Pijte dovoljno vode

Umjesto toga odaberite ono što vam najviše odgovara, bilo da je riječ o trčanju, ili laganoj šetnji.

Jedite namirnice bogate željezom, cinkom i selenom

Sjemenke sezama, sjemenke tikve, zob i leća imaju nešto zajedničko - obiluju dovoljnim količinama željeza i cinka. Ti mikronutrijenti mogu zajamčiti da će naše T-stanice, one koje otkrivaju viruse u tijelu, dobro funkcionirati. I selen pomaže našoj tjelesnoj obrani i može ga se pronaći u žumanjcima, kikirikiju, cjelovitim žitaricama i skušama. F

Uzmite kraće stanke za odmor

Vježbajte na svježem zraku

Čak i ako je mračno i vlažno, vježbanje na svježem zraku itekako je korisno, ne samo zato da vam ojača imunosni sustav nego i popravi raspoloženje. No Froböse savjetuje da se pritom ne prenaprežete. Umjesto toga odaberite ono što vam najviše odgovara, bilo da je riječ o trčanju, ili laganoj šetnji.

Pijte dovoljno vode

Premali unos vode slabi prirodnu barijeru sluznice u grlu, ždrijelu i nosu, tvrdi Ingo Froböse, profesor na sportskom sveučilištu u Koelnu. U isto vrijeme slabi i plućno tkivo, a to patogenima olakšava život.

Na svaki kilogram tjelesne težine trebalo bi popiti 30 mililitara tekućine na dan, po mogućnosti vode ili nezaslađena čaja. Ako ste, primjerice teški 70 kilograma, to znači da vam treba 2,1 litra tekućine dnevno.
