Premijerom Verdijeve opere Simon Boccanegra 14. srpnja na Peristilu započet će 68. Splitsko ljeto. Pod ravnanjem maestra Ive Lipanovića i u režiji Krešimira Dolenčića jedna od najtamnijih no nesumnjivo i jedna među najljepšim Verdijevim operama, vraća se na splitsku opernu pozornicu.

Naslovnu ulogu tumači talijanski bariton Elia Fabbian, a ostali solisti su Daniela Schillaci, Ivica Čikeš, Max Jota, Ozren Bilušić, Božo Župić, Špiro Boban te Barbara Sumić uz Zbor i Orkestar Opere HNK Split. Nakon premijerne izvedbe koja započinje u 21 sat, po završetku kraće svečanosti otvorenja 68. Splitskog ljeta, predviđena je još jedna izvedba 16. srpnja, također s početkom u 21 h.

Simon Boccanegra je tragična glazbeno-scenska priča o ocu i njegovoj izgubljenoj i ponovno pronađenoj kćeri u razjedinjenoj Italiji 14. stoljeća koju Verdi koristi kao metaforu njemu aktuelnog Risorgimenta čiji je vatreni pristaša. Unutar tog obilja priče, dostatne za cijeli roman, po riječima redatelja Dolenčiča, Verdi prekrasno plete svoje glazbeno tkanje. One fizičke akcije je malo, ali se pred izvođače postavljaju zahtjevni zadaci preplitanja najdubljih emocija i suptilnih izričaja.

Na samom početku medijske konferencije upriličene u Hrvatskom narodnom kazalištu Split u povodu premijere potpisan je sponzorski ugovor između OTP banke i HNK Split kojim je definirano generalno sponzorstvo Banke nad festivalom Splitsko ljeto i redovnom sezonom splitskog teatra.

Ugovor su potpisali član Uprave OTP banke Zvonimir Akrap i intendant HNK Split i ravnatelj Splitskog ljeta Srećko Šestan. "Čast nam je ime naše banke povezati upravo sa "splitskim teatrom" koji je bio i ostao centar kulture Splita i sa najznačajnijim kulturnim događanjem ovoga ljeta – Splitskim ljetom", kazao je gospodin Akrap, a Srećko Šestan naglasio je kako "u ovako izazovnim financijskim okolnostima ovaj ambiciozan program Splitskog ljeta, te onaj predstojeće kazališne sezone, ne bismo mogli realizirati bez suradnje s OTP bankom koja traje već 33 godine".

"Prije godinu dana najavljivali smo premijeru opere Cavalleria rusticana kojom prilikom je moj kolega maestro Lipanović izjavio kako mu je ova najteža za dirigiranje. Sad mogu, u njegovo ime, kazati kako mu je ova predstava najdraža upravo zato jer ima okus mora što ju čini njemu genetski privlačnom", uvodno je rekao ravnatelj splitske Opere Jure Bučević. "Puno sam slušao o uspjehu prve operne produkcije Simon Boccanegra na Splitskom ljetu 1978. godine i želio bih naglasiti da je naša premijera svojevrsna posveta maestru Nikši Barezi koji je realizirao tu glasovitu predstavu", rekao je dirigent Ivo Lipanović. Krešimir Dolenčić, čiji je ovo debi na Peristilu: "Počašćen sam mogućnošću da radim u prostoru kakav je Peristil, naročito s ovako odličnim suradnicima kakve imam. Glazba je nevjerojatna, maestralna i sasvim čudesna, njome plovimo morem od početka do kraja."

Talijanski bariton Elia Fabbian koji tumači naslovnu ulogu prvog đenoveškog dužda Simona Boccanegre: "Velika mi je čast i zadovoljstvo što sam ponovno pozvan da radim u ovom čudesnom gradu na jednoj predivnoj predstavi. Peristil je, onako blizu moru, izuzetno povoljna lokacija za inscenaciju Simon Boccanegre. Kolege su fantastični i bit će to odlična produkcija." Tenor Max Jota koji tumači ulogu Gabrilea Adorna: "Izuzetno sam počašćen pozivom da radim u Simon Boccanegra budući da je to naslov koji jako intimno dotiče naše emocije i zadovoljan sam jer se uspijevamo približiti onome što je Verdi napisao".

