Američka glumica Lili Reinhart podijelila je sa svojih nešto više od šest milijuna pratitelja na TikToku da se bori s alopecijom. "Upravo mi je dijagnosticirana alopecija usred teške depresivne epizode", napisala je 27-godišnja zvijezda serije "Riverdale" u kratkoj snimci, na kojoj istovremeno lip-synca rečenicu o stresu: "Dovedena sam preko granice ljudske izdržljivosti." Video je snimila dok je primala lasersku terapiju, koja inače predstavlja jedan način tretiranja ove bolesti koja se često javlja kao odgovor na intenzivan stres, piše Gloria.
Inače, alopecija areata je autoimuna bolest u kojoj tijelo osobe napada vlastite zdrave folikule dlake. To je često, obično benigno, kronično oboljenje koje uzrokuje ispadanje vlasi s određenih dijelova tijela, najčešće s vlasišta, a pojavljuje se u obliku ćelavih mrlja. Može zahvatiti i obrve i trepavice, a u nekim ekstremnijim slučajevima može doći i do potpunog gubitka kose vlasišta, što se naziva alopecija totalis, ili do nestanka svih dlaka na tijelu, odnosno alopecije universalis.

Gubitak kose obično je povezan s jednim ili više čimbenika - on može biti posljedica naslijeđa, hormonalnih promjena i medicinskih stanja, nekih lijekova ili terapijskih postupaka, stresa, frizerskih i drugih tretmana, kao i procesa starenja. Terapijom – u početku je to uvijek aplikacija protuupalnog, najčešće kortikosteroidnog losiona ili kreme – pokušava se zaustaviti ova imunološka reakcija i ispadanje vlasi, nakon čega se radi na pospješenju rasta novih vlasi. Upravo je jedan od takvih tretmana laserska terapija koju trenutno prima i sama Reinhart. Naime, većina lasera koristi lasersku tehnologiju niske razine za stimulaciju vlasišta i folikula kose te tako potiče protok krvi i rast kose.

Iako ova bolest nije opasno stanje, ona ima negativan učinak na psihičko zdravlje čovjeka. Zbog toga, ljudima koji pate od ovakvog stanja, osim osnovnog medicinskog liječenja, preporučuje se isprobati biljne pripravke i uvesti neke promjene životnog stila kako bi se oporavak ubrzao. Prije svega, potrebno je promijeniti način prehrane - važna je zdrava i uravnotežena prehrana u kojoj se nalaze minerali za kosu (cink, kalcij, magnezij) i vitamini za kosu (vitamini A, C i E, B12, tiamin i folna kiselina). Osim prehrane, mogla bi pomoći i masaža tjemena biljnim uljima, koja će poboljšati cirkulaciju vlasišta, dovesti veće količine kisika do folikula, te tako potaknuti rast kose. Svojim učinkom posebno se istaknulo ricinusovo ulje koje je bogato vitaminom E, omega-6 masnim kiselinama i drugim hranjivim tvarima. Za pranje kose možete koristiti šampon od koprive koja sadrži vitamin C i smatra se jednom od najljekovitijih biljaka na svijetu. Od davnih je dana poznato da šampon od koprive potiče rast kose, ali i sprječava njezino opadanje, piše Gloria.
Inače, o svojim problemima s alopecijom više je puta progovorila i Jada Pinkett Smith, a osim nje s bolesti se bore i druge slavne osobe kao što su Matt Lucas, ZaraLena Jackson, Stephanie Davis, Lewis Hamilton, Alessia Cara i Elon Musk.

Američka glumica Lili Reinhart podijelila je sa svojih nešto više od šest milijuna pratitelja na TikToku da se bori s alopecijom. "Upravo mi je dijagnosticirana alopecija usred teške depresivne epizode", napisala je 27-godišnja zvijezda serije "Riverdale" u kratkoj snimci, na kojoj istovremeno lip-synca rečenicu o stresu: "Dovedena sam preko granice ljudske izdržljivosti." Video je snimila dok je primala lasersku terapiju, koja inače predstavlja jedan način tretiranja ove bolesti koja se često javlja kao odgovor na intenzivan stres, piše Gloria.
Inače, alopecija areata je autoimuna bolest u kojoj tijelo osobe napada vlastite zdrave folikule dlake. To je često, obično benigno, kronično oboljenje koje uzrokuje ispadanje vlasi s određenih dijelova tijela, najčešće s vlasišta, a pojavljuje se u obliku ćelavih mrlja. Može zahvatiti i obrve i trepavice, a u nekim ekstremnijim slučajevima može doći i do potpunog gubitka kose vlasišta, što se naziva alopecija totalis, ili do nestanka svih dlaka na tijelu, odnosno alopecije universalis.

Gubitak kose obično je povezan s jednim ili više čimbenika - on može biti posljedica naslijeđa, hormonalnih promjena i medicinskih stanja, nekih lijekova ili terapijskih postupaka, stresa, frizerskih i drugih tretmana, kao i procesa starenja. Terapijom – u početku je to uvijek aplikacija protuupalnog, najčešće kortikosteroidnog losiona ili kreme – pokušava se zaustaviti ova imunološka reakcija i ispadanje vlasi, nakon čega se radi na pospješenju rasta novih vlasi. Upravo je jedan od takvih tretmana laserska terapija koju trenutno prima i sama Reinhart. Naime, većina lasera koristi lasersku tehnologiju niske razine za stimulaciju vlasišta i folikula kose te tako potiče protok krvi i rast kose.

Iako ova bolest nije opasno stanje, ona ima negativan učinak na psihičko zdravlje čovjeka. Zbog toga, ljudima koji pate od ovakvog stanja, osim osnovnog medicinskog liječenja, preporučuje se isprobati biljne pripravke i uvesti neke promjene životnog stila kako bi se oporavak ubrzao. Prije svega, potrebno je promijeniti način prehrane - važna je zdrava i uravnotežena prehrana u kojoj se nalaze minerali za kosu (cink, kalcij, magnezij) i vitamini za kosu (vitamini A, C i E, B12, tiamin i folna kiselina). Osim prehrane, mogla bi pomoći i masaža tjemena biljnim uljima, koja će poboljšati cirkulaciju vlasišta, dovesti veće količine kisika do folikula, te tako potaknuti rast kose. Svojim učinkom posebno se istaknulo ricinusovo ulje koje je bogato vitaminom E, omega-6 masnim kiselinama i drugim hranjivim tvarima. Za pranje kose možete koristiti šampon od koprive koja sadrži vitamin C i smatra se jednom od najljekovitijih biljaka na svijetu. Od davnih je dana poznato da šampon od koprive potiče rast kose, ali i sprječava njezino opadanje, piše Gloria.
Inače, o svojim problemima s alopecijom više je puta progovorila i Jada Pinkett Smith, a osim nje s bolesti se bore i druge slavne osobe kao što su Matt Lucas, ZaraLena Jackson, Stephanie Davis, Lewis Hamilton, Alessia Cara i Elon Musk.
