"Pa tko nju ne bi želio posvojiti?" – "Siroče: Prvo ubojstvo" (2022.)

Poster prednastavka hororskog hita "Siroče", podnaslovljena "Prvo ubojstvo" ("Orphan: First Kill"), zrcalna je slika prethodnika. Sada nam je Esther okrenuta leđima. No, da je fotografirana sprijeda, bila bi identična kao na plakatu prvog filma iz 2009. godine, samo što joj je drukčija frizura i boja oprave koju ovdje krase tragovi krvi.

Uz "spoiler alert" za one koji nisu gledali originalno "Siroče", podsjetimo da Esther (dojmljiva Isabelle Fuhrman) pati od žljezdastog poremećaja koji uzrokuje patuljasti rast. Ona je stala rasti oko desete godine i ustvari je odrasla žena, iako izgleda kao dijete.

To je bio veliki "twist" prethodnog filma režisera Jaumea Collet-Serre koji je ubacio svojevrsnog ženskog Benjamina Buttona iz pakla u horor s jezivim djetetom poput "Omena" i "Exorcista".

Jezivo dijete ovdje nije bio "demonsko", već psihopatska odrasla osoba zarobljena u tijelu djeteta. Postavka je bila izvanredna i "Orphan" je mogao postati hororski klasik da nije bio opterećen klišejima kakve podrazumijeva taj tip strave i užasa.

Ipak, s godinama je film stekao kultni status među fanovima žanra, stoga nije čudno da je dobio prednastavak prema priči dvojca odgovornog za ideju izvornika, Alexa Macea i Davida Leslieja Johnson-McGoldricka ("Crvenkapica", "Aquaman", "Prizivanja 3"). Ni prednastavak neće postati klasik, niti horor ljeta (to su zasad još uvijek "Crni telefon" i "Muškarci" ako računamo redovnu kinodistribuciju), ali mogao bi biti zanimljiv poklonicima "Siročeta".

Za početak, "Orphan: First Kill" u ulozi Esther (pravo ime Leena) ponovno predstavlja nezamjenjivu Fuhrman, mračnu Saoirse Ronan, neovisno o tome ili baš zato što je prerasla ulogu klinke. Fuhrman je 2009. imala 12 godina, a sada ima 25 i bliža je Estherinoj stvarnoj dobi (u ovom filmu 31), dok je onda bila klinka poput lika "izvana". Ludo, zar ne? No, to nije sve.

Da je potpisnik ovih redaka vizionarski pogodio s Benjamin Button analogijom u recenziji "Siročeta", Fuhrman je, kako bi ponovno postala Esther, odrasla žena s izgledom klinke, većim dijelom digitalno pomlađena kao Brad Pitt u Fincherovu filmu, iako novi redatelj William Brent Bell ("Sotona: Razotkrivanje", "Dječak", "Brahms: Dječak II") koristi i usluge dublerice i maskera, pazi na osvjetljenje, kutove kamere itd.

Digitalno pomlađivanje je na momente uočljivo, ali neprirodnost računalne tehnologije samo daje na jezovitosti lika koji bi mogao postati hororska ikona, ako već to i nije. Esther je najveći adut prednastavka koji se otvara u Estoniji 2007., gdje se ona nalazi u psihijatrijskoj ustanovi kao "najopasnija pacijentica" Leena i ubit će instruktoricu umjetničke terapije kao od šale. Nakon toga, "psihopatska patuljica" i "mutirana prevarantica" će ući u američku obitelj pretvarajući se da je njihova nestala kćerka Esther.

Unatoč tome što joj govore "Ne vjerujem da si to ti", ona će pokušati nastaviti igrati ulogu i manipulirati članovima obitelji koju predvodi majka Tricia (Julia Stiles; zgodan casting za nekoga tko je glumio u remakeu "Pretkazanja"). Prednastavak, znači, generički slijedi šprancu prethodnika s čijim se "twistom" ne može mjeriti, ali recimo da neće sve biti baš onako kako očekujete. I da Esther možda nije jedini psiho u filmu. "Ništa nije samo jedna stvar".

Kad Esther u jednoj sceni preotme automobil, iz zvučnika će zasvirati pjesma "She's a Maniac" koja je krasila soundtrack filma "Flashdance".