Ozren Bilućić nastupa u ulozi Paola Albianija koju je tumačio i uprethodnoj produkciji istog naslova u HNK Split 2006. godine: "Veliko je zadovoljstvo ponovno doći u kazalište s kojim sam već nebrojeno puta surađivao, kao i vratiti se u ulogu koja mi je, nakon ovoliko godina, u potpunosti 'sjela'". Scenograf Andrej Stražišar: "Imam veliko poštivanje prema prostoru Peristila, a ujedno i strah kako tu napraviti scenografiju. Sačuvali smo odgovornost prema tom prostoru koji igra u predstavi a kad treba se i sakrije projekcijama pa ponovno pojavi, kao dvorana, dvor ili park. I sama pozornica svojevrsni je križanac između krme broda, trga, parka ili čak zgrade parlamenta."

Ostatak autorskog tima, pored dirigenta Lipanovića, redatelja Dolenčića i scenografa Stražišara, čine: kostimografkinja Tea Bašić, zborovođa Veton Marevci, oblikovateljica svjetla Vesna Kolarec, oblikovatelj zvuka Petar Ivanišević, te Ankica Matijaš koja potpisuje izradu oglavlja.

Premijerom Verdijeve opere Simon Boccanegra 14. srpnja na Peristilu započet će 68. Splitsko ljeto. Pod ravnanjem maestra Ive Lipanovića i u režiji Krešimira Dolenčića jedna od najtamnijih no nesumnjivo i jedna među najljepšim Verdijevim operama, vraća se na splitsku opernu pozornicu.

Naslovnu ulogu tumači talijanski bariton Elia Fabbian, a ostali solisti su Daniela Schillaci, Ivica Čikeš, Max Jota, Ozren Bilušić, Božo Župić, Špiro Boban te Barbara Sumić uz Zbor i Orkestar Opere HNK Split. Nakon premijerne izvedbe koja započinje u 21 sat, po završetku kraće svečanosti otvorenja 68. Splitskog ljeta, predviđena je još jedna izvedba 16. srpnja, također s početkom u 21 h.

Simon Boccanegra je tragična glazbeno-scenska priča o ocu i njegovoj izgubljenoj i ponovno pronađenoj kćeri u razjedinjenoj Italiji 14. stoljeća koju Verdi koristi kao metaforu njemu aktuelnog Risorgimenta čiji je vatreni pristaša. Unutar tog obilja priče, dostatne za cijeli roman, po riječima redatelja Dolenčiča, Verdi prekrasno plete svoje glazbeno tkanje. One fizičke akcije je malo, ali se pred izvođače postavljaju zahtjevni zadaci preplitanja najdubljih emocija i suptilnih izričaja.

Na samom početku medijske konferencije upriličene u Hrvatskom narodnom kazalištu Split u povodu premijere potpisan je sponzorski ugovor između OTP banke i HNK Split kojim je definirano generalno sponzorstvo Banke nad festivalom Splitsko ljeto i redovnom sezonom splitskog teatra.

Ugovor su potpisali član Uprave OTP banke Zvonimir Akrap i intendant HNK Split i ravnatelj Splitskog ljeta Srećko Šestan. "Čast nam je ime naše banke povezati upravo sa "splitskim teatrom" koji je bio i ostao centar kulture Splita i sa najznačajnijim kulturnim događanjem ovoga ljeta – Splitskim ljetom", kazao je gospodin Akrap, a Srećko Šestan naglasio je kako "u ovako izazovnim financijskim okolnostima ovaj ambiciozan program Splitskog ljeta, te onaj predstojeće kazališne sezone, ne bismo mogli realizirati bez suradnje s OTP bankom koja traje već 33 godine".

