I zato vam savjetujemo da poslušate savjete slavnog kuhara koji je otkrio što su, po njegovom sudu, "crvene zastavice" kad je riječ o jelu koji uključuje te delikatne namirnice.

Joe Bastianich, jedan od sudaca američkog MasterChefa ispričao je za Mashed kako izvrsno kuhana tjestenina s morskim plodovima može biti vrhunsko jelo, ali je također upozorio na tri stvari koje ukazuju da bi jelo trebalo vratiti, čak i prije nego je kušano.

"Ako umak nije emulgiran, ako nema dovoljno škroba, ako je previše vodenast, neću ga niti okusiti", rekao je Bastianich za Mashed te dodao kako je priprema takvog jela vrlo delikatan čin balansiranja svih sastojaka pri čemu kuhar mora vrlo dobro znati što radi.

Želite li napraviti tjesteninu s plodovima mora kakvu bi odobrio vrhunski kuhar poput Joea Bastianicha, najprije shvatite osnove i klonite se tri promašaja kuhanja tjestenine koje je Joe Bastainich jednom nabrojao također za za Mashed: "nedovoljno soli u vodi, ispiranje tjestenine vodom nakon toga, ne kuhanje tjestenine s umakom."

Zatim pratite upute i recept za tjesteninu s plodovima mora u umaku od rajčica koje je Bastianich ponudio. Jeste li od onih koji će odbiti hranu koja im se ne svidi ili od onih koji šute, trpe i najgore djelove ostave na tanjuru? Ako ste među drugima, za vas posjet restoranu može završiti ne samo razočaravajuće nego i s velikim izgledom za probavne tegobe, osobito ako često naručujete plodove mora. I zato vam savjetujemo da poslušate savjete slavnog kuhara koji je otkrio što su, po njegovom sudu, "crvene zastavice" kad je riječ o jelu koji uključuje te delikatne namirnice.

Joe Bastianich, jedan od sudaca američkog MasterChefa ispričao je za Mashed kako izvrsno kuhana tjestenina s morskim plodovima može biti vrhunsko jelo, ali je također upozorio na tri stvari koje ukazuju da bi jelo trebalo vratiti, čak i prije nego je kušano.

"Ako umak nije emulgiran, ako nema dovoljno škroba, ako je previše vodenast, neću ga niti okusiti", rekao je Bastianich za Mashed te dodao kako je priprema takvog jela vrlo delikatan čin balansiranja svih sastojaka pri čemu kuhar mora vrlo dobro znati što radi.

I zato vam savjetujemo da poslušate savjete slavnog kuhara koji je otkrio što su, po njegovom sudu, "crvene zastavice" kad je riječ o jelu koji uključuje te delikatne namirnice.

Joe Bastianich, jedan od sudaca američkog MasterChefa ispričao je za Mashed kako izvrsno kuhana tjestenina s morskim plodovima može biti vrhunsko jelo, ali je također upozorio na tri stvari koje ukazuju da bi jelo trebalo vratiti, čak i prije nego je kušano.

"Ako umak nije emulgiran, ako nema dovoljno škroba, ako je previše vodenast, neću ga niti okusiti", rekao je Bastianich za Mashed te dodao kako je priprema takvog jela vrlo delikatan čin balansiranja svih sastojaka pri čemu kuhar mora vrlo dobro znati što radi.
