Kad će konačno završiti ovu cestu, ima li kraja tome više i što rade mjesecima, samo su neka od pitanja koja svakodnevno postavljaju ogorčeni vozači i putnici koji prolaze državnom cestom Ravča-Vrgorac.

Još početkom veljače počela je rekonstrukcija i dogradnja sustava odvodnje od gospodarske zone "Ravča" do Vrgorca. Projekt je vrijedan više od 31 milijun kuna, a investitori su "Hrvatske vode", "Hrvatska elektroprivreda", "Hrvatske ceste" (HC), Grad Vrgorac i Županija splitsko-dalmatinska. Sve je prema najavama trebalo biti gotovo do 1. srpnja, posredstvom Hrvatskog autokluba u javnost se svakodnevno odašilju informacije da će spomenuta prometnica biti zatvorena do 16. studenoga, ali upitno je hoće li se to dogoditi i do proljeća sljedeće godine.

Vozačima je više "puna kapa" svega, jer je postojeća cesta puna rupa, mnogi od njih uništili su podvozja na svojim limenim ljubimcima, dok lokalno stanovništvo više ne može živjeti od prašine, pijeska, kočenja, šlajfanja... Osim toga, treba istaknuti da se već nekoliko teških prometnih nesreća dogodilo na zamjenskom smjeru Ravča-Kotezi-Vrgorac, ispod vijadukta "Crip", srećom bez ljudskih žrtava, samo s materijalnom štetom.

- Ne mogu puno pričati, jer sam trenutno u Zagrebu, ali to je sve užasno i ne nazire se kraj ove agonije - kratko će Gojko Trlin, bivši predsjednik Mjesnog odbora Ravča, koji je nekada dizao glas i za puno manje stvari, ali njegovim odlaskom s tog mjesta, kao da su utihnuli i drugi seoski "glavari" iz Vrgorske krajine.

Poslali smo putanja HC-u kako bismo doznali gdje je zapeo ovaj važan projekt za istočni dio Dalmatinske zagore. Zar je rat u Ukrajini kriv i za zastoj radova na staroj Napolenovoj cesti?! Nažalost, to je poštapalica koja se u zadnje vrijeme često diljem svijeta koristi za opravdavanje brojnih problema, a objeručke je prihvaćena i u Hrvatskoj.

- "Hrvatske ceste" upoznate su sa činjenicom da se radovi odvijaju usporenim tempom zbog utjecaja više čimbenika. Dogodili su se nepredviđeni radovi, prvenstveno na potpornim zidovima koje je trebalo prije svega projektirati, a zatim i izvesti. Samo projektiranje bilo je duljeg trajanja budući da je riječ o sedam i pol kilometara dugoj dionici državne ceste, što je zaista impresivan zahvat.

Nadalje, uslijed izvanrednih okolnosti uzrokovanih ratom u Ukrajini, koje su dovele do zastoja u proizvodnji, kontroli i transportu, odnosno općenitog poremećaja na svjetskom tržištu, sve više dobavljača materijala nije bilo u mogućnosti isporučivati materijal ili dostatne količine.

Napominjemo i da su se do sada isključivo izvodili radovi drugih naručitelja "Komunalno" i HEP, tako da "Hrvatske ceste" i nisu mogle utjecati na dosadašnju dinamiku izvođenja radova. Predviđeni rok završetka svih radova je početkom veljače iduće godine - navodi se u odgovoru iz spomenute državne tvrtke.

HC je rekonstukciju i dogradnju odvodnog sustava ugovorio s tvrtkom "Elektrocentar Petek", koja je u projekt krenula sa svojim podizvođačima i tu je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, došlo do problema. Tijekom radova urušili su se potporni zidovi na velikom dijelu ceste na zapadnom ulazu u Vrgorac, što je rezultiralo dodatnim troškovima koji se kreću oko sedam-osam milijuna kuna.

Taj troškovnik nije dobio odobrenje HC-a kao investitora, odnosno nije još "prošao" Nadzorni odbor javne kompanije, a (pod)izvođači više ne mogu sami gurati projekt. I u vrtlogu tih "igara" najgore su stradali vozači i putnici koji se mjesecima voze po raskopanoj cesti ili čekaju kad će se neki kamion ili automobili u njih "zalijepiti" na uskom putu do Vrgorca.

Voditelj projekta Ivan Barbić kaže da su svjesni situacije, ali da ulažu sve napore kako bi se radovi ubrzali.

- Radovi prvenstveno kasne zbog povećanog opsega posla i naknadnih radova nastalih uslijed nužnosti sanacije državne ceste Ravča - Vrgorac zbog njezina postojećeg stanja. Taj dio posla morao se naprije isprojektirati, a zatim dodatno ugovoriti.

Svjesni smo situacije s otežanim prometom i svi sudionici u projektu ulažu maksimalne napore da se radovi asfaltiranja ubrzaju - zaključio je Barbić.

