Ako vam gost otkaže rezervaciju samo nekoliko dana prije najavljenog dolaska, ne postoji baš mnogo stvari koje možete učiniti.

Naravno, za početak odmah 'odblokirajte' online kalendar, da drugi znaju kako ste slobodni u navedenom terminu.
Zatim tek počnite razmišljati što ćete dalje.

Običaj je, nepisani naravno, da novac koji je uplaćen avansno ostaje na računu iznajmljivača ako se rezervacija otkazuje bez razloga.

Puni iznos akontacije vraća se za sve otkazane rezervacije 60 ili više dana do dogovorenog dana dolaska gosta. Cijeli iznos akontacije zadržava se u slučaju nedolaska gosta. Sve između – možete birati sami.

Jedini slučaj kada bi iznajmljivač trebao snositi trošak transakcije jest kada je i sam odgovoran za otkazivanje rezervacije, a gost bude zbog toga oštećena strana.

E, sad, postoji cijeli niz razloga zašto gost želi otkazati boravak. Postoje brojni neplanirani događaji, poput iznenadne bolesti, smrtnog slučaja u obitelji, problema na poslu, vremenskih nepogoda, pronalaska alternativnog povoljnijeg smještaja, ali i nezadovoljstvo trenutačnim smještajem.

Kod svake ponude, prije nego se rezervacija potvrdi, gostu treba poslati uvjete njezina otkazivanja. Tada je gost upoznat s pravilima, a iznajmljivač ima pravo zadržati uplaćeni iznos akontacije. Ona se i koristi kao sigurnosni polog. Pravila vraćanja akontacije trebala bi biti stroža što je termin rezervacije bliže i fleksibilnija što je termin dalje.

Ako vam gost otkaže rezervaciju samo nekoliko dana prije najavljenog dolaska, ne postoji baš mnogo stvari koje možete učiniti.

Naravno, za početak odmah 'odblokirajte' online kalendar, da drugi znaju kako ste slobodni u navedenom terminu.
Zatim tek počnite razmišljati što ćete dalje.

Običaj je, nepisani naravno, da novac koji je uplaćen avansno ostaje na računu iznajmljivača ako se rezervacija otkazuje bez razloga.

Puni iznos akontacije vraća se za sve otkazane rezervacije 60 ili više dana do dogovorenog dana dolaska gosta. Cijeli iznos akontacije zadržava se u slučaju nedolaska gosta. Sve između – možete birati sami.

Jedini slučaj kada bi iznajmljivač trebao snositi trošak transakcije jest kada je i sam odgovoran za otkazivanje rezervacije, a gost bude zbog toga oštećena strana.

E, sad, postoji cijeli niz razloga zašto gost želi otkazati boravak. Postoje brojni neplanirani događaji, poput iznenadne bolesti, smrtnog slučaja u obitelji, problema na poslu, vremenskih nepogoda, pronalaska alternativnog povoljnijeg smještaja, ali i nezadovoljstvo trenutačnim smještajem.

Kod svake ponude, prije nego se rezervacija potvrdi, gostu treba poslati uvjete njezina otkazivanja. Tada je gost upoznat s pravilima, a iznajmljivač ima pravo zadržati uplaćeni iznos akontacije. Ona se i koristi kao sigurnosni polog. Pravila vraćanja akontacije trebala bi biti stroža što je termin rezervacije bliže i fleksibilnija što je termin dalje.

Ako vam gost otkaže rezervaciju samo nekoliko dana prije najavljenog dolaska, ne postoji baš mnogo stvari koje možete učiniti.

Naravno, za početak odmah 'odblokirajte' online kalendar, da drugi znaju kako ste slobodni u navedenom terminu.
Zatim tek počnite razmišljati što ćete dalje.

Običaj je, nepisani naravno, da novac koji je uplaćen avansno ostaje na računu iznajmljivača ako se rezervacija otkazuje bez razloga.

Puni iznos akontacije vraća se za sve otkazane rezervacije 60 ili više dana do dogovorenog dana dolaska gosta. Cijeli iznos akontacije zadržava se u slučaju nedolaska gosta. Sve između – možete birati sami.

Jedini slučaj kada bi iznajmljivač trebao snositi trošak transakcije jest kada je i sam odgovoran za otkazivanje...
