Kreme za sunčanje štite kožu od pretjeranog izlaganja suncu, ali ne mogu se preporučiti svi proizvodi koji se nude na tržištu, pokazala je studija Stiftung Warentest, njemačke organizacije potrošača koja nepristrano ocjenjuje proizvode i usluge. Iznenadit ćete se koje su najbolje, pa su tako i vrlo pristupačni proizvodi dobili vrlo dobre kritike. Iako se većina ljudi veseli izlaganju suncu, svatko tko se usudi izaći van bez zaštite od sunca može brzo doživjeti opekline kože. Budući da previše sunca može dugoročno oštetiti naš najveći i vrlo osjetljivi organ - dobra zaštita od sunca u ljetnim mjesecima posebno je važna. Iz tog je razloga Stiftung Warentest pobliže analizirao razne proizvode za zaštitu od sunca. Osim proizvoda skupih marki, stručnjaci su testirali i jeftine kreme za sunčanje iz drogerija. Ovdje možete saznati koja je krema za sunčanje prikladna i na što potrošači trebaju obratiti pozornost.
Prvo dobra vijest: ne mora uvijek biti skupo. Prema Stiftung Warentest-u, potrošači mogu dobiti pouzdanu zaštitu od štetnog UV zračenja za malo novca. Dok su jeftine kreme za zaštitu od sunca bile iznenađujuće dobre na testu 2021., neki su skupi brendovi dobili prilično loše ocjene.
Za potrebe studije, zaštitnici potrošača testirali su ukupno 20 krema, losiona i sprejeva s visokim i vrlo visokim faktorom zaštite od sunca (30, 50 i 50+). Iako mnogi od testiranih proizvoda nude pouzdanu zaštitu od UVA i UVB zračenja, samo su četiri ocijenjena ocjenom "vrlo dobar". Dva prirodna kozmetička spreja dobila su ocjenu "loše" i pala su na testu. Unatoč visokoj cijeni do 21 eura za 100 mililitara, stručnjaci savjetuju da se ne koriste takvi proizvodi.

Najbolje kreme za sunčanje za ljeto 2022.: pobjednici testa
Najbolju ocjenu dobila je Garnier Ambre Solaire Hydra 24h krema sa zaštitnim faktorom 30 koju smo po cijeni od nešto više od stotinu kuna pronašli u našim trgovinama. Ocjenu vrlo dobar dobili su i Alverde Naturkosmetik Sensitiv (30), sprej Sundance Sensitive Sun Balm" MED (50+). Cien krema za sunčanje sa zaštitnim faktorom 30 (košta samo 2,79 €) također je najpovoljnija među onima koje su dobile oznaku "vrlo dobar". One s najboljom oznakom su još Eau Thermale Avene (50+), La Roche-Posay Anthelios hidratantni losion (50+) i Nivea Sun Schutz & Pflege sprej (30).
Primjerice, Eucerinova Allergy Protect Sun krema (50+) i Müllerov sprej Lavozon (50) dobili su samo ocjenu "zadovoljava", a među kremama koje test Stiftung Warentest ne savjetuje su kreme za sunčanje marki "Biosolis Sonnen Spray", "Lavera Sensitiv Sonnenspray" i "Vichy Capital Soleil Sonnenspray mit Hyaluron" zbog nedovoljne zaštite (30).

Ali čak i dobra krema za sunčanje može zaštititi samo ako se pravilno nanese. Stručnjaci stoga ističu da se prilikom nanošenja kreme koristi dovoljno losiona. Na primjer, odrasla osoba treba oko tri žlice kreme za sunčanje da prekrije cijelo tijelo i trebalo je nanositi u obilnim količinama nekoliko puta dnevno.Tako bi prema podacima koje iznosi Stiftung Warentest bočica kreme od 200 ml trebala trajati svega pet dana ako svakodnevno izlažete suncu.Također provjerite da kremi za sunčanje nije istekao rok trajanja – u proizvodima kojima je istekao rok trajanja mogu se stvoriti štetne tvari.
Najbolja zaštita od sunca je izbjegavanje sunca, osobito u najtoplijem dijelu dana, od 10 do 16 sati. Kožu je dobro zaštititi i nošenjem lagane odjeće i konzumirnjem puno tekućine.

