Šarlota je poznati desert u koji su zaljubljeni svi obožavatelji kremastih kolača. Razlog je jednostavan - kremastije od toga ne može! Ovaj slatki klasik potječe iz 18. stoljeća, a možda je i stariji.

Nekoć se radio od ostataka kruha, koji bi se močili u maslac i slagali u kalup, dok bi se šupljina punila različitim vrstama kuhanih krema i voća. Sve bi se to zatim lijepo ispeklo, zbog čega neki ovu tortu smatraju podvrstom pudinga. S vremenom je stari kruh zamijenjen keksom, a s izumom hladnjaka pojavile su se nove verzije recepta u kojem je kuhana pa zapečena krema zamijenjena kremama na bazi maslaca i jaja ili pak slatkog vrhnja.

Nudimo vam recept s YouTube kanala Cooking Fantasies za šarlotu koja se ne peče, a ono što nam se u njemu posebno sviđa je to što su piškote prije slaganja u kalup umočene u čokoladu.

Čokoladna šarlota

Sastojci:

40 piškota
70 g šećera
60 g čokolade
15 g kakaa
240 ml vode

Za čokoladni mousse:

300 g čokolade
125 g maslaca
80 g šećera
30 ml mlijeka
250 ml slatkog vrhnja
4 žumanjka
1 žlica šećera u prahu
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije

Za ukras:

150 ml slatkog vrhnja
1,5 žlica šećera u prahu
1,5 žlica kakaa

Priprema:

Skuhajte sirup od 240 ml vode i 70 g šećera. Dodajte mu kakao prah i kuhajte 5 minuta, zatim maknite s vatre i ostavite da se ohladi.

Piškotama odrežite jedan kraj, pripazite da ostanu iste duljine. Sačuvajte ostatke.

Otopite čokoladu pa vanjski dio svakog keksa umočite u čokoladu. Stavite ih u hladnjak dok se čokolada ne stegne.

Za to vrijeme pripremite čokoladni mousse.

Otopite čokoladu i maslac na pari. Kad je smjesa glatka, maknite je s pare, a na njeno mjesto stavite zdjelu sa žumanjcima i šećerom, vanilijom i mlijekom pa sastojke miksajte dok se smjesa ne zgusne i posvijetli. Maknite s vatre i mutite još 3 minute pa u kremu dodajte smjesu otopljene čokolade i maslaca, sve dobro izmiješajte i ostavite da se ohladi.

Hladno slatko vrhnje izmiksajte sa šećerom u prahu pa šlag oprezno umiješajte u ohlađenu kremu.

Ohlađene kekse prekrivene čokoladom umočite u čokoladni sirup i rasporedite unutar kalupa za torte tako da im je čokoladna strana uz rub kalupa. Na dno stavite ostatke keksa obruču za tortu. Na dno stavite ostatke keksa pa na njih stavite pola količine čokoladnog moussea.

Nasjeckajte još 3-4 keksa, umočite ih u ostatak sirupa i rasporedite po kremi. Prekrijte ostatkom čokoladnog moussea.

Stavite tortu u hladnjak na najmanje četiri sata.

Za ukrašavanje istucite hladno slatko s kakaom i šećerom u prahu dok ne dobijete kremastu i čvrstu smjesu. Prebacite je u slastičarsku vrećicu i ukrasite tortu pa vratite u hladnjak da se šlag malo stisne.

Šarlota je poznati desert u koji su zaljubljeni svi obožavatelji kremastih kolača. Razlog je jednostavan - kremastije od toga ne može! Ovaj slatki klasik potječe iz 18. stoljeća, a možda je i stariji.

Nekoć se radio od ostataka kruha, koji bi se močili u maslac i slagali u kalup, dok bi se šupljina punila različitim vrstama kuhanih krema i voća. Sve bi se to zatim lijepo ispeklo, zbog čega neki ovu tortu smatraju podvrstom pudinga. S vremenom je stari kruh zamijenjen keksom, a s izumom hladnjaka pojavile su se nove verzije recepta u kojem je kuhana pa zapečena krema zamijenjena kremama na bazi maslaca i jaja ili pak slatkog vrhnja.

