Valamar od ove godine u dogovoru sa socijalnim partnerima podiže plaće za stručna zanimanja u hotelima, kampovima i ljetovalištima, kako bi se primanja u Hrvatskoj približila razini primanja u vodećim europskim destinacijama, objavila je kompanija putem priopćenja.

Osim povećanja plaća, pokrenuto je više inicijativa poboljšanja uvjeta rada u turizmu kako bi se posao u Valamaru prilagodio novim trendovima i potrebama, prenosi Jutarnji.hr.

Plaće za stručna zanimanja uključujući kuhare, konobare, kućne majstore specijaliste i recepcionare u Valamaru se podižu prosječno za 14 posto, te će njihova primanja ove sezone iznositi mjesečno od 1000 do 1600 eura neto. Povećat će se i Valamar jamstvo, garancija minimalnih neto primanja za radna mjesta sobarice, pomoćne kuhare, pomoćne konobare, kuhinjske radnike, servire i niz drugih na mjesečni iznos od 750 do 1100 eura neto. Osim podizanja osnovnih plaća, nastavlja se i s programima nagrađivanja izvrsnosti, kroz koje su u prošloj godini djelatnicima isplaćene nagrade u okviru programa „13. i 14. plaće“ u iznosu do 11.300 kuna neto, ovisno o tome koliko su dugo i uspješno radili.

Za ovu sezonu kreirani su i dodatni programi kojima je cilj poboljšanje zadovoljstva i odnosa zaposlenika prema poslu. Programom „Flexi posao“ se zaposlenicima u hotelima, kampovima i ljetovalištima omogućavaju dva slobodna dana u tjednu, pruža mogućnost rada u jednoj smjeni te prilagođavanje radnih obveza potrebama djelatnika, sve u cilju što bolje ravnoteže privatnog i poslovnog života. Programom „Živi destinaciju“, osim kvalitetnog smještaja i prehrane svim zaposlenicima koji dolaze raditi iz drugih krajeva Hrvatske, djelatnicima se omogućavaju popusti na više od tristo prodajnih mjesta, te im se pruža mogućnost korištenja destinacijskih zabavnih sadržaja kao što su izleti ili sportske aktivnosti, kako bi što bolje upoznali destinaciju te proveli kvalitetno i zabavno vrijeme izvan radnog vremena.

- Drago nam je što su naši socijalni partneri snažno podržali Valamarove značajne iskorake u smislu povećanja plaća i daljnjeg poboljšanja uvjeta rada djelatnika. Svima nama je cilj zadržavanje zaposlenika u turizmu kroz kvalitetan i dugoročan posao te osiguranje primanja koja se približavaju onima u vodećim europskim destinacijama - izjavila je Ines Damjanić Šturman, potpredsjednica za ljudske potencijale u Valamar Rivieri.

Valamar posluje u osam destinacija u Hrvatskoj od Istre do Dubrovnika te zapošljava više od 7.000 djelatnika. U cilju osiguranja kvalitetnog i dugoročnog posla u turizmu, ove godine nastavit će se s povećanjem broja djelatnika koji će imati cjelogodišnji posao i primanja. Valamar na kraju turističke sezone planira ponuditi dodatnih 400 ugovora ne neodređeno te 1.000 ugovora za stalne sezonce. Također, s obzirom na širenje poslovanja na zimske destinacije, djelatnicima će se nakon ljeta ponuditi posao tijekom zime u hotelima na skijalištima u Austriji.

Eduard Andrić, predsjednik Sindikata turizma i usluga Hrvatske izjavio je da Sindikat turizma i usluga Hrvatske inicira i podržava sve aktivnosti Valamara usmjerene na poboljšanje materijalnog statusa svih radnika kroz povećanje plaća, a time i sigurnosti radnih mjesta domicilnog stanovništva i sezonskih radnika.

