Žene koje stoje iza važnih medijskih sadržaja već godinama sudjeluju u kreiranju ukupne medijske agende, a odabirom i prezentiranjem važnih tema u medijima utječu na javno mnijenje i trendove. Kako su se prilagodile promjenama i koliko su same svjesne svoje snage i utjecaja? Je li zaista njihova zadnja i gdje su granice njihove odgovornosti?
O tome su na panelu održanom u sklopu Women’s Weekenda u Rijeci na panelu pod nazivom “Kreatorice javnog mnijenja” razgovarale Sandra Lapenda Lemo, glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije, Ksenija Kardum, direktorica informativnog programa Nove TV i Rahela Štefanović, glavna urednica televizijskih kanala na HRT-u.
Sve tri su se složile da sugovornike i teme biraju isključio po kriterijima stručnosti i zanimljivosti, a što se tiče položaja žena u sve tri medijske kuće, zaključak je da su one jako dobro zastupljene na svim poslovima, uključujući i one najvažnije.
Odmah na startu dotakli su se slučaja Zagorka, koji je proteklih dana podijelio javnost.
"Bilo je pomalo žalosno gledati kako se lik i djelo ove iznimno važne žene baca u drugi plan zbog banalnosti kao što je dodirivanje njenih grudi. Šteta je što se 150. obljetnica njezina rođenja svela na jednu površnu i ponižavajući razinu, pogotovo kad uzmemo u obzir nemjerljiv obol koji je Zagorka dala" - kazala je Lapenda Lemo, za koju je moderator Štefančić utvrdio kako je jedina žena na položaju glavne urednice u svim dnevnim novinama u Hrvatskoj.

Moderator Štefanić inicirao je i temu o stereotipima o ženama koji su učestali u medijima, a podvukao je i kako je uporište brojnih tekstova ponekad samo u dobrom ženskom izgledu.
Kvota nema smisla
"Žene same sebe predstavljaju kako žele, a na urednicima je odgovornost hoće li taj sadržaj prezentirati ili ne. Prilikom kreiranja sadržaja, mi na HRT-u itekako vodimo računa o zastupljenosti redateljica, sugovornica…" - kazala je Rahela Štefanović.

Ksenija Kardum dotakla se i kvota, rekavši kako se nisu pokazale izrazito korisnima.
"Silno mi idu na živce sva ta brojanja koliko je muškaraca, a koliko žena. Nekad su naprosto okolnosti takve da omjer ne može biti ravnopravan. Dokaz tome je i sama činjenica da su žene podzastupljene u politici i da je samim time broj sugovornica na određenu temu manji".

Zaključila je kako je jedan od glavnih problema koji je postao “ženski” i manjak vrtića, jer se to ponajprije odražava na žensku karijeru. Kad žena nema kamo s djetetom, njena karijera gotovo pa nužno će patiti zbog toga. Na panelu su se dotakli i teme objektivizacije žena u marketingu, a koju javnost percipira kao problem medija, a ne marketinga.
"Imate čitav niz reklama, pogotovo vezanih za kućanstvo, u kojima su glavni akteri žene, a proizvodi kojima čiste su redovito muškog roda, što je također jedan od brojnih stereotipa" - dodala je Lapenda Lemo.
Zaključak panela unisono je bio koliko je važno izbjegavati stereotipizacije kad je god to moguće, te raditi na isticanju važnijih društvenih tema.
"Treba jačati kvalitetan sadržaj, čitao se on ili ne, publiku naprosto treba preodgajati, a to je dugotrajan proces na kojem treba sustavno raditi" - zaključila je glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije.

Žene koje stoje iza važnih medijskih sadržaja već godinama sudjeluju u kreiranju ukupne medijske agende, a odabirom i prezentiranjem važnih tema u medijima utječu na javno mnijenje i trendove. Kako su se prilagodile promjenama i koliko su same svjesne svoje snage i utjecaja? Je li zaista njihova zadnja i gdje su granice njihove odgovornosti?
O tome su na panelu održanom u sklopu Women’s Weekenda u Rijeci na panelu pod nazivom “Kreatorice javnog mnijenja” razgovarale Sandra Lapenda Lemo, glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije, Ksenija Kardum, direktorica informativnog programa Nove TV i Rahela Štefanović, glavna urednica televizijskih kanala na HRT-u.
Sve tri su se složile da sugovornike i teme biraju isključio po kriterijima stručnosti i zanimljivosti, a što se tiče položaja žena u sve tri medijske kuće, zaključak je da su one jako dobro zastupljene na svim poslovima, uključujući i one najvažnije.
Odmah na startu dotakli su se slučaja Zagorka, koji je proteklih dana podijelio javnost.
"Bilo je pomalo žalosno gledati kako se lik i djelo ove iznimno važne žene baca u drugi plan zbog banalnosti kao što je dodirivanje njenih grudi. Šteta je što se 150. obljetnica njezina rođenja svela na jednu površnu i ponižavajući razinu, pogotovo kad uzmemo u obzir nemjerljiv obol koji je Zagorka dala" - kazala je Lapenda Lemo, za koju je moderator Štefančić utvrdio kako je jedina žena na položaju glavne urednice u svim dnevnim novinama u Hrvatskoj.

Moderator Štefanić inicirao je i temu o stereotipima o ženama koji su učestali u medijima, a podvukao je i kako je uporište brojnih tekstova ponekad samo u dobrom ženskom izgledu.
Kvota nema smisla
"Žene same sebe predstavljaju kako žele, a na urednicima je odgovornost hoće li taj sadržaj prezentirati ili ne. Prilikom kreiranja sadržaja, mi na HRT-u itekako vodimo računa o zastupljenosti redateljica, sugovornica…" - kazala je Rahela Štefanović.

Ksenija Kardum dotakla se i kvota, rekavši kako se nisu pokazale izrazito korisnima.
"Silno mi idu na živce sva ta brojanja koliko je muškaraca, a koliko žena. Nekad su naprosto okolnosti takve da omjer ne može biti ravnopravan. Dokaz tome je i sama činjenica da su žene podzastupljene u politici i da je samim time broj sugovornica na određenu temu manji".

Zaključila je kako je jedan od glavnih problema koji je postao “ženski” i manjak vrtića, jer se to ponajprije odražava na žensku karijeru. Kad žena nema kamo s djetetom, njena karijera gotovo pa nužno će patiti zbog toga. Na panelu su se dotakli i teme objektivizacije žena u marketingu, a koju javnost percipira kao problem medija, a ne marketinga.
"Imate čitav niz reklama, pogotovo vezanih za kućanstvo, u kojima su glavni akteri žene, a proizvodi kojima čiste su redovito muškog roda, što je također jedan od brojnih stereotipa" - dodala je Lapenda Lemo.
Zaključak panela unisono je bio koliko je važno izbjegavati stereotipizacije kad je god to moguće, te raditi na isticanju važnijih društvenih tema.
"Treba jačati kvalitetan sadržaj, čitao se on ili ne, publiku naprosto treba preodgajati, a to je dugotrajan proces na kojem treba sustavno raditi" - zaključila je glavna urednica Slobodne Dalmacije.