Čokoladna šarlota

Sastojci:

40 piškota
70 g šećera
60 g čokolade
15 g kakaa
240 ml vode

Za čokoladni mousse:

300 g čokolade
125 g maslaca
80 g šećera
30 ml mlijeka
250 ml slatkog vrhnja
4 žumanjka
1 žlica šećera u prahu
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije

Za ukras:

150 ml slatkog vrhnja
1,5 žlica šećera u prahu
1,5 žlica kakaa

Priprema:

Skuhajte sirup od 240 ml vode i 70 g šećera. Dodajte mu kakao prah i kuhajte 5 minuta, zatim maknite s vatre i ostavite da se ohladi.

Piškotama odrežite jedan kraj, pripazite da ostanu iste duljine. Sačuvajte ostatke.

Otopite čokoladu pa vanjski dio svakog keksa umočite u čokoladu. Stavite ih u hladnjak dok se čokolada ne stegne.

Za to vrijeme pripremite čokoladni mousse.

Otopite čokoladu i maslac na pari. Kad je smjesa glatka, maknite je s pare, a na njeno mjesto stavite zdjelu sa žumanjcima i šećerom, vanilijom i mlijekom pa sastojke miksajte dok se smjesa ne zgusne i posvijetli. Maknite s vatre i mutite još 3 minute pa u kremu dodajte smjesu otopljene čokolade i maslaca, sve dobro izmiješajte i ostavite da se ohladi.

Hladno slatko vrhnje izmiksajte sa šećerom u prahu pa šlag oprezno umiješajte u ohlađenu kremu.

Ohlađene kekse prekrivene čokoladom umočite u čokoladni sirup i rasporedite unutar kalupa za torte tako da im je čokoladna strana uz rub kalupa. Na dno stavite ostatke keksa obruču za tortu. Na dno stavite ostatke keksa pa na njih stavite pola količine čokoladnog moussea.

Nasjeckajte još 3-4 keksa, umočite ih u ostatak sirupa i rasporedite po kremi. Prekrijte ostatkom čokoladnog moussea.

Stavite tortu u hladnjak na najmanje četiri sata.

Za ukrašavanje istucite hladno slatko s kakaom i šećerom u prahu dok ne dobijete kremastu i čvrstu smjesu. Prebacite je u slastičarsku vrećicu i ukrasite tortu pa vratite u hladnjak da se šlag malo stisne.

Čokoladna šarlota, torta koja će svakog očarati: kremastiju još niste jeli, a jedan detalj ovaj recept čini još boljim

Šarlota je poznati desert u koji su zaljubljeni svi obožavatelji kremastih kolača. Razlog je jednostavan - kremastije od toga ne može! Ovaj slatki klasik potječe iz 18. stoljeća, a možda je i stariji.

Nekoć se radio od ostataka kruha, koji bi se močili u maslac i slagali u kalup, dok bi se šupljina punila različitim vrstama kuhanih krema i voća. Sve bi se to zatim lijepo ispeklo, zbog čega neki ovu tortu smatraju podvrstom pudinga. S vremenom je stari kruh zamijenjen keksom, a s izumom hladnjaka pojavile su se nove verzije recepta u kojem je kuhana pa zapečena krema zamijenjena kremama na bazi maslaca i jaja ili pak slatkog vrhnja.

Nudimo vam recept s YouTube kanala Cooking Fantasies za šarlotu koja se ne peče, a ono što nam se u njemu posebno sviđa je to što su piškote prije slaganja u kalup umočene u čokoladu.

Čokoladna šarlota

Sastojci:

40 piškota
70 g šećera
60 g čokolade
15 g kakaa
240 ml vode

Za čokoladni mousse:

300 g čokolade
125 g maslaca
80 g šećera
30 ml mlijeka
250 ml slatkog vrhnja
4 žumanjka
1 žlica šećera u prahu
1 žličica ekstrakta vanilije

Za ukras:

150 ml slatkog vrhnja
1,5 žlica šećera u prahu
1,5 žlica kakaa

Priprema:
