U potrazi za najboljim pireom pravi će bonkulović iskušati raznorazne mogućnosti. Pripazit će da su mu sve kockice krumpira podjednake, da bi se bolje i ravnomjernije skuhao, nabavit će mlijeko s više mliječne masti i dodati još koji ekstra komadić maslaca, pokušat će krumpire usitniti uz pomoć neke od modernih naprava... No moguće je da na kraju ipak neće biti potpuno zadovoljan, osobito ako se uputio u potragu za najkremastijim i najfinijim pireom koji je ikad kušao.

A ta bi mu potraga mogla potrajati dovijeka ako ne zna za ovaj trik. Za ekstra kremasti, glatki i neodoljivi pire trebat će mu... sir. I to ne bilo koji, nego krem sir. Onaj koji koristimo kao namaz i sirovinu za slastice. Nije bitno koje marke, ali poželjno je da nema izraženu aromu, kako ne bi utjecao na okus pirea.

Odlučite li se iskušati pali li ovaj trik, još jednu stvar morate imati na umu. Krem sir najprije treba malo zagrijati. Ne trebate prljati još jednu tećicu, nego postupite ovako, lakše je.

Kad ste zgnječili krumpire na način koji vam najviše odgovara, gurnite ih uz jedan rub teće, kako biste oslobodili dio dna koji je još topao. Ubacite krem sir i nešto maslaca (njega nipošto nećemo preskakati!) na dno teće, pustite ih da se malo zagriju i omekšaju, pa zatim sve lijepo izmiješajte.

Želite li nekoga osobito impresionirati svojim pireom, na vrh stavite par sitnih listića maslaca, koji će se otopiti do posluživanja te sve, ako se slaže s jelom uz koje poslužujete pire, pospite s malo svježe mljevenog papra ili začinskog bilja. Sve ove fensi dodatke možete i preskočiti, jer, vjerujte, sama tekstura i okus pirea začinjenog krem sirom bit će dovoljni da se svi zapitaju u čemu je tajna.

U potrazi za najboljim pireom pravi će bonkulović iskušati raznorazne mogućnosti. Pripazit će da su mu sve kockice krumpira podjednake, da bi se bolje i ravnomjernije skuhao, nabavit će mlijeko s više mliječne masti i dodati još koji ekstra komadić maslaca, pokušat će krumpire usitniti uz pomoć neke od modernih naprava... No moguće je da na kraju ipak neće biti potpuno zadovoljan, osobito ako se uputio u potragu za najkremastijim i najfinijim pireom koji je ikad kušao.

A ta bi mu potraga mogla potrajati dovijeka ako ne zna za ovaj trik. Za ekstra kremasti, glatki i neodoljivi pire trebat će mu... sir. I to ne bilo koji, nego krem sir. Onaj koji koristimo kao namaz i sirovinu za slastice. Nije bitno koje marke, ali poželjno je da nema izraženu aromu, kako ne bi utjecao na okus pirea.

Odlučite li se iskušati pali li ovaj trik, još jednu stvar morate imati na umu. Krem sir najprije treba malo zagrijati. Ne trebate prljati još jednu tećicu, nego postupite ovako, lakše je.

Kad ste zgnječili krumpire na način koji vam najviše odgovara, gurnite ih uz jedan rub teće, kako biste oslobodili dio dna koji je još topao. Ubacite krem sir i nešto maslaca (njega nipošto nećemo preskakati!) na dno teće, pustite ih da se malo zagriju i omekšaju, pa zatim sve lijepo izmiješajte.

U potrazi za najboljim pireom pravi će bonkulović iskušati raznorazne mogućnosti. Pripazit će da su mu sve kockice krumpira podjednake, da bi se bolje i ravnomjernije skuhao, nabavit će mlijeko s više mliječne masti i dodati još koji ekstra komadić maslaca, pokušat će krumpire usitniti uz pomoć neke od modernih naprava... No moguće je da na kraju ipak neće biti potpuno zadovoljan, osobito ako se uputio u potragu za najkremastijim i najfinijim pireom koji je ikad kušao.

A ta bi mu potraga mogla potrajati dovijeka ako ne zna za ovaj trik. Za ekstra kremasti, glatki i neodoljivi pire trebat će mu... sir. I to ne bilo koji, nego krem sir. Onaj koji koristimo kao namaz i sirovinu za slastice. Nije bitno koje marke, ali poželjno je da nema izraženu aromu, kako ne bi utjecao na okus pirea.

Odlučite li se iskušati pali li ovaj trik, još jednu stvar morate imati na umu. Krem sir najprije treba malo zagrijati. Ne trebate prljati još jednu tećicu, nego postupite ovako, lakše je.

Kad ste zgnječili krumpire na način koji vam najviše odgovara, gurnite ih uz jedan rub teće, kako biste oslobodili dio dna koji je još topao. Ubacite krem sir i nešto maslaca (njega nipošto nećemo preskakati!) na dno teće, pustite ih da se malo zagriju i omekšaju, pa zatim sve lijepo izmiješajte.
