Završena je rekonstrukcija jedne od najopasnijih državnih cesta u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, one između Vrgorca i Makarske koja se na tri četvrtine svoje dužine probija biokovskim vrletima.

Godinu dana trajali su radovi na dionici od Donje Gore do Ravče u dužini od 15 kilometara. Lomio se tvrdi krš, širio kolnik, presvlačio novim slojem asfalta, radili se usjeci, stavljale zaštitne mreže, gradili novi nogostupi i autobusne čekaonice kroz Kljenak i Duge Njive, postavljala rasvjeta.... Sve u pod paskom investitora iz "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC), a u režiji građevinara zagrebačkog "Strabaga“ i dubrovačke tvrtke "Trames", dok je projekt za radove vrijedne oko 45 milijuna kuna izradila također zagrebačka "Mobilita Evolva".

Danas kad se vozite tom prometnicom cestom uistinu guštate, za nekih 25 minuta ugodne vožnje možete stići u Vrgorsku krajinu ili na Makarsko primorje. Oni koji imaju bubrežne kamence mogu biti sigurni da im neće proraditi na 15-kilometarskom potezu od Ravče do bivšeg odlagališta otpada Donja Gora, ali za dio prometnice od deponija do sredine Stupice, nisu baš sigurni.

I upravo je tu bit cijele priče, a zasad nije poznato tko je osmislio takav princip i iz kojih razloga. Naime, obnova ceste Vrgorac-Makarska radila se u više etapa, jer se prva faza zahvata nakon velikog odrona u Stupici krajem listopada 2010. godine odnosila na probijanje tunela dugog 230 metara, zaštitu predusjeka i portalnih pokosa, te postavljanje zaštitne ograde za odrone, a sve je to stajalo porezne obveznike malo više od gotovo 60 milijuna kuna.

Izgradnja je završila u srpnju 2011. kada je tunel i otvoren. Zatim je počela obnova 13,5 kilometara duge dionice ceste od Makarske do Gornjih Igrana, ali i tada smo kao i danas pisali da najviši dio ceste od sredine Stupice do Donje Gore nije obnovljen, odnosno da je - preskočen.

I onda se dogodi da se "Strabag" uvede u završnu fazu rekonstrukcije ceste, potroši se još 45 milijuna kuna, radovi krenu od Donje Gore do Ravče, a oko 500 metara kolnika od sredine Stupice do nekadašnjeg deponija bude preskočeno i neobnovljeno. Kome je to ostavljeno? Zbog čega se to dogodilo? Planiraju li se još neki radovi?

Objašnjenje takvog epiloga pokušali smo saznati u "Hrvatskim cestama", jer su osim Ante Pranića, tadašnjeg vrgorskoga gradonačelnika, sastanku u vezi obnove posljednje dionice nazočili i Josip Škorić, predsjednik Uprave spomenute državne tvrtke, zatim Oleg Butković, ministar prometa, te Damir Krstičević, tadašnji potpredsjednik Vlade.

HC-ova glasnogovornica Tamara Pajić kazala je kako je naš upit u vezi ove teme proslijedila nadležnim službama i da čeka odgovor. Čekali smo i mi tjedan dana na povratne informacije iz zagrebačkog sjedišta državne tvrtke, ali ih još nismo dobili. Kada stignu odgovori, objavit ćemo ih.

No, o ovoj pomalo apsurdnoj situaciji razgovrali smo s ljudima koji se svakodnevno voze ovom cestom.

- Ne mogu ništa reći nego sve pohvale za obnovu ove zadnje dionice, sad se stvarno gušt voziti, po meni je tip-top napravljeno. No, i meni je zapeo za oko onaj dio što su ostavili kroz Stupicu do starog odlagališta smeća.

Prvo sam mislio da je ispao neki spor između Makarske i Vrgorca, a sad vidim da su to preskočili i nešto s tim zabrljali. Taj propust baca sjenu na cijelu rekonstrukciju - ističe Marin Bekavac, poznati makarski taksist.

Ivo Vodanović već gotovo dva desetljeća putuje svaki dan cestom preko Biokova, na posao iz Makarske u Vrgorac.

I njega je, kako kaže, malo zateklo ostavljanje dijela Stupice neobnovljenim, pa se raspitivao kod političara zašto je taj dio preskočen. Tako nam je ponudio možebitni odgovor prije "Hrvatskih cesta".

- Čuo sam da se za taj dio ceste izrađuje projektna dokumetnacija, navodno planiraju to riješiti s dva vijadukta. Ne znam kako će to ispasti, kao čovjek koji svaki dan putuje tom cestom mislim da je jedino riješenje tunel.

Po meni, sve ostalo nema smisla - smatra Vodanović.

Zbog toga s nestrpljenjem čekamo HC-ov odgovor, jer praktički više od desetljeća s kratkim prekidima traje obnova 30-ak kilometara državne prometnice Vrgorac-Makarska. Koliko će svi obavljeni i planirani radovi u konačnici koštati, to još nitko ne zna. Red bi bio da se javnosti to predstavi, jer sve to (ne)posredno plaćaju - građani.

