Nekadašnji Dom kulture u središtu Zagvozda uskoro bi mogao postati multifunkcionalni prostor sa svim potrebnim sadržajima, koji će nakon sanacije objekta i privođenja novoj namjeni biti nadohvat ruke Zagvožđanima i njihovim gostima.

A njih je tijekom ljetnih mjeseci, posebno tijekom popularnih kazališnih susreta "Glumci u Zagvozdu", koje je potaknuo i vodi Vedran Mlikota, dijete Zagvozda i osvjedočeni zaljubljenik u rodni kraj, sasvim dovoljno da domaćini u obnovu ulože 7,4 milijuna kuna, koja bi se sufinancirala od strane Agencije za plaćanja u ruralnom razvoju s 5,1 milijun kuna, a preostali potreban novac osigurali bi sami mještani posredstvom Općine.

Važno je napomenuti kako je početna cijena natječaja za izbor izvođača radova postavljena prema procjeni iz 2017. godine i vrlo je izgledno da će se, s obzirom na inflaciju i rapidno poskupljenje građevinskog materijala, dodatno "podebljati".

Prema projektu, postojeća javna građevina u "L" obliku u središtu mjesta, koja s dvije strane omeđuje Trg glumaca, na površini nešto malo manjoj od 1000 četvornih metara građevinskog prostora, a ukupne bruto površine 1385 kvadrata, doživjela bi preinake na način da bi se u prizemlju katnice uredili suvenirnica, teretana, sauna, spremište, ugostiteljski objekt, prostor za udruge i društva, kuhinja te gledalište s pozornicom, dok se uvjeti na prvom katu, odnosno sobe za smještaj glumaca, ne bi mijenjali.

Kako doznajemo, adaptacijom javnog objekta ne bi se mijenjali njegovi vanjski gabariti, dok bi se roh-bau prostor u suterenu uredio za garderobu i gospodarski ulaz kuhinjskog bloka, koji bi bio u dijelu prizemlja, odnosno nekadašnje kuglane.

Uz kuhinju bi bilo spremište, ostava i sanitarne prostorije za osoblje. Također, u tom dijelu bi se gradili i sanitarni čvorovi za posjetitelje, a preostali neiskorišteni dio bile bi teretana i sauna s pomoćnim prostorom. Prostor bivšeg bifea pretvorio bi se u dva spremišta, a sjeverni trakt prizemlja preuredio bi se u kafić.

– Trenutačno smo u fazi raspisivanja natječaja za odabir najpovoljnijeg izvođača radova. Izgradnjom, odnosno unutarnjom adaptacijom zgrade, dobili bismo multifunkcionalni prostor na korist svih naših mještana. Ovakav sadržaj prijeko je potreban tijekom ljetnih mjeseci, kada se brojno stanje naše općine doslovno udvostruči. Što zbog glumačkih susreta, što sve većeg interesa stranih gostiju, kojih je u Zagvozdu i okolnim selima iz godine u godinu sve više. Time dobivamo i više prostora za sve naše udruge, kao i unutrašnje gledalište s pozornicom. Sada ćemo sve imati na jednom mjestu.

Jedini problem je cijena izvođenja radova jer je dogovorena investicija donesena prema procjeni otprije pet godina. U razgovoru smo sa županijskim tijelima vlasti, od kojih također očekujemo financijsku pomoć, pa im ovom prigodom i zahvaljujem – informirao nas je Miroslav Gaće, načelnik zabiokovske općine, o tijeku poslova oko sanacije objekta u centru Zagvozda.

Nekadašnji Dom kulture u središtu Zagvozda uskoro bi mogao postati multifunkcionalni prostor sa svim potrebnim sadržajima, koji će nakon sanacije objekta i privođenja novoj namjeni biti nadohvat ruke Zagvožđanima i njihovim gostima.

A njih je tijekom ljetnih mjeseci, posebno tijekom popularnih kazališnih susreta "Glumci u Zagvozdu", koje je potaknuo i vodi Vedran Mlikota, dijete Zagvozda i osvjedočeni zaljubljenik u rodni kraj, sasvim dovoljno da domaćini u obnovu ulože 7,4 milijuna kuna, koja bi se sufinancirala od strane Agencije za plaćanja u ruralnom razvoju s 5,1 milijun kuna, a preostali potreban novac osigurali bi sami mještani posredstvom Općine.

Važno je napomenuti kako je početna cijena natječaja za izbor izvođača radova postavljena prema procjeni iz 2017. godine i vrlo je izgledno da će se, s obzirom na inflaciju i rapidno poskupljenje građevinskog materijala, dodatno "podebljati".

Prema projektu, postojeća javna građevina u "L" obliku u središtu mjesta, koja s dvije strane omeđuje Trg glumaca, na površini nešto malo manjoj od 1000 četvornih metara građevinskog prostora, a ukupne bruto površine 1385 kvadrata, doživjela bi preinake na način da bi se u prizemlju katnice uredili suvenirnica, teretana, sauna, spremište, ugostiteljski objekt, prostor za udruge i društva, kuhinja te gledalište s pozornicom, dok se uvjeti na prvom katu, odnosno sobe za smještaj glumaca, ne bi mijenjali.

Kako doznajemo, adaptacijom javnog objekta ne bi se mijenjali njegovi vanjski gabariti, dok bi se roh-bau prostor u suterenu uredio za garderobu i gospodarski ulaz kuhinjskog bloka, koji bi bio u dijelu prizemlja, odnosno nekadašnje kuglane.

Uz kuhinju bi bilo spremište, ostava i sanitarne prostorije za osoblje. Također, u tom dijelu bi se gradili i sanitarni čvorovi za posjetitelje, a preostali neiskorišteni dio bile bi teretana i sauna s pomoćnim prostorom. Prostor bivšeg bifea pretvorio bi se u dva spremišta, a sjeverni trakt prizemlja preuredio bi se u kafić.

– Trenutačno smo u fazi raspisivanja natječaja za odabir najpovoljnijeg izvođača radova. Izgradnjom, odnosno unutarnjom adaptacijom zgrade, dobili bismo multifunkcionalni prostor na korist svih naših mještana. Ovakav sadržaj prijeko je potreban tijekom ljetnih mjeseci, kada se brojno stanje naše općine doslovno udvostruči. Što zbog glumačkih susreta, što sve većeg interesa stranih gostiju, kojih je u Zagvozdu i okolnim selima iz godine u godinu sve više. Time dobivamo i više prostora za sve naše udruge, kao i unutrašnje gledalište s pozornicom. Sada ćemo sve imati na jednom mjestu.

Jedini problem je cijena izvođenja radova jer je dogovorena investicija donesena prema procjeni otprije pet godina. U razgovoru smo sa županijskim tijelima vlasti, od kojih također očekujemo financijsku pomoć, pa im ovom prigodom i zahvaljujem – informirao nas je Miroslav Gaće, načelnik zabiokovske općine, o tijeku poslova oko sanacije objekta u centru Zagvozda.
