Život švedskog kralja Karla XVI. Gustava bit će tema televizijske drame nalik britanskoj "Kruni", a serija koja još formalno nema naslova trebala bi se emitirati nekoliko sezona.

Svaka od njih imala bi šest 45-minutnih epizoda, objavili su producenti serije, švedska televizija TV4, streaming servis C More i produkcija kuća Filmlance.

Scenarij piše Asa Lantz, autorica biografske švedske serije "Selma" o prvoj dobitnici Nobelove nagrade za književnost Selmi Lagerlof. 

"Kraljice i kraljevi ostalih država utjecali su na svjetske događaje, a povijest našega kralja nešto je drugačija. Međunarodno nije tako važan, no bez obzira na to radi se o dramatičnom i fascinantnom životu", rekla je Lantz. 

Karlo XVI. Gustav ostao je bez oca, koji je poginuo u zrakoplovnoj nesreći kad mu je bilo devet mjeseci. Bilo mu je 27 godina kad je 1973. godine prijestolje naslijedio od djeda. Tri godine kasnije oženio je Njemicu Silviju Sommerlath koju je upoznao na Olimpijskim igrama u Muenchenu.

Švedski list Dagens Nyheter piše da je kraljevska palača upoznata s planovima o snimanju serije.

Lantz kaže da će njezin pristup biti drugačiji nego u ostalim dramama o kraljevskim obiteljima poput Netflixove "Krune" ili recentne norveške produkcije "Atlantic Crossing" o norveškoj kraljevskoj obitelji u egzilu za vrijeme Drugoga svjetskog rata. 

"Obje te serije govore o tomu na koji su način vladari utjecali na događaje u svijetu, a u Švedskoj je suprotno, društvo je promijenilo kraljevsku obitelj", rekla je Lantz.

Život švedskog kralja Karla XVI. Gustava bit će tema televizijske drame nalik britanskoj "Kruni", a serija koja još formalno nema naslova trebala bi se emitirati nekoliko sezona.

Svaka od njih imala bi šest 45-minutnih epizoda, objavili su producenti serije, švedska televizija TV4, streaming servis C More i produkcija kuća Filmlance.

Scenarij piše Asa Lantz, autorica biografske švedske serije "Selma" o prvoj dobitnici Nobelove nagrade za književnost Selmi Lagerlof. 

"Kraljice i kraljevi ostalih država utjecali su na svjetske događaje, a povijest našega kralja nešto je drugačija. Međunarodno nije tako važan, no bez obzira na to radi se o dramatičnom i fascinantnom životu", rekla je Lantz. 

Karlo XVI. Gustav ostao je bez oca, koji je poginuo u zrakoplovnoj nesreći kad mu je bilo devet mjeseci. Bilo mu je 27 godina kad je 1973. godine prijestolje naslijedio od djeda. Tri godine kasnije oženio je Njemicu Silviju Sommerlath koju je upoznao na Olimpijskim igrama u Muenchenu.

Švedski list Dagens Nyheter piše da je kraljevska palača upoznata s planovima o snimanju serije.

Lantz kaže da će njezin pristup biti drugačiji nego u ostalim dramama o kraljevskim obiteljima poput Netflixove "Krune" ili recentne norveške produkcije "Atlantic Crossing" o norveškoj kraljevskoj obitelji u egzilu za vrijeme Drugoga svjetskog rata. 

"Obje te serije govore o tomu na koji su način vladari utjecali na događaje u svijetu, a u Švedskoj je suprotno, društvo je promijenilo kraljevsku obitelj", rekla je Lantz.

Život švedskog kralja Karla XVI. Gustava bit će tema televizijske drame nalik britanskoj "Kruni", a serija koja još formalno nema naslova trebala bi se emitirati nekoliko sezona.

Svaka od njih imala bi šest 45-minutnih epizoda, objavili su producenti serije, švedska televizija TV4, streaming servis C More i produkcija kuća Filmlance.

Scenarij piše Asa Lantz, autorica biografske švedske serije "Selma" o prvoj dobitnici Nobelove nagrade za književnost Selmi Lagerlof. 

"Kraljice i kraljevi ostalih država utjecali su na svjetske događaje, a povijest našega kralja nešto je drugačija. Međunarodno nije tako važan, no bez obzira na to radi se o dramatičnom i fascinantnom životu", rekla je Lantz.
