Mnogi vlasnici motocikala, posebice brzih, prikrivaju registarsku tablicu motocikla najčešće savijanjem i postavljanjem na pogrešno mjesto ili je uklanjaju.
To se često radi “frajerski”, ali u pravilu uvijek razlog je u otežavanju ili onemogućavanju očitanja radi nemogućnosti identifikacije pri počinjenju prometnog prekršaja. Time onemogućuju policiju da ih prepozna te ih prekršajno, odnosno kazneno procesuira nakon počinjenja najtežih prometnih propisa.
Dobro je poznato da je praktički svaki vozač brzog motocikla u svakoj vožnji u manjem ili većem brzinskom prekršaju. Slalomska vožnja, probijanje ili jurnjava između dviju kolona, nepoštivanje pješaka, oduzimanje prednosti, prolasci kroz crveno svjetlo… na sve se to neodgovorni vozači motocikala lakše odlučuju s prikrivenom ili skinutom registarskom tablicom. Znaju da im policija tada može staviti “soli na rep”.
Položaj registarske tablice mora biti originalan, dakle na sredini stražnjeg dijela motocikla, na originalnom nosaču, gdje je najbolje vidljiva, naglašava prometni stručnjak Željko Marušić.
Pravilnik o tehničkim uvjetima vozila u prometu na cestama, članak 118., propisuje da položaj registarske pločice treba biti onakav kako je to proizvođač vozila predvidio, tj. na sredini stražnjeg kraja vozila na svome nosaču, gdje je najbolje vidljiva. Preinake na načinu montaže (ispod blatobrana ili stražnjeg kraja vozila te s jedne od strana vozila) nisu dozvoljene. Promjena mjesta položaja pločice u nekim je slučajevima moguća, ali samo ako je ta preinaka ispitana (atestirana).
Preinake (savijanje, rezanje, bušenje) na samim tablicama nisu nikako dozvoljene. Tablica također treba biti osvijetljena. Ako registarska pločica izvedbom, stanjem te položajem i načinom učvršćenja odstupa od navedenog, kazna je 300 kuna.

To mnogi motociklisti znaju, pa za tehnički pregled registarsku pločicu dovedu u propisano stanje, a potom im mijenjaju položaj, način učvršćenja, savijaju ih, prikrivaju… Za takav prekršaj kazna je razmjerno niska, 300 kuna, i to je razlog što motociklisti često pribjegavaju navedenim nepravilnostima, a potom se upuštaju u “frajersku” vožnju, teško kršeći prometne propise, opasno ugrožavajući ostale sudionike u prometu, i sebe.
Savjeti i upozorenja da se to ne radi su potrebni, ali puno bi više koristilo da se kazna za takav prometni prekršaj, tešku “makinaciju”, s 300 povisi na 1000 kuna, zaključuje Željko Marušić.

Mnogi vlasnici motocikala, posebice brzih, prikrivaju registarsku tablicu motocikla najčešće savijanjem i postavljanjem na pogrešno mjesto ili je uklanjaju.
To se često radi “frajerski”, ali u pravilu uvijek razlog je u otežavanju ili onemogućavanju očitanja radi nemogućnosti identifikacije pri počinjenju prometnog prekršaja. Time onemogućuju policiju da ih prepozna te ih prekršajno, odnosno kazneno procesuira nakon počinjenja najtežih prometnih propisa.
Dobro je poznato da je praktički svaki vozač brzog motocikla u svakoj vožnji u manjem ili većem brzinskom prekršaju. Slalomska vožnja, probijanje ili jurnjava između dviju kolona, nepoštivanje pješaka, oduzimanje prednosti, prolasci kroz crveno svjetlo… na sve se to neodgovorni vozači motocikala lakše odlučuju s prikrivenom ili skinutom registarskom tablicom. Znaju da im policija tada može staviti “soli na rep”.
Položaj registarske tablice mora biti originalan, dakle na sredini stražnjeg dijela motocikla, na originalnom nosaču, gdje je najbolje vidljiva, naglašava prometni stručnjak Željko Marušić.
Pravilnik o tehničkim uvjetima vozila u prometu na cestama, članak 118., propisuje da položaj registarske pločice treba biti onakav kako je to proizvođač vozila predvidio, tj. na sredini stražnjeg kraja vozila na svome nosaču, gdje je najbolje vidljiva. Preinake na načinu montaže (ispod blatobrana ili stražnjeg kraja vozila te s jedne od strana vozila) nisu dozvoljene. Promjena mjesta položaja pločice u nekim je slučajevima moguća, ali samo ako je ta preinaka ispitana (atestirana).
Preinake (savijanje, rezanje, bušenje) na samim tablicama nisu nikako dozvoljene. Tablica također treba biti osvijetljena. Ako registarska pločica izvedbom, stanjem te položajem i načinom učvršćenja odstupa od navedenog, kazna je 300 kuna.

To mnogi motociklisti znaju, pa za tehnički pregled registarsku pločicu dovedu u propisano stanje, a potom im mijenjaju položaj, način učvršćenja, savijaju ih, prikrivaju… Za takav prekršaj kazna je razmjerno niska, 300 kuna, i to je razlog što motociklisti često pribjegavaju navedenim nepravilnostima, a potom se upuštaju u “frajersku” vožnju, teško kršeći prometne propise, opasno ugrožavajući ostale sudionike u prometu, i sebe.
Savjeti i upozorenja da se to ne radi su potrebni, ali puno bi više koristilo da se kazna za takav prometni prekršaj, tešku “makinaciju”, s 300 povisi na 1000 kuna, zaključuje Željko Marušić.