Kad će konačno završiti ovu cestu, ima li kraja tome više i što rade mjesecima, samo su neka od pitanja koja svakodnevno postavljaju ogorčeni vozači i putnici koji prolaze državnom cestom Ravča-Vrgorac.

Još početkom veljače počela je rekonstrukcija i dogradnja sustava odvodnje od gospodarske zone "Ravča" do Vrgorca. Projekt je vrijedan više od 31 milijun kuna, a investitori su "Hrvatske vode", "Hrvatska elektroprivreda", "Hrvatske ceste" (HC), Grad Vrgorac i Županija splitsko-dalmatinska. Sve je prema najavama trebalo biti gotovo do 1. srpnja, posredstvom Hrvatskog autokluba u javnost se svakodnevno odašilju informacije da će spomenuta prometnica biti zatvorena do 16. studenoga, ali upitno je hoće li se to dogoditi i do proljeća sljedeće godine.

Vozačima je više "puna kapa" svega, jer je postojeća cesta puna rupa, mnogi od njih uništili su podvozja na svojim limenim ljubimcima, dok lokalno stanovništvo više ne može živjeti od prašine, pijeska, kočenja, šlajfanja... Osim toga, treba istaknuti da se već nekoliko teških prometnih nesreća dogodilo na zamjenskom smjeru Ravča-Kotezi-Vrgorac, ispod vijadukta "Crip", srećom bez ljudskih žrtava, samo s materijalnom štetom.

- Ne mogu puno pričati, jer sam trenutno u Zagrebu, ali to je sve užasno i ne nazire se kraj ove agonije - kratko će Gojko Trlin, bivši predsjednik Mjesnog odbora Ravča, koji je nekada dizao glas i za puno manje stvari, ali njegovim odlaskom s tog mjesta, kao da su utihnuli i drugi seoski "glavari" iz Vrgorske krajine.

Poslali smo putanja HC-u kako bismo doznali gdje je zapeo ovaj važan projekt za istočni dio Dalmatinske zagore. Zar je rat u Ukrajini kriv i za zastoj radova na staroj Napolenovoj cesti?! Nažalost, to je poštapalica koja se u zadnje vrijeme često diljem svijeta koristi za opravdavanje brojnih problema, a objeručke je prihvaćena i u Hrvatskoj.

- "Hrvatske ceste" upoznate su sa činjenicom da se radovi odvijaju usporenim tempom zbog utjecaja više čimbenika. Dogodili su se nepredviđeni radovi, prvenstveno na potpornim zidovima koje je trebalo prije svega projektirati, a zatim i izvesti. Samo projektiranje bilo je duljeg trajanja budući da je riječ o sedam i pol kilometara dugoj dionici državne ceste, što je zaista impresivan zahvat.

Nadalje, uslijed izvanrednih okolnosti uzrokovanih ratom u Ukrajini, koje su dovele do zastoja u proizvodnji, kontroli i transportu, odnosno općenitog poremećaja na svjetskom tržištu, sve više dobavljača materijala nije bilo u mogućnosti isporučivati materijal ili dostatne količine.

Napominjemo i da su se do sada isključivo izvodili radovi drugih naručitelja "Komunalno" i HEP, tako da "Hrvatske ceste" i nisu mogle utjecati na dosadašnju dinamiku izvođenja radova. Predviđeni rok završetka svih radova je početkom veljače iduće godine - navodi se u odgovoru iz spomenute državne tvrtke.

HC je rekonstukciju i dogradnju odvodnog sustava ugovorio s tvrtkom "Elektrocentar Petek", koja je u projekt krenula sa svojim podizvođačima i tu je, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, došlo do problema. Tijekom radova urušili su se potporni zidovi na velikom dijelu ceste na zapadnom ulazu u Vrgorac, što je rezultiralo dodatnim troškovima koji se kreću oko sedam-osam milijuna kuna.

Taj troškovnik nije dobio odobrenje HC-a kao investitora, odnosno nije još "prošao" Nadzorni odbor javne kompanije, a (pod)izvođači više ne mogu sami gurati projekt. I u vrtlogu tih "igara" najgore su stradali vozači i putnici koji se mjesecima voze po raskopanoj cesti ili čekaju kad će se neki kamion ili automobili u njih "zalijepiti" na uskom putu do Vrgorca.

Voditelj projekta Ivan Barbić kaže da su svjesni situacije, ali da ulažu sve napore kako bi se radovi ubrzali.

- Radovi prvenstveno kasne zbog povećanog opsega posla i naknadnih radova nastalih uslijed nužnosti sanacije državne ceste Ravča - Vrgorac zbog njezina postojećeg stanja. Taj dio posla morao se naprije isprojektirati, a zatim dodatno ugovoriti.

Svjesni smo situacije s otežanim prometom i svi sudionici u projektu ulažu maksimalne napore da se radovi asfaltiranja ubrzaju - zaključio je Barbić.
