Nakon 20 godina zabrane, u Zagrebu se priprema gradnja prvih stambenih nebodera, i to na južnoj obali Save, nasuprot Jarunu i zapadno od remetinečkog rotora. Projekt „Jarun Panorama“ norveške graditeljske tvrtke “Verdispar”, obuhvaća podizanje sedam objekata, i to u dvije zone, stambenoj od četiri nebodera po 20 katova, te tri poslovna tornja od kojih će najviši imati 37 etaža i ekskluzivni restoran na vrhu.

„Bit će to nov način stanovanja, na višem nivou od ičega što je do sada ponuđeno na stambenom tržištu. Jedina sličnost s drugim zagrebačkim visokim zgradama je visina, no sve ostalo je potpuno novi koncept, i to u svakom pogledu“, ističe voditelj projekta Tomislav Perković, te dodaje kako im tek slijedi buduće stanovnike upoznati sa svim prednostima toga naselja.

U četiri stambena tornja bit će oko 400 stanova, a na pet najviših etaža bit će stanovi velikih kvadratura, od 150 do čak 600 kvadrata, s posebno dizajniranim interijerom po želji kupaca. Zgrade su postavljene tako da se iz svakog stana mogu vidjeti rijeka, grad, Jarun i Sljeme. U prizemlju bit će povezane “pasarelom”, odnosno toplim hodnikom s trgovinama, restoranom, kafićima, teretanom i welnessom i drugim sadržajima.

Najsuvremeniji sustavi grijanja i hlađenja značajno će štedjeti energiju, pa će i troškovi režija biti niski. Tri poslovna tornja zauzimat će bruto površinu oko 60 tisuća četvornih metara, a namijenjeni su uredima A-klase, s poslovnim sadržajima u prizemlju. U dvije podzemne etaže projektirano je dovoljno parkirališnih mjesta za stanare i posjetitelje.

Među tornjevima s posebnom pažnjom površina od 19.000 četvornih metara uredit će se kao superpark. Uz staze za trčanje, prostor za odmor i ugostiteljske objekte, u središtu je i polivalentni prostor za pozornicu ljeti, te za klizalište zimi. Kako investitori u suradnji s Gradom Zagrebom osmišljavaju i program aktiviranja prostora nasipa i rijeke Save, arhitekti su za projekt “Jarun Panorama” predvidjeli i idejno rješenje sa sportskim sadržajima i kupalištem.

Uz to je zamišljena i izvedba pješačkog mosta, odnosno prometovanje brodića, koji bi stanovnicima naselja omogućio pristup na savski nasip. Projekt „Jarun Panorama“ počet će se graditi iduće godine, predviđeni rok izgradnje je kraj 2012. godine, a vrijednost investicije 300 milijuna eura.

Nakon 20 godina zabrane, u Zagrebu se priprema gradnja prvih stambenih nebodera, i to na južnoj obali Save, nasuprot Jarunu i zapadno od remetinečkog rotora. Projekt „Jarun Panorama“ norveške graditeljske tvrtke “Verdispar”, obuhvaća podizanje sedam objekata, i to u dvije zone, stambenoj od četiri nebodera po 20 katova, te tri poslovna tornja od kojih će najviši imati 37 etaža i ekskluzivni restoran na vrhu.

„Bit će to nov način stanovanja, na višem nivou od ičega što je do sada ponuđeno na stambenom tržištu. Jedina sličnost s drugim zagrebačkim visokim zgradama je visina, no sve ostalo je potpuno novi koncept, i to u svakom pogledu“, ističe voditelj projekta Tomislav Perković, te dodaje kako im tek slijedi buduće stanovnike upoznati sa svim prednostima toga naselja.

U četiri stambena tornja bit će oko 400 stanova, a na pet najviših etaža bit će stanovi velikih kvadratura, od 150 do čak 600 kvadrata, s posebno dizajniranim interijerom po želji kupaca. Zgrade su postavljene tako da se iz svakog stana mogu vidjeti rijeka, grad, Jarun i Sljeme. U prizemlju bit će povezane “pasarelom”, odnosno toplim hodnikom s trgovinama, restoranom, kafićima, teretanom i welnessom i drugim sadržajima.

Najsuvremeniji sustavi grijanja i hlađenja značajno će štedjeti energiju, pa će i troškovi režija biti niski. Tri poslovna tornja zauzimat će bruto površinu oko 60 tisuća četvornih metara, a namijenjeni su uredima A-klase, s poslovnim sadržajima u prizemlju. U dvije podzemne etaže projektirano je dovoljno parkirališnih mjesta za stanare i posjetitelje.

Među tornjevima s posebnom pažnjom površina od 19.000 četvornih metara uredit će se kao superpark. Uz staze za trčanje, prostor za odmor i ugostiteljske objekte, u središtu je i polivalentni prostor za pozornicu ljeti, te za klizalište zimi. Kako investitori u suradnji s Gradom Zagrebom osmišljavaju i program aktiviranja prostora nasipa i rijeke Save, arhitekti su za projekt “Jarun Panorama” predvidjeli i idejno rješenje sa sportskim sadržajima i kupalištem.

Uz to je zamišljena i izvedba pješačkog mosta, odnosno prometovanje brodića, koji bi stanovnicima naselja omogućio pristup na savski nasip. Projekt „Jarun Panorama“ počet će se graditi iduće godine, predviđeni rok izgradnje je kraj 2012. godine, a vrijednost investicije 300 milijuna eura.
