Ako postoji jedna stvar koju želimo više kuhati i jesti - to su škampi. Oni su jedna od najlakših i najukusnijih namirnica za pripremu, a procijeniti možete kad su gotovi jednostavno promatrajući njihovu boju. Kad vidite da škampi poprimaju prekrasnu ružičasto-crvenu boju, što traje samo nekoliko minuta, spremni su.

Postoji mnogo zanimljivih recepata u kombinaciji sa škampima, međutim, ova sočna i ljuta salata od škampa je jelo koje će nas nadahnuti da ih češće pripremate. Sve je brzo i jednostavno, bogato i ukusno. Puni, sočni škampi preliveni su aromatičnim, kremastim umakom i prepuni hrskavih zalogaja osvježavajućeg krastavca i luka. Ukusnu salatu u umaku na bazi majoneze možete poslužiti preko tosta, na podlozi od zelene salate ili na maslacem premazanom brusquettu za brzi i zadovoljavajući ljetni obrok.

Ono u čemu je trik da umak bude još sočniji i aromatičniji je korištenje češnjaka, svježeg vlasca i grškog jogurta. Možete koristiti i samo majonezu, ali ja dodatkom nekoliko žlica grčkog jogurta umak će biti još kremastiji i dati lijep okus umaku. Za ovaj recept možete koristiti i svježe i smrznute škampe koji su već očišćeni i oguljeni kako biste lakše pripremili jelo. Mi preferiramo ‘friške sa peškarije‘ iako je priprema nešto malo zahtijevnija, ali za finalni rezultat sve se isplati. Još jedna odlična stvar ovog jela je to da ostatke ručka možete sačuvati u hladnjaku ‘za poslije‘. A sad, krenimo na slasan recept.. 

Salata od škampi

Sastojci:

1/2 kg svježih ili smrznutih škampi
1 žlica rižinog octa
1 češanj češnjaka
1/4 luka
1 krastavac
1 vezica svježeg vlasca
6 do 8 grančica svježeg kopra
1 limun
1/4 šalice majoneze
2 žlice grčkog jogurta
2 žličice senfa
1 žličica soli
1 žličica crnog papra
Tostirani kruh ili zelena salata; za posluživanje 

Priprema:

U velikom loncu zakuhajte vodu i posolite je. U međuvremenu veliku zdjelu do pola napunite ledom i dodajte hladne vode kako biste napravili ledenu kupku. Lim za pečenje obložite duplim slojem papirnatih ručnika.

Dodajte škampe i 1 žlicu rižinog octa u kipuću vodu. Kuhajte dok škampi ne postanu ružičasti i kuhani - oko 2 minute. Ocijedite, a zatim prebacite škampe u ledenu kupelj. Nakon što se ohlade, ponovno ocijedite kozice i bacite sve preostale kockice leda. Prebacite škampe na papirnate ručnike i složite u jednom sloju da se osuše.

U srednje veliku zdjelu dodajte na sitno nasjeckan češnjak, luk, krastavac - bez sjemenki, grančice kopra, svježi vlasac, naribanu koricu limuna, a zatim i iscijeđeni limunov sok, dodajte majonezu, grčki jogurt, senf pa posolite i popaprite te pomiješajte da se svi sastojci sjedine.

Dodajte škampe i ponovno sve pomiješajte da se spoje s umakom. Po potrebi ponovno začinite. Po želji poslužite na tostiranom kruhu ili zelenoj salati. Umjesto škampi možete koristiti kozice. U tom slučaju predlažemo da kupite već očišćene.

Ako postoji jedna stvar koju želimo više kuhati i jesti - to su škampi. Oni su jedna od najlakših i najukusnijih namirnica za pripremu, a procijeniti možete kad su gotovi jednostavno promatrajući njihovu boju. Kad vidite da škampi poprimaju prekrasnu ružičasto-crvenu boju, što traje samo nekoliko minuta, spremni su.

Postoji mnogo zanimljivih recepata u kombinaciji sa škampima, međutim, ova sočna i ljuta salata od škampa je jelo koje će nas nadahnuti da ih češće pripremate. Sve je brzo i jednostavno, bogato i ukusno. Puni, sočni škampi preliveni su aromatičnim, kremastim umakom i prepuni hrskavih zalogaja osvježavajućeg krastavca i luka. Ukusnu salatu u umaku na bazi majoneze možete poslužiti preko tosta, na podlozi od zelene salate ili na maslacem premazanom brusquettu za brzi i zadovoljavajući ljetni obrok.

