U petak 9. srpnja označit će se početak izgradnje poslovnog objekta od 6000 metara kvadratnih u koji će “Alca Zagreb” smjestiti Regionalni logistički centar za područje Dalmacije i BiH. Ugovoren je rok izgradnje od 150 dana.

“Alca Zagreb” na području GZK kupila je 31.289 metara četvornih gdje planiraju izgraditi dva poslovna objekta od po 6000 kvadrata.

U prvi objekt, čija izgradnja počinje u petak, premjestit će cjelokupnu distribuciju proizvoda široke potrošnje poznatih svjetskih robnih marki, što im je glavna djelatnost. Pritom planiraju zaposliti do 20 novih radnika.

Kako nam je kazao Damir Čarić, direktor GZK, očekuje se skori početak radova na još nekoliko objekata čiji investitori su pri kraju ishođenja svih potrebnih suglasnosti i dozvola.

Grad Sinj, kao vlasnik zemljišta na Kukuzovcu, do sada je potpisao predugovore s 20 zainteresiranih investitora od čega je šest predugovora preraslo u ugovore. GZK, koji Sinjani u planovima spominju još od 1986. godine, prostire se na 160 hektara s velikim mogućnostima širenja.

Prva faza zone obuhvaća 59 hektara. Nešto više od polovice te prve faze Grad Sinj je do sada opremio kompletnom infrastrukturom i po tome se GZK razlikuje od drugih poslovnih zona.

U većini drugih bila je praksa da se na parceli krene s izgradnjom objekata te paralelno, najčešće s velikim kašnjenjem, osiguravaju cesta, struja, voda i drugi komunalni sadržaji.

Do svih parcela na do sada komunalno opremljenom dijelu Kukuzovca, koje imaju pojedinačnu površinu oko 3 tisuće metara kvadratnih i mogu se po potrebi investitora spajati u cjelinu, Sinjani su doveli cestu, električnu energiju, vodu, kanalizaciju za fekalne i oborinske vode i drugo.

U petak 9. srpnja označit će se početak izgradnje poslovnog objekta od 6000 metara kvadratnih u koji će “Alca Zagreb” smjestiti Regionalni logistički centar za područje Dalmacije i BiH. Ugovoren je rok izgradnje od 150 dana.

“Alca Zagreb” na području GZK kupila je 31.289 metara četvornih gdje planiraju izgraditi dva poslovna objekta od po 6000 kvadrata.

U prvi objekt, čija izgradnja počinje u petak, premjestit će cjelokupnu distribuciju proizvoda široke potrošnje poznatih svjetskih robnih marki, što im je glavna djelatnost. Pritom planiraju zaposliti do 20 novih radnika.

Kako nam je kazao Damir Čarić, direktor GZK, očekuje se skori početak radova na još nekoliko objekata čiji investitori su pri kraju ishođenja svih potrebnih suglasnosti i dozvola.

Grad Sinj, kao vlasnik zemljišta na Kukuzovcu, do sada je potpisao predugovore s 20 zainteresiranih investitora od čega je šest predugovora preraslo u ugovore. GZK, koji Sinjani u planovima spominju još od 1986. godine, prostire se na 160 hektara s velikim mogućnostima širenja.

Prva faza zone obuhvaća 59 hektara. Nešto više od polovice te prve faze Grad Sinj je do sada opremio kompletnom infrastrukturom i po tome se GZK razlikuje od drugih poslovnih zona.

U većini drugih bila je praksa da se na parceli krene s izgradnjom objekata te paralelno, najčešće s velikim kašnjenjem, osiguravaju cesta, struja, voda i drugi komunalni sadržaji.

Do svih parcela na do sada komunalno opremljenom dijelu Kukuzovca, koje imaju pojedinačnu površinu oko 3 tisuće metara kvadratnih i mogu se po potrebi investitora spajati u cjelinu, Sinjani su doveli cestu, električnu energiju, vodu, kanalizaciju za fekalne i oborinske vode i drugo.

Tvrtka “Alca Zagreb” prvi je investitor koji na Gospodarskoj zoni Kukuzovac (GZK) počinje izgradnju gospodarskog objekta.