Završena je rekonstrukcija jedne od najopasnijih državnih cesta u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, one između Vrgorca i Makarske koja se na tri četvrtine svoje dužine probija biokovskim vrletima.

Godinu dana trajali su radovi na dionici od Donje Gore do Ravče u dužini od 15 kilometara. Lomio se tvrdi krš, širio kolnik, presvlačio novim slojem asfalta, radili se usjeci, stavljale zaštitne mreže, gradili novi nogostupi i autobusne čekaonice kroz Kljenak i Duge Njive, postavljala rasvjeta.... Sve u pod paskom investitora iz "Hrvatskih cesta" (HC), a u režiji građevinara zagrebačkog "Strabaga“ i dubrovačke tvrtke "Trames", dok je projekt za radove vrijedne oko 45 milijuna kuna izradila također zagrebačka "Mobilita Evolva".

Danas kad se vozite tom prometnicom cestom uistinu guštate, za nekih 25 minuta ugodne vožnje možete stići u Vrgorsku krajinu ili na Makarsko primorje. Oni koji imaju bubrežne kamence mogu biti sigurni da im neće proraditi na 15-kilometarskom potezu od Ravče do bivšeg odlagališta otpada Donja Gora, ali za dio prometnice od deponija do sredine Stupice, nisu baš sigurni.

I upravo je tu bit cijele priče, a zasad nije poznato tko je osmislio takav princip i iz kojih razloga. Naime, obnova ceste Vrgorac-Makarska radila se u više etapa, jer se prva faza zahvata nakon velikog odrona u Stupici krajem listopada 2010. godine odnosila na probijanje tunela dugog 230 metara, zaštitu predusjeka i portalnih pokosa, te postavljanje zaštitne ograde za odrone, a sve je to stajalo porezne obveznike malo više od gotovo 60 milijuna kuna.

Izgradnja je završila u srpnju 2011. kada je tunel i otvoren. Zatim je počela obnova 13,5 kilometara duge dionice ceste od Makarske do Gornjih Igrana, ali i tada smo kao i danas pisali da najviši dio ceste od sredine Stupice do Donje Gore nije obnovljen, odnosno da je - preskočen.

I onda se dogodi da se "Strabag" uvede u završnu fazu rekonstrukcije ceste, potroši se još 45 milijuna kuna, radovi krenu od Donje Gore do Ravče, a oko 500 metara kolnika od sredine Stupice do nekadašnjeg deponija bude preskočeno i neobnovljeno. Kome je to ostavljeno? Zbog čega se to dogodilo? Planiraju li se još neki radovi?

Objašnjenje takvog epiloga pokušali smo saznati u "Hrvatskim cestama", jer su osim Ante Pranića, tadašnjeg vrgorskoga gradonačelnika, sastanku u vezi obnove posljednje dionice nazočili i Josip Škorić, predsjednik Uprave spomenute državne tvrtke, zatim Oleg Butković, ministar prometa, te Damir Krstičević, tadašnji potpredsjednik Vlade.

HC-ova glasnogovornica Tamara Pajić kazala je kako je naš upit u vezi ove teme proslijedila nadležnim službama i da čeka odgovor. Čekali smo i mi tjedan dana na povratne informacije iz zagrebačkog sjedišta državne tvrtke, ali ih još nismo dobili. Kada stignu odgovori, objavit ćemo ih.

No, o ovoj pomalo apsurdnoj situaciji razgovrali smo s ljudima koji se svakodnevno voze ovom cestom.

- Ne mogu ništa reći nego sve pohvale za obnovu ove zadnje dionice, sad se stvarno gušt voziti, po meni je tip-top napravljeno. No, i meni je zapeo za oko onaj dio što su ostavili kroz Stupicu do starog odlagališta smeća.

Prvo sam mislio da je ispao neki spor između Makarske i Vrgorca, a sad vidim da su to preskočili i nešto s tim zabrljali. Taj propust baca sjenu na cijelu rekonstrukciju - ističe Marin Bekavac, poznati makarski taksist.

Ivo Vodanović već gotovo dva desetljeća putuje svaki dan cestom preko Biokova, na posao iz Makarske u Vrgorac.

I njega je, kako kaže, malo zateklo ostavljanje dijela Stupice neobnovljenim, pa se raspitivao kod političara zašto je taj dio preskočen. Tako nam je ponudio možebitni odgovor prije "Hrvatskih cesta".

- Čuo sam da se za taj dio ceste izrađuje projektna dokumetnacija, navodno planiraju to riješiti s dva vijadukta. Ne znam kako će to ispasti, kao čovjek koji svaki dan putuje tom cestom mislim da je jedino riješenje tunel.

Po meni, sve ostalo nema smisla - smatra Vodanović.

Zbog toga s nestrpljenjem čekamo HC-ov odgovor, jer praktički više od desetljeća s kratkim prekidima traje obnova 30-ak kilometara državne prometnice Vrgorac-Makarska. Koliko će svi obavljeni i planirani radovi u konačnici koštati, to još nitko ne zna. Red bi bio da se javnosti to predstavi, jer sve to (ne)posredno plaćaju - građani.
