Britanski proizvođač automobila bliži se završetku u tornju Aston Martin Residences u Miamiju i još uvijek traži nekoga tko bi kupio penthouse vrijedan 59 milijuna dolara (419 milijuna kuna). Forbes primjećuje da je samo 10 stanova ostalo neprodano u zgradi od 391 stambene jedinice, uključujući penthouse, plus brojne druge jedinice na nižim katovima. Što se tiče Aston Martin Vulcana, on je jedan od samo 24 primjerka ikad proizvedenih i kada je bio nov, prodan je za 2,3 milijuna dolara (16,35 milijuna kuna).
