Organizatori festivala Burning Man razmatraju mogućnost da od svojih posjetitelja traže obavezan status cijepljenja protiv koronavirusa ako žele prisustvovati ovogodišnjem događaju u Nevadi u SAD-u, piše The Independent.

Izvršni direktor kultnog festivala Marian Goodell objavio je video 8. travnja u kojem je rekao da će cijepljenje biti važan dio sigurnosti na eventu 2021. U Nevadi gdje se manifestacija odvija uvedena je obaveza prilaganje potvrde o cijepljenju na svim većim skupovima što uključuje sva kulturna događanja.

Ipak, njegova poruka naišla je i na neke negativne reakcije dugogodišnjih posjetitelja Burning Mana zbog čega je Goodell ažurirao svoju izjavu i naveo da je pogriješio kada je tako kategorički odbio pristup festivalu svima onima koji još nisu primili cjepivo.

“Važemo težinu onoga što smo najavili jer znamo da to stavlja u pitanje naš osnovni koncept radikalne inkluzivnosti. Pitanje cjepiva i kako ga zahtijevati, iskreno i samo na logističkoj razini, sve to još uvijek razmatramo,” rekao je.

Organizatori su također rekli da još nisu odlučili hoće li zahtijevati ili osigurati testiranje na događaju, ali da se nadaju da će odluku donijeti do kraja ovog tjedna, a najkasnije do 30. travnja.

„U ovom trenutku sve vladine agencije s kojima surađujemo zaista su nas podržale i bile su od velike pomoći. Ne postavljaju nam nikakve prepreke. Svi pokušavamo naći načine da sve što bolje pripremimo,” dodao je Goodell.

S organizacijskog stajališta teško je organizirati ikakva događanja toliko unaprijed. Postavljaju se jednostavna pitanja kao što je, je li moguće prodati kartu nekome tko se još nije cijepio, ali namjerava to učiniti itd. Odluke je teško donositi i zato što još do kraja nije sigurno ni hoće li se manifestacija uopće moći odviti, a sve ovisi o broju novih zaraženih.

Festivala koji se već godinama diči statusom jednog od najpoznatijih i najuspjelijih, prošle godine je otkazan zbog pandemije, a tada su organizatori napisali: „Nakon puno slušanja, rasprava i pažljivog razmatranja donijeli smo tešku odluku da 2020. ne gradimo grad Black Rock. S obzirom na trenutnu bolnu stvarnost, jedan od najvećih globalnih izazova naših života, vjerujemo da je to ispravno."

Organizatori festivala Burning Man razmatraju mogućnost da od svojih posjetitelja traže obavezan status cijepljenja protiv koronavirusa ako žele prisustvovati ovogodišnjem događaju u Nevadi u SAD-u, piše The Independent.

Izvršni direktor kultnog festivala Marian Goodell objavio je video 8. travnja u kojem je rekao da će cijepljenje biti važan dio sigurnosti na eventu 2021. U Nevadi gdje se manifestacija odvija uvedena je obaveza prilaganje potvrde o cijepljenju na svim većim skupovima što uključuje sva kulturna događanja.

Ipak, njegova poruka naišla je i na neke negativne reakcije dugogodišnjih posjetitelja Burning Mana zbog čega je Goodell ažurirao svoju izjavu i naveo da je pogriješio kada je tako kategorički odbio pristup festivalu svima onima koji još nisu primili cjepivo.

“Važemo težinu onoga što smo najavili jer znamo da to stavlja u pitanje naš osnovni koncept radikalne inkluzivnosti. Pitanje cjepiva i kako ga zahtijevati, iskreno i samo na logističkoj razini, sve to još uvijek razmatramo,” rekao je.

Organizatori su također rekli da još nisu odlučili hoće li zahtijevati ili osigurati testiranje na događaju, ali da se nadaju da će odluku donijeti do kraja ovog tjedna, a najkasnije do 30. travnja.

„U ovom trenutku sve vladine agencije s kojima surađujemo zaista su nas podržale i bile su od velike pomoći. Ne postavljaju nam nikakve prepreke. Svi pokušavamo naći načine da sve što bolje pripremimo,” dodao je Goodell.

S organizacijskog stajališta teško je organizirati ikakva događanja toliko unaprijed. Postavljaju se jednostavna pitanja kao što je, je li moguće prodati kartu nekome tko se još nije cijepio, ali namjerava to učiniti itd. Odluke je teško donositi i zato što još do kraja nije sigurno ni hoće li se manifestacija uopće moći odviti, a sve ovisi o broju novih zaraženih.

Festivala koji se već godinama diči statusom jednog od najpoznatijih i najuspjelijih, prošle godine je otkazan zbog pandemije, a tada su organizatori napisali: „Nakon puno slušanja, rasprava i pažljivog razmatranja donijeli smo tešku odluku da 2020. ne gradimo grad Black Rock. S obzirom na trenutnu bolnu stvarnost, jedan od najvećih globalnih izazova naših života, vjerujemo da je to ispravno."

Burning Man najavio, pa povukao izjavu o obaveznom cijepljenju za posjetitelje: kako će izgledati festivali ovoga ljeta?

Organizatori festivala Burning Man razmatraju mogućnost da od svojih posjetitelja traže obavezan status cijepljenja protiv koronavirusa ako žele prisustvovati ovogodišnjem događaju u Nevadi u SAD-u, piše The Independent.

Izvršni direktor kultnog festivala Marian Goodell objavio je video 8. travnja u kojem je rekao da će cijepljenje biti važan dio sigurnosti na eventu 2021. U Nevadi gdje se manifestacija odvija uvedena je obaveza prilaganje potvrde o cijepljenju na svim većim skupovima što uključuje sva kulturna događanja.

Ipak, njegova poruka naišla je i na neke negativne reakcije dugogodišnjih posjetitelja Burning Mana zbog čega je Goodell ažurirao svoju izjavu i naveo da je pogriješio kada je tako kategorički odbio pristup festivalu svima onima koji još nisu...
