S godinama ljepota dolazi uglavnom od toga koliko brige poklanjate svome izgledu. Pritom ne mislimo na šminkanje i friziranje, upravo suprotno. Najbolje izgledaju oni koji se posvete svojoj koži i njenoj njezi, a mogu se doimati i 10 godina mlađe od svojih vršnjaka. Što to točno rade ljudi kojima zavidimo na njihovom mladolikom izgledu, a koje greške izbjegavaju. Sve započinje jutarnjom rutinom,

1. Nemojte pretjerano čistiti lice

Za kožu je jako važno da je se čisti, posebno da se uklone ostaci šminke na kraju dana, ali ujutro ne biste trebali primjenjivati istu metodu. Navečer kožu očistite ako treba i s dva čistača - uljnim i onim na bazi vode, ali ujutro se umijte samo u mlakoj vodi. Koža s godinama gubi svoja periodna ulja i zato ih treba čuvati, a ne uklanjati. Koža će izgledati svježije i mlađe ako je ne isušujete pretjeranim pranjem lica, piše Oprah.com.

2. Ne preskačite stavljanje seruma

Jako je važno da osim kreme u svoju dnevnu rutinu uključite serume ovisno o svom tipu kože. Kreme koje imaju dodatke hijalurona, vitamina C i sl. možda imaju neki sastojak koji vama ne paše, a kada sami birate serume koje ćete koristiti uz hidratantnu kremu izbjegavate taj problem i odlučujete se samo na one sastojke koji vama pašu. Ako do sada niste koristili nijedan serum pokušajte s hijaluronom, retinolom i vitaminima kao što je C, E ili F.

3. Pijte puno tekućine

Voda je važna za vaše generalno zdravlje, a koža nije nikakav izuzetak. Pokušajte se podsjetiti da pijete vodu tako da svaki put kad pijete neko drugo piće npr. kavu popijete čašu vode, a isto činite i uz jelo. Hidratizacija dolazi kroz kremu, ali jednako je važna i ona koja dolazi iznutra. Pore će biti manje vidljive, a koža svježija budete li u svoj sustav unosili više tekućine. 

4. Uključite tjelovježbu u svoju jutarnju rutinu

Dok tjelovježba potiče mikrocirkulaciju lica i samim time vlaži kožu lica, nedostatak iste izaziva blijedi izgled kože. Tjelovježba također donosi i neke dugoročne dobrobiti po izgled kože jer u konačnici usporava i stanično starenje kože.

5. Nemojte pretjerivati s puderom

Prirodno je da kada uočimo nepravilnosti na licu posežemo za puderom kako bi ih prekrili, a onda se stanje dodatno pogoršava i upadamo u začarani krug. Umjesto da na lice stavljate puno teške šminke odaberite laganiju verziju - toniranu kremu ili tek malo korektora na podočnjacima. Puder začepljuje pore, ali još važnije - on ih ističe. Posebno je tu slučaj s onim u kamenu ili prahu tako da vam je bolje izbjegavati ih.

6. Zaštitni faktor nanesite i na područje oko očiju

Oči su najbolji pokazatelji starosti pa je briga o njima ključna u očuvanju mladolikog izgleda. Upotreba kreme za područje oko očiju ujutro i navečer obavezna je, a preporučuje se i upotreba kreme sa zaštitnim faktorom 30 po cijelom licu. Dakako, bez obzira na to o kojem se godišnjem dobu radi i koliko sunčano bilo, sunčane su naočale obavezna oprema.

