Britanska kraljica Elizabeta II hrani se izuzetno zdravo, pa tako nije ni čudo što je proslavila svoj 96. rođendan, prenosi Buka.

Darren McGrady, njezin osobni kuhar, to je više puta naglasio. Iako je kraljica skoro bila hit u medijima kad joj je liječnik naložio da se odrekne svog "koktela za laku noć", ona zapravo održava veoma zdrav način prehrane, s vrlo malo poslastica.

A ono što kraljica svakodnevno jede nije se promijenilo više od 60 godina, kaže McGrady.

Pa što to kraljica jede svakodnevno da održava svoje zdravlje u njenoj sedamdesetoj godini vladavine?

Ako vam se čini da se ne biste mogli držati ovog menija, to ne iznenađuje, budući da za kraljicu u svakom trenutku radi dvadeset kuhara koji joj svaki dan pripremaju jelovnik iz kojeg ona bira što će tog dana jesti. 

Elizabeta svoj dan uvijek počinje šalicom čaja s mlijekom i bez šećera, a uz to su obavezni biskviti koje umače u čaj.

Nakon što se istušira i pripremi za dan, slijedi doručak. Kraljičin doručak se uvijek sastoji od hladnih pahuljica, a ponekad su marmelada i tost također na meniju. Jaja jede rijetko.

Ručak je jednostavan i važno joj je da bude proteinski jak i bez mnogo ugljikohidrata. McGrady je naveo da je njen izbor uglavnom grilana riba list ili škotski losos serviran sa špinatom i tikvicama.

Ponekad, kraljica za ručak voli pojesti salatu s grilanom piletinom, a McGrady navodi da je veoma disciplinirana što se tiče njenih samostalnih obroka i da u kuhinji vrijedi pravilo "bez kukuruznog škroba".

Nakon ručka slijedi popodnevni čaj koji ide u kombinaciji s kraljičinim omiljenim sendvičima s krastavcima i voćnom tortom.

Elizabeta najviše voli ove jednostavne sendviče koji se pripremaju tako što se kruhu prvo odsiječe korica, zatim se s obje strane premažu krem sirom i onda se na njih stavi nekoliko listova tanko sječenog svježeg krastavca. Sendvič se zatim presiječe tako da stane u jedan zalogaj.

Za večeru također vrijedi isto pravilo kao i za ručak, bez kukuruznog škroba, tako da kraljica uglavnom jede grilanu ili kuhano ribu s nekom salatom i povrćem.

- To je sve što ona jede, vrlo je disciplinirana, mogla bi pojesti što god želi, ali ipak bira ovu hranu, disciplina je čini tako zdravom i dugovječnom - navodi Grady.

Također, kraljica se nekad i počasti, pa se kao desert na meniju često može naći svježe voće iz njezinog voćnjaka, a također je i veliki ljubitelj čokolade.

- Ali, mora da bude tamna čokolada, što tamnija to bolje. Kraljica ne voli mliječnu čokoladu - rekao je McGrady.

Ona hrana koja se nikad ne može naći na meniju kraljice je bijeli luk, tartar biftek i brza hrana.

Britanska kraljica Elizabeta II hrani se izuzetno zdravo, pa tako nije ni čudo što je proslavila svoj 96. rođendan, prenosi Buka.

Darren McGrady, njezin osobni kuhar, to je više puta naglasio. Iako je kraljica skoro bila hit u medijima kad joj je liječnik naložio da se odrekne svog "koktela za laku noć", ona zapravo održava veoma zdrav način prehrane, s vrlo malo poslastica.

A ono što kraljica svakodnevno jede nije se promijenilo više od 60 godina, kaže McGrady.

Pa što to kraljica jede svakodnevno da održava svoje zdravlje u njenoj sedamdesetoj godini vladavine?

Ako vam se čini da se ne biste mogli držati ovog menija, to ne iznenađuje, budući da za kraljicu u svakom trenutku radi dvadeset kuhara koji joj svaki dan pripremaju jelovnik iz kojeg ona bira što će tog dana jesti. 

Elizabeta svoj dan uvijek počinje šalicom čaja s mlijekom i bez šećera, a uz to su obavezni biskviti koje umače u čaj.

Nakon što se istušira i pripremi za dan, slijedi doručak. Kraljičin doručak se uvijek sastoji od hladnih pahuljica, a ponekad su marmelada i tost također na meniju. Jaja jede rijetko.

Ručak je jednostavan i važno joj je da bude proteinski jak i bez mnogo ugljikohidrata. McGrady je naveo da je njen izbor uglavnom grilana riba list ili škotski losos serviran sa špinatom i tikvicama.

Ponekad, kraljica za ručak voli pojesti salatu s grilanom piletinom, a McGrady navodi da je veoma disciplinirana što se tiče njenih samostalnih obroka i da u kuhinji vrijedi pravilo "bez kukuruznog škroba".

Nakon ručka slijedi popodnevni čaj koji ide u kombinaciji s kraljičinim omiljenim sendvičima s krastavcima i voćnom tortom.

Elizabeta najviše voli ove jednostavne sendviče koji se pripremaju tako što se kruhu prvo odsiječe korica, zatim se s obje strane premažu krem sirom i onda se na njih stavi nekoliko listova tanko sječenog svježeg krastavca. Sendvič se zatim presiječe tako da stane u jedan zalogaj.

Za večeru također vrijedi isto pravilo kao i za ručak, bez kukuruznog škroba, tako da kraljica uglavnom jede grilanu ili kuhano ribu s nekom salatom i povrćem.

- To je sve što ona jede, vrlo je disciplinirana, mogla bi pojesti što god želi, ali ipak bira ovu hranu, disciplina je čini tako zdravom i dugovječnom - navodi Grady.

Britanska kraljica Elizabeta II hrani se izuzetno zdravo, pa tako nije ni čudo što je proslavila svoj 96. rođendan, prenosi Buka.

Darren McGrady, njezin osobni kuhar, to je više puta naglasio. Iako je kraljica skoro bila hit u medijima kad joj je liječnik naložio da se odrekne svog "koktela za laku noć", ona zapravo održava veoma zdrav način prehrane, s vrlo malo poslastica.

A ono što kraljica svakodnevno jede nije se promijenilo više od 60 godina, kaže McGrady.
