Svaka stipendija iznosi 10.000 kuna, a učenicima se dodijeljuje iz zaklade kluba "Gordan Čačić".

Koliko ovaj novac može koristiti najbolje znaju oni koji su stipendiju već primali i zahvaljujući toj pomoći postigli svoje ciljeve.

Zagrepčanka Glorya Bagadur (25) ljetos je završila Medicinski fakultet, a stipendiju je primala četiri godine, dvije u srednjoj školi, a dvije na fakultetu.

Svakako mi je mnogo koristilo. Osim za svakodnevne potrepštine, taj sam novac iskoristila i za putovanja koja su bila u sklopu školskog programa. S obzirom da sam pohađala jezičnu gimnaziju, putovali smo u Poljsku na učenje njemačkog, te na Floridu na učenje engleskog jezika. Dio je plaćala škola, dok mi je drugi dio pokrila stipendija.

Također, njome sam platila i dodatne tečajeve njemačkog jezika. S obzirom da sam upisala Medicinski fakultet, pri upisu mi je nedostajalo znanja iz kemije i biologije, te i pripreme za fakultet mogu zahvaliti Rotary klubu Zagreb Centar - rekla je Glorya, koja i danas djeluje unutar Rotaract kluba Zagreb Centar.

To je pomladak koji se bavi humanitarnom aktivnošću - dodaje nam, objašnjavajući zatim važnost ovakvih akcija.
Moja je financijska obiteljska priča bila prosječna. Sada je i lošija. No, nikako nije bila iznadprosječna, te mi je uvelike koristila stipendija - kaže.

S druge strane, Filip Mlinarić (18) iz zagrebačkog Podsuseda govori nam kako majka, uz stalni posao zapisničarke na sudu, radi još jedan posao kako bi im olakšala život. Stipendija, koju prima treću godinu za redom, uvelike mu pomaže da se školuje u izvrsnim uvjetima.

Mogu si priuštiti dodatno znanje. Primjerice, u trećem razredu srednje škole upisao sam glazbenu školu i tim sam si novcem konačno mogao kupiti kontrabas - kaže Filip, maturant Prirodoslovne škole Vladimira Preloga, koji dogodine planira upisati fiziku ili geofiziku na Prirodoslovno-matematičkom fakultetu u Zagrebu.

Hvala Rotary klubu Zagreb Centar na svemu što su mi pružili - veselo zaključuje.

Rotary klub Zagreb Centar je projekt stipendiranja izvrsnih učenika srednjih škola, čiju izvrsnost ne prate i materijalni uvjeti života, pokrenuo 2007. godine. Dosad su stipendirali 112 učenika s više od 1,1 milijuna kuna.

Uz to, sudjelovali su i u raznim drugim humanitarnim misijima, poput pomoći poplavljenim obiteljima u Rajevu selu, a sada pripremaju i projekt obnove srednje škole u Glini u vrijednosti većoj od sto tisuća dolara.

Zagrepčanka Glorya Bagadur (25) ljetos je završila Medicinski fakultet, a stipendiju je primala četiri godine, dvije u srednjoj školi, a dvije na fakultetu.

Svakako mi je mnogo koristilo. Osim za svakodnevne potrepštine, taj sam novac iskoristila i za putovanja koja su bila u sklopu školskog programa. S obzirom da sam pohađala jezičnu gimnaziju, putovali smo u Poljsku na učenje njemačkog, te na Floridu na učenje engleskog jezika. Dio je plaćala škola, dok mi je drugi dio pokrila stipendija.

Također, njome sam platila i dodatne tečajeve njemačkog jezika. S obzirom da sam upisala Medicinski fakultet, pri upisu mi je nedostajalo znanja iz kemije i biologije, te i pripreme za fakultet mogu zahvaliti Rotary klubu Zagreb Centar - rekla je Glorya, koja i danas djeluje unutar Rotaract kluba Zagreb Centar.

To je pomladak koji se bavi humanitarnom aktivnošću - dodaje nam, objašnjavajući zatim važnost ovakvih akcija.
Moja je financijska obiteljska priča bila prosječna. Sada je i lošija. No, nikako nije bila iznadprosječna, te mi je uvelike koristila stipendija - kaže.

S druge strane, Filip Mlinarić (18) iz zagrebačkog Podsuseda govori nam kako majka, uz stalni posao zapisničarke na sudu, radi još jedan posao kako bi im olakšala život. Stipendija, koju prima treću godinu za redom, uvelike mu pomaže da se školuje u izvrsnim uvjetima.

Mogu si priuštiti dodatno znanje. Primjerice, u trećem razredu srednje škole upisao sam glazbenu školu i tim sam si novcem konačno mogao kupiti kontrabas - kaže Filip, maturant Prirodoslovne škole Vladimira Preloga, koji dogodine planira upisati fiziku ili geofiziku na Prirodoslovno-matematičkom fakultetu u Zagrebu.

Hvala Rotary klubu Zagreb Centar na svemu što su mi pružili - veselo zaključuje.

Rotary klub Zagreb Centar je projekt stipendiranja izvrsnih učenika srednjih škola, čiju izvrsnost ne prate i materijalni uvjeti života, pokrenuo 2007. godine. Dosad su stipendirali 112 učenika s više od 1,1 milijuna kuna.

Uz to, sudjelovali su i u raznim drugim humanitarnim misijima, poput pomoći poplavljenim obiteljima u Rajevu selu, a sada pripremaju i projekt obnove srednje škole u Glini u vrijednosti većoj od sto tisuća dolara.

Stipendije Rotary kluba Zagreb Centar za 26 najboljih učenika

Dvadeset i šest izvrsnih učenika u ponedjeljak je u zagrebačkom hotelu Sheraton dobilo stipendije Rotary kluba Zagreb Centar. Svaka stipendija iznosi 10.000 kuna, a učenicima se dodijeljuje iz zaklade kluba "Gordan Čačić".

Koliko ovaj novac može koristiti najbolje znaju oni koji su stipendiju već primali i zahvaljujući toj pomoći postigli svoje ciljeve.