S godinama ljepota dolazi uglavnom od toga koliko brige poklanjate svome izgledu. Pritom ne mislimo na šminkanje i friziranje, upravo suprotno. Najbolje izgledaju oni koji se posvete svojoj koži i njenoj njezi, a mogu se doimati i 10 godina mlađe od svojih vršnjaka. Što to točno rade ljudi kojima zavidimo na njihovom mladolikom izgledu, a koje greške izbjegavaju. Sve započinje jutarnjom rutinom,

1. Nemojte pretjerano čistiti lice

Za kožu je jako važno da je se čisti, posebno da se uklone ostaci šminke na kraju dana, ali ujutro ne biste trebali primjenjivati istu metodu. Navečer kožu očistite ako treba i s dva čistača - uljnim i onim na bazi vode, ali ujutro se umijte samo u mlakoj vodi. Koža s godinama gubi svoja periodna ulja i zato ih treba čuvati, a ne uklanjati. Koža će izgledati svježije i mlađe ako je ne isušujete pretjeranim pranjem lica, piše Oprah.com.

2. Ne preskačite stavljanje seruma

Jako je važno da osim kreme u svoju dnevnu rutinu uključite serume ovisno o svom tipu kože. Kreme koje imaju dodatke hijalurona, vitamina C i sl. možda imaju neki sastojak koji vama ne paše, a kada sami birate serume koje ćete koristiti uz hidratantnu kremu izbjegavate taj problem i odlučujete se samo na one sastojke koji vama pašu. Ako do sada niste koristili nijedan serum pokušajte s hijaluronom, retinolom i vitaminima kao što je C, E ili F.

3. Pijte puno tekućine

Voda je važna za vaše generalno zdravlje, a koža nije nikakav izuzetak. Pokušajte se podsjetiti da pijete vodu tako da svaki put kad pijete neko drugo piće npr. kavu popijete čašu vode, a isto činite i uz jelo. Hidratizacija dolazi kroz kremu, ali jednako je važna i ona koja dolazi iznutra. Pore će biti manje vidljive, a koža svježija budete li u svoj sustav unosili više tekućine. 

4. Uključite tjelovježbu u svoju jutarnju rutinu

Dok tjelovježba potiče mikrocirkulaciju lica i samim time vlaži kožu lica, nedostatak iste izaziva blijedi izgled kože. Tjelovježba također donosi i neke dugoročne dobrobiti po izgled kože jer u konačnici usporava i stanično starenje kože.

5. Nemojte pretjerivati s puderom

Prirodno je da kada uočimo nepravilnosti na licu posežemo za puderom kako bi ih prekrili, a onda se stanje dodatno pogoršava i upadamo u začarani krug. Umjesto da na lice stavljate puno teške šminke odaberite laganiju verziju - toniranu kremu ili tek malo korektora na podočnjacima. Puder začepljuje pore, ali još važnije - on ih ističe. Posebno je tu slučaj s onim u kamenu ili prahu tako da vam je bolje izbjegavati ih.

6. Zaštitni faktor nanesite i na područje oko očiju

Oči su najbolji pokazatelji starosti pa je briga o njima ključna u očuvanju mladolikog izgleda. Upotreba kreme za područje oko očiju ujutro i navečer obavezna je, a preporučuje se i upotreba kreme sa zaštitnim faktorom 30 po cijelom licu. Dakako, bez obzira na to o kojem se godišnjem dobu radi i koliko sunčano bilo, sunčane su naočale obavezna oprema.

S godinama ljepota dolazi uglavnom od toga koliko brige poklanjate svome izgledu. Pritom ne mislimo na šminkanje i friziranje, upravo suprotno. Najbolje izgledaju oni koji se posvete svojoj koži i njenoj njezi, a mogu se doimati i 10 godina mlađe od svojih vršnjaka. Što to točno rade ljudi kojima zavidimo na njihovom mladolikom izgledu, a koje greške izbjegavaju. Sve započinje jutarnjom rutinom,

1. Nemojte pretjerano čistiti lice

Za kožu je jako važno da je se čisti, posebno da se uklone ostaci šminke na kraju dana, ali ujutro ne biste trebali primjenjivati istu metodu. Navečer kožu očistite ako treba i s dva čistača - uljnim i onim na bazi vode, ali ujutro se umijte samo u mlakoj vodi. Koža s godinama gubi svoja periodna ulja i zato ih treba čuvati, a ne uklanjati.
