Potpuno novi Qashqai bit će prvi Nissanov model proizveden u Europi koristeći mnoštvo laganih aluminijskih ploča. Poklopac motora, vrata i prednji blatobrani izrađeni su od aluminijske legure, što karoseriju potpuno novog Nissana Qashqai čini 60 kilograma lakšom. Time se povećava učinkovitost te pridonosi smanjenju emisija. Osim toga, omogućuje ugradnju više tehnologije, uključujući elektrificirani pogon u novu generaciju vozila.

Proizvodnja aluminija u Nissanovom pogonu u Sunderlandu uključuje drugu izuzetno veliku liniju za prešanje koja je pokrenuta prošle godine i ciklon – pogon za reciklažu koji otpadni metal izbacuje brzinom od 150 km/h i može obraditi više od sedam tona metala na sat, osiguravajući manje otpada i zeleniji proizvodni proces. Tijekom izrade poklopaca motora i vrata, otpadni se materijal usitnjava i ekstrahira, ostavljajući komade aluminija različitih klasa odvojenima. Odvajanje osigurava da Nissan dobavljačima može vratiti visokokvalitetni otpad kako bi ga oni pretvorili u limove od aluminijske legure.

Ovaj sustav recikliranja po načelu "zatvorene petlje" smanjuje količinu otpada i emisije CO₂. To doprinosi cilju koji si je Nissan postavio – da do 2050. godine postigne ugljikovu neutralnost u svim aspektima poslovanja tvrtke i tijekom cijelog životnog vijeka svojih proizvoda. Recikliranje otpadnog aluminija štedi više od 90 posto energije potrebne za stvaranje razmjerne količine sirovina.

Potpredsjednik odjela za proizvodnju Alan Johnson iz Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK rekao je: "Nastavljamo tražiti načine kako učiniti naša vozila i naš proizvodni proces održivijima. Korištenje laganog aluminija u novom Nissanu Qashqai sjajan je primjer. Nastojimo poboljšavati učinkovitost i održivost naših proizvodnih postupaka, a Sunderland će igrati ključnu ulogu u ispunjavanju Nissanova cilja da postigne ugljikovu neutralnost".

Novi Qashqai prati novog Roguea koji se prodaje u Sjevernoj Americi kao drugi Nissanov model za svjetsko tržište koji sadrži aluminijske dijelove proizvedene recikliranjem po načelu "zatvorene petlje". Nissan razmišlja o proširenju primjene ovog postupka na buduće modele i druge tvornice.

Prema Nissanovom zelenom programu 2022., Nissan namjerava zamijeniti 30 posto sirovina korištenih u automobilima proizvedenim 2022. godine materijalima koji se ne oslanjaju na novoiskopane sirovine. Da bi to postigla, tvrtka će koristiti reciklirane materijale i razvijati biomaterijale, provoditi aktivnosti recikliranja, i kod dobavljača, i u vlastitom pogonu, te nastojati smanjiti težinu karoserija automobila. Nissan će nastaviti promovirati učinkovitu i održivu upotrebu sirovina, uključujući upotrebu obnovljivih izvora energije i materijala koji se mogu reciklirati.

Potpuno novi Qashqai bit će prvi Nissanov model proizveden u Europi koristeći mnoštvo laganih aluminijskih ploča. Poklopac motora, vrata i prednji blatobrani izrađeni su od aluminijske legure, što karoseriju potpuno novog Nissana Qashqai čini 60 kilograma lakšom. Time se povećava učinkovitost te pridonosi smanjenju emisija. Osim toga, omogućuje ugradnju više tehnologije, uključujući elektrificirani pogon u novu generaciju vozila.

Proizvodnja aluminija u Nissanovom pogonu u Sunderlandu uključuje drugu izuzetno veliku liniju za prešanje koja je pokrenuta prošle godine i ciklon – pogon za reciklažu koji otpadni metal izbacuje brzinom od 150 km/h i može obraditi više od sedam tona metala na sat, osiguravajući manje otpada i zeleniji proizvodni proces. Tijekom izrade poklopaca motora i vrata, otpadni se materijal usitnjava i ekstrahira, ostavljajući komade aluminija različitih klasa odvojenima. Odvajanje osigurava da Nissan dobavljačima može vratiti visokokvalitetni otpad kako bi ga oni pretvorili u limove od aluminijske legure.

Ovaj sustav recikliranja po načelu "zatvorene petlje" smanjuje količinu otpada i emisije CO₂. To doprinosi cilju koji si je Nissan postavio – da do 2050. godine postigne ugljikovu neutralnost u svim aspektima poslovanja tvrtke i tijekom cijelog životnog vijeka svojih proizvoda. Recikliranje otpadnog aluminija štedi više od 90 posto energije potrebne za stvaranje razmjerne količine sirovina.

Potpredsjednik odjela za proizvodnju Alan Johnson iz Nissan Motor Manufacturing UK rekao je: "Nastavljamo tražiti načine kako učiniti naša vozila i naš proizvodni proces održivijima. Korištenje laganog aluminija u novom Nissanu Qashqai sjajan je primjer. Nastojimo poboljšavati učinkovitost i održivost naših proizvodnih postupaka, a Sunderland će igrati ključnu ulogu u ispunjavanju Nissanova cilja da postigne ugljikovu neutralnost".

Novi Qashqai prati novog Roguea koji se prodaje u Sjevernoj Americi kao drugi Nissanov model za svjetsko tržište koji sadrži aluminijske dijelove proizvedene recikliranjem po načelu "zatvorene petlje". Nissan razmišlja o proširenju primjene ovog postupka na buduće modele i druge tvornice.

Prema Nissanovom zelenom programu 2022., Nissan namjerava zamijeniti 30 posto sirovina korištenih u automobilima proizvedenim 2022. godine materijalima koji se ne oslanjaju na novoiskopane sirovine. Da bi to postigla, tvrtka će koristiti reciklirane materijale i razvijati biomaterijale, provoditi aktivnosti recikliranja, i kod dobavljača, i u vlastitom pogonu, te nastojati smanjiti težinu karoserija automobila. Nissan će nastaviti promovirati učinkovitu i održivu upotrebu sirovina, uključujući upotrebu obnovljivih izvora energije i materijala koji se mogu reciklirati.

Lagana aluminijska tehnologija u novom Qashqaiju

Potpuno novi Qashqai bit će prvi Nissanov model proizveden u Europi koristeći mnoštvo laganih aluminijskih ploča. Poklopac motora, vrata i prednji blatobrani izrađeni su od aluminijske legure, što karoseriju potpuno novog Nissana Qashqai čini 60 kilograma lakšom. Time se povećava učinkovitost te pridonosi smanjenju emisija. Osim toga, omogućuje ugradnju više tehnologije, uključujući elektrificirani pogon u novu generaciju vozila.

Proizvodnja aluminija u Nissanovom pogonu u Sunderlandu uključuje drugu izuzetno veliku liniju za prešanje koja je pokrenuta prošle godine i ciklon – pogon za reciklažu koji otpadni metal izbacuje brzinom od 150 km/h i može obraditi više od sedam tona metala na sat, osiguravajući manje otpada i zeleniji proizvodni proces.