Kreme za sunčanje štite kožu od pretjeranog izlaganja suncu, ali ne mogu se preporučiti svi proizvodi koji se nude na tržištu, pokazala je studija Stiftung Warentest, njemačke organizacije potrošača koja nepristrano ocjenjuje proizvode i usluge. Iznenadit ćete se koje su najbolje, pa su tako i vrlo pristupačni proizvodi dobili vrlo dobre kritike. Iako se većina ljudi veseli izlaganju suncu, svatko tko se usudi izaći van bez zaštite od sunca može brzo doživjeti opekline kože. Budući da previše sunca može dugoročno oštetiti naš najveći i vrlo osjetljivi organ - dobra zaštita od sunca u ljetnim mjesecima posebno je važna. Iz tog je razloga Stiftung Warentest pobliže analizirao razne proizvode za zaštitu od sunca. Osim proizvoda skupih marki, stručnjaci su testirali i jeftine kreme za sunčanje iz drogerija. Ovdje možete saznati koja je krema za sunčanje prikladna i na što potrošači trebaju obratiti pozornost.
Prvo dobra vijest: ne mora uvijek biti skupo. Prema Stiftung Warentest-u, potrošači mogu dobiti pouzdanu zaštitu od štetnog UV zračenja za malo novca. Dok su jeftine kreme za zaštitu od sunca bile iznenađujuće dobre na testu 2021., neki su skupi brendovi dobili prilično loše ocjene.
Za potrebe studije, zaštitnici potrošača testirali su ukupno 20 krema, losiona i sprejeva s visokim i vrlo visokim faktorom zaštite od sunca (30, 50 i 50+). Iako mnogi od testiranih proizvoda nude pouzdanu zaštitu od UVA i UVB zračenja, samo su četiri ocijenjena ocjenom "vrlo dobar". Dva prirodna kozmetička spreja dobila su ocjenu "loše" i pala su na testu. Unatoč visokoj cijeni do 21 eura za 100 mililitara, stručnjaci savjetuju da se ne koriste takvi proizvodi.

Najbolje kreme za sunčanje za ljeto 2022.: pobjednici testa
Najbolju ocjenu dobila je Garnier Ambre Solaire Hydra 24h krema sa zaštitnim faktorom 30 koju smo po cijeni od nešto više od stotinu kuna pronašli u našim trgovinama. Ocjenu vrlo dobar dobili su i Alverde Naturkosmetik Sensitiv (30), sprej Sundance Sensitive Sun Balm" MED (50+). Cien krema za sunčanje sa zaštitnim faktorom 30 (košta samo 2,79 €) također je najpovoljnija među onima koje su dobile oznaku "vrlo dobar". One s najboljom oznakom su još Eau Thermale Avene (50+), La Roche-Posay Anthelios hidratantni losion (50+) i Nivea Sun Schutz & Pflege sprej (30).
Primjerice, Eucerinova Allergy Protect Sun krema (50+) i Müllerov sprej Lavozon (50) dobili su samo ocjenu "zadovoljava", a među kremama koje test Stiftung Warentest ne savjetuje su kreme za sunčanje marki "Biosolis Sonnen Spray", "Lavera Sensitiv Sonnenspray" i "Vichy Capital Soleil Sonnenspray mit Hyaluron" zbog nedovoljne zaštite (30).

Kako pravilno zaštititi kožu?
Ali čak i dobra krema za sunčanje može zaštititi samo ako se pravilno nanese. Stručnjaci stoga ističu da se prilikom nanošenja kreme koristi dovoljno losiona. Na primjer, odrasla osoba treba oko tri žlice kreme za sunčanje da prekrije cijelo tijelo i trebalo je nanositi u obilnim količinama nekoliko puta dnevno.Tako bi prema podacima koje iznosi Stiftung Warentest bočica kreme od 200 ml trebala trajati svega pet dana ako svakodnevno izlažete suncu.Također provjerite da kremi za sunčanje nije istekao rok trajanja – u proizvodima kojima je istekao rok trajanja mogu se stvoriti štetne tvari.
Najbolja zaštita od sunca je izbjegavanje sunca, osobito u najtoplijem dijelu dana, od 10 do 16 sati. Kožu je dobro zaštititi i nošenjem lagane odjeće i konzumirnjem puno tekućine.
