I ove godine mještani podsvilajskih sela organiziraju svoje mačkare. Prošle godine su se tako ponovno okupili nakon 15 godina stanke, a, na radost puka, za kraj ovog tjedna bit će isto tako veselo.

Pedesetak mještana, svatko u svojoj ulozi, zabavljat će svoje sumještane tijekom tri dana, od petka do nedjelje. Na sastanku mačkarskog odbora izabrani su, kako nam kažu: vezir, Turčin, baba, did, mlada, diver, barjaktari i svati obučeni u narodnu nošnju i još mnoge uloge, odnosno likovi koje ćete, da se sve ne otkrije, moći vidjeti, a cilj im je obići cijeli podsvilajski plato.

Povorka svoj put započinje od crkve svetog Jure, a prvi dan obilaska je 9. veljače za Gornje Ogorje, Radunić i Bidnić, drugi dan, odnosno 10. veljače, Bračević i Pribude, a treći dan, 11. veljače, na redu su Milešina Mala i Velika, Donje Ogorje i Leskuri. Običaj im, kažu, nalaže da se obilazi “od sunca do sunca”.

I ove godine mještani podsvilajskih sela organiziraju svoje mačkare. Prošle godine su se tako ponovno okupili nakon 15 godina stanke, a, na radost puka, za kraj ovog tjedna bit će isto tako veselo.

Pedesetak mještana, svatko u svojoj ulozi, zabavljat će svoje sumještane tijekom tri dana, od petka do nedjelje. Na sastanku mačkarskog odbora izabrani su, kako nam kažu: vezir, Turčin, baba, did, mlada, diver, barjaktari i svati obučeni u narodnu nošnju i još mnoge uloge, odnosno likovi koje ćete, da se sve ne otkrije, moći vidjeti, a cilj im je obići cijeli podsvilajski plato.

Povorka svoj put započinje od crkve svetog Jure, a prvi dan obilaska je 9. veljače za Gornje Ogorje, Radunić i Bidnić, drugi dan, odnosno 10. veljače, Bračević i Pribude, a treći dan, 11. veljače, na redu su Milešina Mala i Velika, Donje Ogorje i Leskuri. Običaj im, kažu, nalaže da se obilazi “od sunca do sunca”.

I ove godine mještani podsvilajskih sela organiziraju svoje mačkare. Prošle godine su se tako ponovno okupili nakon 15 godina stanke, a, na radost puka, za kraj ovog tjedna bit će isto tako veselo.

Pedesetak mještana, svatko u svojoj ulozi, zabavljat će svoje sumještane tijekom tri dana, od petka do nedjelje. Na sastanku mačkarskog odbora izabrani su, kako nam kažu: vezir, Turčin, baba, did, mlada, diver, barjaktari i svati obučeni u narodnu nošnju i još mnoge uloge, odnosno likovi koje ćete, da se sve ne otkrije, moći vidjeti, a cilj im je obići cijeli podsvilajski plato.

Povorka svoj put započinje od crkve svetog Jure, a prvi dan obilaska je 9. veljače za Gornje Ogorje, Radunić i Bidnić, drugi dan, odnosno 10. veljače, Bračević i Pribude, a treći dan, 11. veljače, na redu su Milešina Mala i Velika, Donje Ogorje i Leskuri. Običaj im, kažu, nalaže da se obilazi “od sunca do sunca”.
