija je izbjegavanje kontakta s alergenima, odnosno izbjegavanje čimbenika koji izazivaju alergije.

Sljedeći korak je propisivanje lijekova, primarno antihistaminika. U slučaju izostanka reakcije i smirivanja stanja nakon ovih lijekova, sljedeći korak su kortikosteroidni sprejevi za nos ili kapi.

U slučaju jakih alergija u kojima prethodne terapije i dalje nisu djelotvorne, pristupa se uzimanju kortikosteroida u tabletama.

U slučaju alergija, bez obzira na to o kojem se godišnjem dobu radi, važno je na vrijeme prepoznati alergen te ga izbjegavati, ili u suprotnom, posavjetovati se s liječnikom oko potrebne terapije koja će smanjiti simptome i olakšati život, piše Fitness.com.

Iako je proljeće godišnje doma koje primarno povezujemo s različitim alergijama, ovih neugodnih reakcija tijela mnogi nisu pošteđeni ni tijekom ljetnih mjeseci.

Niz je alergija koje počnu tijekom proljeća i samo se produže i na ljetne mjesece, no i ljeto ima svoje tegobe koje mnogima stvara.

Do kraja proljeća, sezona peludi je pri kraju, ali onda najveću krivnju za sezonske alergije preuzimaju različite trave i korov, piše Fitness.com.

Naravno, biljke koje izazivaju alergije razlikuju se od područja do područja, ali u našim krajevima najpoznatiji alergeni tijekom ljetnih mjeseci su različite trave, koprive, pelin, crkvina, pitomi kesten te počinje sezona ambrozije.

No, tijekom ljeta su upravo trave, pogotovo zbog golemog broja vrsta te široke rasprostranjenosti, najveći izvor alergija. Alergeni pelud prisutan je tijekom razdoblja cvatnje trava, a to je u razdoblju od travnja do rujna.

Najveći izvor alergijskih reakcija tijekom kasnih ljetnih mjeseci (od kolovoza nadalje) svakako je ambrozija. Ova korovna biljka cvate početkom srpnja, a vrhunac doseže u razdoblju od sredine kolovoza do početka rujna. Također, ambrozija može pod vjetrom letjeti stotinama kilometara i tako smetati i izazivati reakcije čak i kod onih koji ne žive u područjima u kojima ova biljka raste.

U našim krajevima alergijske reakcije najčešće se događaju kao reakcija na ubod opnokrilaca, pčele, bumbara, ose, stršljena i mrava.

Među reakcijama na ubode najčešće su one bezopasne (urtikarija), a potom slijede otekline na mjestu uboda, mučnina, povraćanje i proljev. Sljedeći stadij su otežano disanje i gutanje i opća smetenost. Najteži stupanj alergijske reakcije na ubod su kolaps, pad tlaka, gubitak svijesti, tamnoplava boja kože i sluznica, inkontinencija stolice ili mokraće.

IZBJEGAVANJE ALERGENA PA KORTIKOSTEROIDI

Plijesni vole vlažna područja, uključujući podrume i kupaonice. Njihove spore ulaze u zrak i pokreću alergijske reakcije kod ljudi.

Istovremeno, mikroskopski insekti koji se nazivaju grinjama dosežu vrhunac tijekom ljeta. Uspijevaju na toplim, vlažnim temperaturama i gnijezde se u krevetima, tkaninama i tepisima. Njihovi ostaci mogu doći u zrak i pokrenuti kihanje i curenje iz nosa.

Alergije se dijagnosticiraju kliničkim pregledom ždrijela, nosa, saturacije kisik te srca i pluća te provedbom alergološkog testa.

Nakon detektiranja postojanja alergije te utvrđivanja uzročnika, prvi korak u izbjegavanju alergijskih reakcija je izbjegavanje kontakta s alergenima, odnosno izbjegavanje čimbenika koji izazivaju alergije.

Sljedeći korak je propisivanje lijekova, primarno antihistaminika. U slučaju izostanka reakcije i smirivanja stanja nakon ovih lijekova, sljedeći korak su kortikosteroidni sprejevi za nos ili kapi.

U slučaju jakih alergija u kojima prethodne terapije i dalje nisu djelotvorne, pristupa se uzimanju kortikosteroida u tabletama.

U slučaju alergija, bez obzira na to o kojem se godišnjem dobu radi, važno je na vrijeme prepoznati alergen te ga izbjegavati, ili u suprotnom, posavjetovati se s liječnikom oko potrebne terapije koja će smanjiti simptome i olakšati život, piše Fitness.com.
