Bolognese, bolonjez ili kako već zovete omiljenu tjesteninu s mjesnim umakom sinonim je za kripno jelo s mljevenim mesom i umakom od rajčice, no želite li kušati pravu stvar, pripremit ćete ragu alla bolognese. U tom se slavnom umaku spajaju pomno odabrani sastojci i dobra doza vještine i strpljenja, a rezultat je prava gastronomska fantazija.

Recept koji je na svom Instagramu objavio popularni glumac Stanley Tucci negdje je na polaputa između bolonjeza i ragua alla bolognese: riječ je o jelu koje se, kako tvrdi glumac, čija je kuharica privukla puno pažnje, može skuhati za manje od pola sata.

"Dok sam čistio zamrzivač pronašao sam pakiranje divnog mesa koje nabavljam na tržnici. Kako ima puno masnoće odlučio sam napraviti brzi bolognese. Ovo se jelo obično radi od teletine i temeljca, ne dodaje se rajčica, a ja sam ovog puta napravio kombinaciju s mrkvom, lukom i celerom, dodao sam i malo maslaca i maslinova ulja. Kuhao sam, a zatim sam dodao meso, malo rajčice, muškatnog oraščića, sol i papar i nastavio s kuhanjem. Poslužit ću to s malo parmezana. Nikad nisam radio bolognese na ovaj način, ali ispalo je fantastično", objasnio je Tucci u videu.

Bolognese, bolonjez ili kako već zovete omiljenu tjesteninu s mjesnim umakom sinonim je za kripno jelo s mljevenim mesom i umakom od rajčice, no želite li kušati pravu stvar, pripremit ćete ragu alla bolognese. U tom se slavnom umaku spajaju pomno odabrani sastojci i dobra doza vještine i strpljenja, a rezultat je prava gastronomska fantazija.

Recept koji je na svom Instagramu objavio popularni glumac Stanley Tucci negdje je na polaputa između bolonjeza i ragua alla bolognese: riječ je o jelu koje se, kako tvrdi glumac, čija je kuharica privukla puno pažnje, može skuhati za manje od pola sata.

"Dok sam čistio zamrzivač pronašao sam pakiranje divnog mesa koje nabavljam na tržnici. Kako ima puno masnoće odlučio sam napraviti brzi bolognese. Ovo se jelo obično radi od teletine i temeljca, ne dodaje se rajčica, a ja sam ovog puta napravio kombinaciju s mrkvom, lukom i celerom, dodao sam i malo maslaca i maslinova ulja. Kuhao sam, a zatim sam dodao meso, malo rajčice, muškatnog oraščića, sol i papar i nastavio s kuhanjem. Poslužit ću to s malo parmezana. Nikad nisam radio bolognese na ovaj način, ali ispalo je fantastično", objasnio je Tucci u videu.

Bolognese, bolonjez ili kako već zovete omiljenu tjesteninu s mjesnim umakom sinonim je za kripno jelo s mljevenim mesom i umakom od rajčice, no želite li kušati pravu stvar, pripremit ćete ragu alla bolognese. U tom se slavnom umaku spajaju pomno odabrani sastojci i dobra doza vještine i strpljenja, a rezultat je prava gastronomska fantazija.

Recept koji je na svom Instagramu objavio popularni glumac Stanley Tucci negdje je na polaputa između bolonjeza i ragua alla bolognese: riječ je o jelu koje se, kako tvrdi glumac, čija je kuharica privukla puno pažnje, može skuhati za manje od pola sata.

"Dok sam čistio zamrzivač pronašao sam pakiranje divnog mesa koje nabavljam na tržnici. Kako ima puno masnoće odlučio sam napraviti brzi bolognese. Ovo se jelo obično radi od teletine i temeljca, ne dodaje se rajčica, a ja sam ovog puta napravio kombinaciju s mrkvom, lukom i celerom, dodao sam i malo maslaca i maslinova ulja. Kuhao sam, a zatim sam dodao meso, malo rajčice, muškatnog oraščića, sol i papar i nastavio s kuhanjem. Poslužit ću to s malo parmezana. Nikad nisam radio bolognese na ovaj način, ali ispalo je fantastično", objasnio je Tucci u videu.
