Uvijek su nam dobrodošli recepti za brze ljetne tjestenine, a posebno kad su jednostavni i sadrže puno sira. Jedan koji zadovoljava sve navedene kriterije pronašli smo na jednom od naših najdražih domaćih Instagrama, Tonka, reci ručak, iza kojeg stoji Splićanka Tonka Petričević.

Tonkin recept  uključuje tikvice, parmezan i ricottu, priprema se brzinski i zvuči jako dobro.

Tonka reci ručak

Brza tjestenina s tikvicama i ricottom

Sastojci: 

250 g tjestenine
400 g ricotte
100 g ribanog parmezana
1 češanj češnjaka
čili pahuljice
maslinovo ulje
svježi bosiljak
sol, papar

Priprema:

U većem loncu do vrenja ugrijte vodu za tjesteninu, posolite, ubacite tjesteninu i kuhajte po uputama.

U međuvremenu u široj tavi zagrijte malo ulja i dodajte oguljeni češanj češnjaka. Tikvicu narežite na male kockice i ubacite. Dinstajte dok ne dobiju boju, otprilike 7-8 minuta.

Uklonite češnjak. Tikvice lagano posolite i popaprite. Dodajte malo vode od kuhanja tjestenine, ricottu i ribani parmezan pa sve dobro promiješajte i kuhajte 1-2 minute. Dodajte skuhanu tjesteninu i po potrebi još malo vode od kuhanja.

Začinite bosiljkom, ribanim parmezanom i čili pahuljicama.

Uvijek su nam dobrodošli recepti za brze ljetne tjestenine, a posebno kad su jednostavni i sadrže puno sira. Jedan koji zadovoljava sve navedene kriterije pronašli smo na jednom od naših najdražih domaćih Instagrama, Tonka, reci ručak, iza kojeg stoji Splićanka Tonka Petričević.

Tonkin recept  uključuje tikvice, parmezan i ricottu, priprema se brzinski i zvuči jako dobro.

Brza tjestenina s tikvicama i ricottom

Sastojci: 

250 g tjestenine
400 g ricotte
100 g ribanog parmezana
1 češanj češnjaka
čili pahuljice
maslinovo ulje
svježi bosiljak
sol, papar

Priprema:

U većem loncu do vrenja ugrijte vodu za tjesteninu, posolite, ubacite tjesteninu i kuhajte po uputama.

U međuvremenu u široj tavi zagrijte malo ulja i dodajte oguljeni češanj češnjaka. Tikvicu narežite na male kockice i ubacite. Dinstajte dok ne dobiju boju, otprilike 7-8 minuta.

Uklonite češnjak. Tikvice lagano posolite i popaprite. Dodajte malo vode od kuhanja tjestenine, ricottu i ribani parmezan pa sve dobro promiješajte i kuhajte 1-2 minute. Dodajte skuhanu tjesteninu i po potrebi još malo vode od kuhanja.

Začinite bosiljkom, ribanim parmezanom i čili pahuljicama.

Popularna ljetna tjestenina na novi način: evo kako Splićanka čije recepte obožavamo priprema svoju brzinsku manistru

Uvijek su nam dobrodošli recepti za brze ljetne tjestenine, a posebno kad su jednostavni i sadrže puno sira. Jedan koji zadovoljava sve navedene kriterije pronašli smo na jednom od naših najdražih domaćih Instagrama, Tonka, reci ručak, iza kojeg stoji Splićanka Tonka Petričević.

Tonkin recept  uključuje tikvice, parmezan i ricottu, priprema se brzinski i zvuči jako dobro.

Pa evo kako Tonka kužinaje svoju ljetnu manistru...

Tonka reci ručak

Brza tjestenina s tikvicama i ricottom

Sastojci: 

250 g tjestenine
400 g ricotte
100 g ribanog parmezana
1 češanj češnjaka
čili pahuljice
maslinovo ulje
svježi bosiljak
sol, papar

Priprema:

U većem loncu do vrenja ugrijte vodu za tjesteninu, posolite, ubacite tjesteninu i kuhajte po uputama.

U međuvremenu u široj tavi zagrijte malo ulja i dodajte oguljeni češanj češnjaka. Tikvicu narežite na male kockice i ubacite. Dinstajte dok ne dobiju boju, otprilike 7-8 minuta.

Uklonite češnjak. Tikvice lagano posolite i popaprite. Dodajte malo vode od kuhanja tjestenine, ricottu i ribani parmezan pa sve dobro promiješajte i kuhajte 1-2 minute. Dodajte skuhanu tjesteninu i po potrebi još malo vode od kuhanja.

Začinite bosiljkom, ribanim parmezanom i čili pahuljicama.
