Glasovima žirija sastavljenog od 60 automobilskih novinara iz 23 europske zemlje novi Peugeot 208 proglašen je u Ženevi europskim automobilom 2020. godine (“Car of the Year 2020”), osvojivši ukupno 281 glas ispred Tesle Modela 3 koji je dobio 242 glasa.

Treće mjesto pripalo je Porsche Taycanu s 222 glasa. U trci za prestižnu titulu koja se dodjeljuje od davne 1964. godine još su bili Renault Clio (211 glasova), Ford Puma (209), Toyota Corolla (152) i BMW serije koji je dobio 133 glasa.

Žiri je pohvalio gamu motora Peugeota 208 koja kupcima nudi mogućnost odabira između triju vrsta pogona: električnih, benzinskih ili dizelskih. Žiri je također pohvalio odvažnost dizajna i tehnologiju novog vozila Peugeota 208. To je vozilo već postalo najprodavaniji model, a sada je i prvi automobil “serije 2” ovog brenda koji je dobio ovaj prestižni trofej. Novi 208 već je šesto vozilo marke Peugeot koje je proglašeno automobilom godine.

Druga generacija Peugeota 208, osvajač titule automobila 2020. godine, ruši ustaljena pravila u svom segmentu. Budući da dolazi u izvedbama s električnim motorom i motorom s unutarnjim izgaranjem, svojim budućim vozačima nudi slobodu izbora. Njegov dizajn uključuje najnovija stilska obilježja marke s prednjim LED svjetlima u obliku triju linija, dok naglašeni blatobrani i stražnji bokovi suptilno podsjećaju na prethodnike modela 208. Peugeot i-Cockpit (head-up zaslon, kompaktni upravljač i dodirni zaslon) uvodi inovaciju u vidu 3D instrumentne ploče, koja jamči sigurnost i donosi dašak estetike.

Gotovo 110 tisuća kupaca naručilo je novu 208-icu od njezina puštanja u prodaju u Europi početkom listopada 2019. Izvedbe s električnim motorom čine 15 posto naručenih vozila. U Francuskoj je novi Peugeot 208 krajem veljače 2020. bio na vodećoj poziciji s obzirom na broj registriranih osobnih vozila.

– Jako sam ponosan na nagradu COTY 2020 koju je dobio novi PEUGEOT 208. Time se nagrađuje izvrsnost u radu i posvećenost svih timova marke Peugeot i Grupe PSA. Ovo je prvi put da je vozilo Peugeot iz “serije 2” okrunjeno nagradom. Stoga trenutačno na cestama imamo tri Peugeotova automobila s titulom “automobilima godine”: 208, 3008 i 308! Nagradom COTY 2020 (“Car of the Year 2020”) potvrđuje se načelo marke “power of choice”.

– Naši će kupci sada moći birati između vozila Peugeot e-208 s električnim motorom koji je proglašen “automobilom godine” i 208-ice (s motorima s unutarnjim izgaranjem), koja je također proglašena “automobilom godine” – rekao je Jean-Philippe Imparto, generalni direktor Peugeota.

Titula “Car of The Year” najpoželjnija je nagrada u automobilskoj industriji. Riječ je o nagradi s najduljom tradicijom, koja se od 1964. dodjeljuje svake godine na Ženevskom salonu automobila.

Glasovima žirija sastavljenog od 60 automobilskih novinara iz 23 europske zemlje novi Peugeot 208 proglašen je u Ženevi europskim automobilom 2020. godine (“Car of the Year 2020”), osvojivši ukupno 281 glas ispred Tesle Modela 3 koji je dobio 242 glasa.

Treće mjesto pripalo je Porsche Taycanu s 222 glasa. U trci za prestižnu titulu koja se dodjeljuje od davne 1964. godine još su bili Renault Clio (211 glasova), Ford Puma (209), Toyota Corolla (152) i BMW serije koji je dobio 133 glasa.

Žiri je pohvalio gamu motora Peugeota 208 koja kupcima nudi mogućnost odabira između triju vrsta pogona: električnih, benzinskih ili dizelskih. Žiri je također pohvalio odvažnost dizajna i tehnologiju novog vozila Peugeota 208. To je vozilo već postalo najprodavaniji model, a sada je i prvi automobil “serije 2” ovog brenda koji je dobio ovaj prestižni trofej. Novi 208 već je šesto vozilo marke Peugeot koje je proglašeno automobilom godine.

Druga generacija Peugeota 208, osvajač titule automobila 2020. godine, ruši ustaljena pravila u svom segmentu. Budući da dolazi u izvedbama s električnim motorom i motorom s unutarnjim izgaranjem, svojim budućim vozačima nudi slobodu izbora. Njegov dizajn uključuje najnovija stilska obilježja marke s prednjim LED svjetlima u obliku triju linija, dok naglašeni blatobrani i stražnji bokovi suptilno podsjećaju na prethodnike modela 208. Peugeot i-Cockpit (head-up zaslon, kompaktni upravljač i dodirni zaslon) uvodi inovaciju u vidu 3D instrumentne ploče, koja jamči sigurnost i donosi dašak estetike.

Gotovo 110 tisuća kupaca naručilo je novu 208-icu od njezina puštanja u prodaju u Europi početkom listopada 2019. Izvedbe s električnim motorom čine 15 posto naručenih vozila. U Francuskoj je novi Peugeot 208 krajem veljače 2020. bio na vodećoj poziciji s obzirom na broj registriranih osobnih vozila.

– Jako sam ponosan na nagradu COTY 2020 koju je dobio novi PEUGEOT 208. Time se nagrađuje izvrsnost u radu i posvećenost svih timova marke Peugeot i Grupe PSA. Ovo je prvi put da je vozilo Peugeot iz “serije 2” okrunjeno nagradom. Stoga trenutačno na cestama imamo tri Peugeotova automobila s titulom “automobilima godine”: 208, 3008 i 308! Nagradom COTY 2020 (“Car of the Year 2020”) potvrđuje se načelo marke “power of choice”.

– Naši će kupci sada moći birati između vozila Peugeot e-208 s električnim motorom koji je proglašen “automobilom godine” i 208-ice (s motorima s unutarnjim izgaranjem), koja je također proglašena “automobilom godine” – rekao je Jean-Philippe Imparto, generalni direktor Peugeota.

Titula “Car of The Year” najpoželjnija je nagrada u automobilskoj industriji. Riječ je o nagradi s najduljom tradicijom, koja se od 1964. dodjeljuje svake godine na Ženevskom salonu automobila.

Glasovima žirija sastavljenog od 60 automobilskih novinara iz 23 europske zemlje novi Peugeot 208 proglašen je u Ženevi europskim automobilom 2020. godine (“Car of the Year 2020”), osvojivši ukupno 281 glas ispred Tesle Modela 3 koji je dobio 242 glasa.

Treće mjesto pripalo je Porsche Taycanu s 222 glasa. U trci za prestižnu titulu koja se dodjeljuje od davne 1964. godine još su bili Renault Clio (211 glasova), Ford Puma (209), Toyota Corolla (152) i BMW serije koji je dobio 133 glasa.