Ono u čemu je trik da umak bude još sočniji i aromatičniji je korištenje češnjaka, svježeg vlasca i grškog jogurta. Možete koristiti i samo majonezu, ali ja dodatkom nekoliko žlica grčkog jogurta umak će biti još kremastiji i dati lijep okus umaku. Za ovaj recept možete koristiti i svježe i smrznute škampe koji su već očišćeni i oguljeni kako biste lakše pripremili jelo. Mi preferiramo ‘friške sa peškarije‘ iako je priprema nešto malo zahtijevnija, ali za finalni rezultat sve se isplati. Još jedna odlična stvar ovog jela je to da ostatke ručka možete sačuvati u hladnjaku ‘za poslije‘. A sad, krenimo na slasan recept.. 

Salata od škampi

Sastojci:

1/2 kg svježih ili smrznutih škampi
1 žlica rižinog octa
1 češanj češnjaka
1/4 luka
1 krastavac
1 vezica svježeg vlasca
6 do 8 grančica svježeg kopra
1 limun
1/4 šalice majoneze
2 žlice grčkog jogurta
2 žličice senfa
1 žličica soli
1 žličica crnog papra
Tostirani kruh ili zelena salata; za posluživanje 

Priprema:

U velikom loncu zakuhajte vodu i posolite je. U međuvremenu veliku zdjelu do pola napunite ledom i dodajte hladne vode kako biste napravili ledenu kupku. Lim za pečenje obložite duplim slojem papirnatih ručnika.

Dodajte škampe i 1 žlicu rižinog octa u kipuću vodu. Kuhajte dok škampi ne postanu ružičasti i kuhani - oko 2 minute. Ocijedite, a zatim prebacite škampe u ledenu kupelj. Nakon što se ohlade, ponovno ocijedite kozice i bacite sve preostale kockice leda. Prebacite škampe na papirnate ručnike i složite u jednom sloju da se osuše.

U srednje veliku zdjelu dodajte na sitno nasjeckan češnjak, luk, krastavac - bez sjemenki, grančice kopra, svježi vlasac, naribanu koricu limuna, a zatim i iscijeđeni limunov sok, dodajte majonezu, grčki jogurt, senf pa posolite i popaprite te pomiješajte da se svi sastojci sjedine.

Ako postoji jedna stvar koju želimo više kuhati i jesti - to su škampi. Oni su jedna od najlakših i najukusnijih namirnica za pripremu, a procijeniti možete kad su gotovi jednostavno promatrajući njihovu boju. Kad vidite da škampi poprimaju prekrasnu ružičasto-crvenu boju, što traje samo nekoliko minuta, spremni su.

Postoji mnogo zanimljivih recepata u kombinaciji sa škampima, međutim, ova sočna i ljuta salata od škampa je jelo koje će nas nadahnuti da ih češće pripremate. Sve je brzo i jednostavno, bogato i ukusno. Puni, sočni škampi preliveni su aromatičnim, kremastim umakom i prepuni hrskavih zalogaja osvježavajućeg krastavca i luka. Ukusnu salatu u umaku na bazi majoneze možete poslužiti preko tosta, na podlozi od zelene salate ili na maslacem premazanom brusquettu za brzi i zadovoljavajući ljetni obrok.

Ono u čemu je trik da umak bude još sočniji i aromatičniji je korištenje češnjaka, svježeg vlasca i grškog jogurta. Možete koristiti i samo majonezu, ali ja dodatkom nekoliko žlica grčkog jogurta umak će biti još kremastiji i dati lijep okus umaku. Za ovaj recept možete koristiti i svježe i smrznute škampe koji su već očišćeni i oguljeni kako biste lakše pripremili jelo. Mi preferiramo ‘friške sa peškarije‘ iako je priprema nešto malo zahtijevnija, ali za finalni rezultat sve se isplati. Još jedna odlična stvar ovog jela je to da ostatke ručka možete sačuvati u hladnjaku ‘za poslije‘. A sad, krenimo na slasan recept.. 

Salata od škampi

Sastojci:

1/2 kg svježih ili smrznutih škampi
1 žlica rižinog octa
1 češanj češnjaka
1/4 luka
1 krastavac
1 vezica svježeg vlasca
6 do 8 grančica svježeg kopra
1 limun
1/4 šalice majoneze
2 žlice grčkog jogurta
2 žličice senfa
1 žličica soli
1 žličica crnog papra
Tostirani kruh ili zelena salata; za posluživanje 

Priprema:

U velikom loncu zakuhajte vodu i posolite je. U međuvremenu veliku zdjelu do pola napunite ledom i dodajte hladne vode kako biste napravili ledenu kupku. Lim za pečenje obložite duplim slojem papirnatih ručnika.