"Prije godinu dana najavljivali smo premijeru opere Cavalleria rusticana kojom prilikom je moj kolega maestro Lipanović izjavio kako mu je ova najteža za dirigiranje. Sad mogu, u njegovo ime, kazati kako mu je ova predstava najdraža upravo zato jer ima okus mora što ju čini njemu genetski privlačnom", uvodno je rekao ravnatelj splitske Opere Jure Bučević. "Puno sam slušao o uspjehu prve operne produkcije Simon Boccanegra na Splitskom ljetu 1978. godine i želio bih naglasiti da je naša premijera svojevrsna posveta maestru Nikši Barezi koji je realizirao tu glasovitu predstavu", rekao je dirigent Ivo Lipanović. Krešimir Dolenčić, čiji je ovo debi na Peristilu: "Počašćen sam mogućnošću da radim u prostoru kakav je Peristil, naročito s ovako odličnim suradnicima kakve imam. Glazba je nevjerojatna, maestralna i sasvim čudesna, njome plovimo morem od početka do kraja."

Talijanski bariton Elia Fabbian koji tumači naslovnu ulogu prvog đenoveškog dužda Simona Boccanegre: "Velika mi je čast i zadovoljstvo što sam ponovno pozvan da radim u ovom čudesnom gradu na jednoj predivnoj predstavi. Peristil je, onako blizu moru, izuzetno povoljna lokacija za inscenaciju Simon Boccanegre. Kolege su fantastični i bit će to odlična produkcija." Tenor Max Jota koji tumači ulogu Gabrilea Adorna: "Izuzetno sam počašćen pozivom da radim u Simon Boccanegra budući da je to naslov koji jako intimno dotiče naše emocije i zadovoljan sam jer se uspijevamo približiti onome što je Verdi napisao".

Ozren Bilućić nastupa u ulozi Paola Albianija koju je tumačio i uprethodnoj produkciji istog naslova u HNK Split 2006. godine: "Veliko je zadovoljstvo ponovno doći u kazalište s kojim sam već nebrojeno puta surađivao, kao i vratiti se u ulogu koja mi je, nakon ovoliko godina, u potpunosti 'sjela'". Scenograf Andrej Stražišar: "Imam veliko poštivanje prema prostoru Peristila, a ujedno i strah kako tu napraviti scenografiju. Sačuvali smo odgovornost prema tom prostoru koji igra u predstavi a kad treba se i sakrije projekcijama pa ponovno pojavi, kao dvorana, dvor ili park. I sama pozornica svojevrsni je križanac između krme broda, trga, parka ili čak zgrade parlamenta."

Ostatak autorskog tima, pored dirigenta Lipanovića, redatelja Dolenčića i scenografa Stražišara, čine: kostimografkinja Tea Bašić, zborovođa Veton Marevci, oblikovateljica svjetla Vesna Kolarec, oblikovatelj zvuka Petar Ivanišević, te Ankica Matijaš koja potpisuje izradu oglavlja.

Premijerom Verdijeve opere Simon Boccanegra 14. srpnja na Peristilu započet će 68. Splitsko ljeto. Pod ravnanjem maestra Ive Lipanovića i u režiji Krešimira Dolenčića jedna od najtamnijih no nesumnjivo i jedna među najljepšim Verdijevim operama, vraća se na splitsku opernu pozornicu.

Naslovnu ulogu tumači talijanski bariton Elia Fabbian, a ostali solisti su Daniela Schillaci, Ivica Čikeš, Max Jota, Ozren Bilušić, Božo Župić, Špiro Boban te Barbara Sumić uz Zbor i Orkestar Opere HNK Split. Nakon premijerne izvedbe koja započinje u 21 sat, po završetku kraće svečanosti otvorenja 68. Splitskog ljeta, predviđena je još jedna izvedba 16. srpnja, također s početkom u 21 h.