"Pa tko nju ne bi želio posvojiti?" – "Siroče: Prvo ubojstvo" (2022.)

Poster prednastavka hororskog hita "Siroče", podnaslovljena "Prvo ubojstvo" ("Orphan: First Kill"), zrcalna je slika prethodnika. Sada nam je Esther okrenuta leđima. No, da je fotografirana sprijeda, bila bi identična kao na plakatu prvog filma iz 2009. godine, samo što joj je drukčija frizura i boja oprave koju ovdje krase tragovi krvi.

Uz "spoiler alert" za one koji nisu gledali originalno "Siroče", podsjetimo da Esther (dojmljiva Isabelle Fuhrman) pati od žljezdastog poremećaja koji uzrokuje patuljasti rast. Ona je stala rasti oko desete godine i ustvari je odrasla žena, iako izgleda kao dijete.

To je bio veliki "twist" prethodnog filma režisera Jaumea Collet-Serre koji je ubacio svojevrsnog ženskog Benjamina Buttona iz pakla u horor s jezivim djetetom poput "Omena" i "Exorcista".

Jezivo dijete ovdje nije bio "demonsko", već psihopatska odrasla osoba zarobljena u tijelu djeteta. Postavka je bila izvanredna i "Orphan" je mogao postati hororski klasik da nije bio opterećen klišejima kakve podrazumijeva taj tip strave i užasa.

Ipak, s godinama je film stekao kultni status među fanovima žanra, stoga nije čudno da je dobio prednastavak prema priči dvojca odgovornog za ideju izvornika, Alexa Macea i Davida Leslieja Johnson-McGoldricka ("Crvenkapica", "Aquaman", "Prizivanja 3"). Ni prednastavak neće postati klasik, niti horor ljeta (to su zasad još uvijek "Crni telefon" i "Muškarci" ako računamo redovnu kinodistribuciju), ali mogao bi biti zanimljiv poklonicima "Siročeta".

Za početak, "Orphan: First Kill" u ulozi Esther (pravo ime Leena) ponovno predstavlja nezamjenjivu Fuhrman, mračnu Saoirse Ronan, neovisno o tome ili baš zato što je prerasla ulogu klinke. Fuhrman je 2009. imala 12 godina, a sada ima 25 i bliža je Estherinoj stvarnoj dobi (u ovom filmu 31), dok je onda bila klinka poput lika "izvana". Ludo, zar ne? No, to nije sve.

Da je potpisnik ovih redaka vizionarski pogodio s Benjamin Button analogijom u recenziji "Siročeta", Fuhrman je, kako bi ponovno postala Esther, odrasla žena s izgledom klinke, većim dijelom digitalno pomlađena kao Brad Pitt u Fincherovu filmu, iako novi redatelj William Brent Bell ("Sotona: Razotkrivanje", "Dječak", "Brahms: Dječak II") koristi i usluge dublerice i maskera, pazi na osvjetljenje, kutove kamere itd.

Digitalno pomlađivanje je na momente uočljivo, ali neprirodnost računalne tehnologije samo daje na jezovitosti lika koji bi mogao postati hororska ikona, ako već to i nije. Esther je najveći adut prednastavka koji se otvara u Estoniji 2007., gdje se ona nalazi u psihijatrijskoj ustanovi kao "najopasnija pacijentica" Leena i ubit će instruktoricu umjetničke terapije kao od šale. Nakon toga, "psihopatska patuljica" i "mutirana prevarantica" će ući u američku obitelj pretvarajući se da je njihova nestala kćerka Esther.

Unatoč tome što joj govore "Ne vjerujem da si to ti", ona će pokušati nastaviti igrati ulogu i manipulirati članovima obitelji koju predvodi majka Tricia (Julia Stiles; zgodan casting za nekoga tko je glumio u remakeu "Pretkazanja"). Prednastavak, znači, generički slijedi šprancu prethodnika s čijim se "twistom" ne može mjeriti, ali recimo da neće sve biti baš onako kako očekujete. I da Esther možda nije jedini psiho u filmu. "Ništa nije samo jedna stvar".

Kad Esther u jednoj sceni preotme automobil, iz zvučnika će zasvirati pjesma "She's a Maniac" koja je krasila soundtrack filma "Flashdance".
