Stari su ljudi govorili da je ovo najbolje vrijeme za ćapat‘ kakvu prehladu: malo je vruće, malo okrene kiša, čim se makneš sa sunca "lizne" te neka promaja i eto belaja. Doskočite tome na najbolji način: podignite imunitet. Agrumi, paprike i druga hrana bogata vitaminom C bit će vam od pomoći, a ako ćete vjerovati priči koja se vezuje uz recept koji otkrivamo u nastavku, na jelovniku će vam se naći i jedna juha od povrća.

Navodno ju je prije nekih 2,5 tisuće godina osmislio Hipokrat, što vam uistinu nikako ne možemo potvrditi, no već to što sadrži rajčice pobuđuje nam skepsu. Ali recept je dobar. Ako ga je zaista pisao otac medicine, bio je u napadu kulinarske inspiracije, a imao je, reklo bi se i dašak dara za predviđanje budućnosti, jer pome su u Europu stigle tek prije 400-ak godina.

Bilo kaok bilo, neće vam škoditi malo juhe od povrća, bila ona pripremljena po Hipokratovom receptu ili ne. 

Juha za podizanje imuniteta

Sastojci:

600 g rajčice
400 g krumpira
5 češnja češnjaka
2 luka
1 srednje velik korijen celera
1 srednje velik korijen peršina
1 poriluk
začini poput peršina, majčine dušice, ružmarina i koromača
sol

Priprema:

Povrće operite, narežite i stavite u veliki lonac. Dodajte dovoljno vode da prekrije povrće, pustite da zavrije pa smanjite vatru i kuhajte sat i pol, odnosno dok povrće ne omekša.

Na samom kraju kuhanja dodajte češnjak i začine u manjim količinama pa ispasirajte.

Stari su ljudi govorili da je ovo najbolje vrijeme za ćapat‘ kakvu prehladu: malo je vruće, malo okrene kiša, čim se makneš sa sunca "lizne" te neka promaja i eto belaja. Doskočite tome na najbolji način: podignite imunitet. Agrumi, paprike i druga hrana bogata vitaminom C bit će vam od pomoći, a ako ćete vjerovati priči koja se vezuje uz recept koji otkrivamo u nastavku, na jelovniku će vam se naći i jedna juha od povrća.

Navodno ju je prije nekih 2,5 tisuće godina osmislio Hipokrat, što vam uistinu nikako ne možemo potvrditi, no već to što sadrži rajčice pobuđuje nam skepsu. Ali recept je dobar. Ako ga je zaista pisao otac medicine, bio je u napadu kulinarske inspiracije, a imao je, reklo bi se i dašak dara za predviđanje budućnosti, jer pome su u Europu stigle tek prije 400-ak godina.

Bilo kaok bilo, neće vam škoditi malo juhe od povrća, bila ona pripremljena po Hipokratovom receptu ili ne. 

Juha za podizanje imuniteta

Sastojci:

600 g rajčice
400 g krumpira
5 češnja češnjaka
2 luka
1 srednje velik korijen celera
1 srednje velik korijen peršina
1 poriluk
začini poput peršina, majčine dušice, ružmarina i koromača
sol

Priprema:

Povrće operite, narežite i stavite u veliki lonac. Dodajte dovoljno vode da prekrije povrće, pustite da zavrije pa smanjite vatru i kuhajte sat i pol, odnosno dok povrće ne omekša.

Na samom kraju kuhanja dodajte češnjak i začine u manjim količinama pa ispasirajte.

‘Čarobna‘ juha po receptu koji se pripisuje Hipokratu: ne znamo je li zaista baš toliko star, ali juha će biti dobra!

Stari su ljudi govorili da je ovo najbolje vrijeme za ćapat‘ kakvu prehladu: malo je vruće, malo okrene kiša, čim se makneš sa sunca "lizne" te neka promaja i eto belaja. Doskočite tome na najbolji način: podignite imunitet. Agrumi, paprike i druga hrana bogata vitaminom C bit će vam od pomoći, a ako ćete vjerovati priči koja se vezuje uz recept koji otkrivamo u nastavku, na jelovniku će vam se naći i jedna juha od povrća.

Navodno ju je prije nekih 2,5 tisuće godina osmislio Hipokrat, što vam uistinu nikako ne možemo potvrditi, no već to što sadrži rajčice pobuđuje nam skepsu. Ali recept je dobar. Ako ga je zaista pisao otac medicine, bio je u napadu kulinarske inspiracije, a imao je, reklo bi se i dašak dara za predviđanje budućnosti, jer pome su u Europu stigle tek prije 400-ak godina.

Bilo kaok bilo, neće vam škoditi malo juhe od povrća, bila ona pripremljena po Hipokratovom receptu ili ne. 

Juha za podizanje imuniteta

Sastojci:

600 g rajčice
400 g krumpira
5 češnja češnjaka
2 luka
1 srednje velik korijen celera
1 srednje velik korijen peršina
1 poriluk
začini poput peršina, majčine dušice, ružmarina i koromača
sol

Priprema:

Povrće operite, narežite i stavite u veliki lonac. Dodajte dovoljno vode da prekrije povrće, pustite da zavrije pa smanjite vatru i kuhajte sat i pol, odnosno dok povrće ne omekša.

Na samom kraju kuhanja dodajte češnjak i začine u manjim količinama pa ispasirajte.