Valamar će s programima nagrađivanja nastaviti i ove godine uključujući u te programe i nove članove Valamar tima koji će se pridružiti kompaniji. Natječaji za zapošljavanje su već otvoreni, a svi zainteresirani za rad u Valamaru mogu se prijaviti putem linka.

Valamar od ove godine u dogovoru sa socijalnim partnerima podiže plaće za stručna zanimanja u hotelima, kampovima i ljetovalištima, kako bi se primanja u Hrvatskoj približila razini primanja u vodećim europskim destinacijama, objavila je kompanija putem priopćenja.

Osim povećanja plaća, pokrenuto je više inicijativa poboljšanja uvjeta rada u turizmu kako bi se posao u Valamaru prilagodio novim trendovima i potrebama, prenosi Jutarnji.hr.

Plaće za stručna zanimanja uključujući kuhare, konobare, kućne majstore specijaliste i recepcionare u Valamaru se podižu prosječno za 14 posto, te će njihova primanja ove sezone iznositi mjesečno od 1000 do 1600 eura neto. Povećat će se i Valamar jamstvo, garancija minimalnih neto primanja za radna mjesta sobarice, pomoćne kuhare, pomoćne konobare, kuhinjske radnike, servire i niz drugih na mjesečni iznos od 750 do 1100 eura neto. Osim podizanja osnovnih plaća, nastavlja se i s programima nagrađivanja izvrsnosti, kroz koje su u prošloj godini djelatnicima isplaćene nagrade u okviru programa „13. i 14. plaće“ u iznosu do 11.300 kuna neto, ovisno o tome koliko su dugo i uspješno radili.

Za ovu sezonu kreirani su i dodatni programi kojima je cilj poboljšanje zadovoljstva i odnosa zaposlenika prema poslu. Programom „Flexi posao“ se zaposlenicima u hotelima, kampovima i ljetovalištima omogućavaju dva slobodna dana u tjednu, pruža mogućnost rada u jednoj smjeni te prilagođavanje radnih obveza potrebama djelatnika, sve u cilju što bolje ravnoteže privatnog i poslovnog života. Programom „Živi destinaciju“, osim kvalitetnog smještaja i prehrane svim zaposlenicima koji dolaze raditi iz drugih krajeva Hrvatske, djelatnicima se omogućavaju popusti na više od tristo prodajnih mjesta, te im se pruža mogućnost korištenja destinacijskih zabavnih sadržaja kao što su izleti ili sportske aktivnosti, kako bi što bolje upoznali destinaciju te proveli kvalitetno i zabavno vrijeme izvan radnog vremena.

Svima nama je cilj zadržavanje zaposlenika u turizmu kroz kvalitetan i dugoročan posao te osiguranje primanja koja se približavaju onima u vodećim europskim destinacijama - izjavila je Ines Damjanić Šturman, potpredsjednica za ljudske potencijale u Valamar Rivieri.

Valamar posluje u osam destinacija u Hrvatskoj od Istre do Dubrovnika te zapošljava više od 7.000 djelatnika. U cilju osiguranja kvalitetnog i dugoročnog posla u turizmu, ove godine nastavit će se s povećanjem broja djelatnika koji će imati cjelogodišnji posao i primanja. Valamar na kraju turističke sezone planira ponuditi dodatnih 400 ugovora ne neodređeno te 1.000 ugovora za stalne sezonce. Također, s obzirom na širenje poslovanja na zimske destinacije, djelatnicima će se nakon ljeta ponuditi posao tijekom zime u hotelima na skijalištima u Austriji.

Eduard Andrić, predsjednik Sindikata turizma i usluga Hrvatske izjavio je da Sindikat turizma i usluga Hrvatske inicira i podržava sve aktivnosti Valamara usmjerene na poboljšanje materijalnog statusa svih radnika kroz povećanje plaća, a time i sigurnosti radnih mjesta domicilnog stanovništva i sezonskih radnika.

Valamar će s programima nagrađivanja nastaviti i ove godine uključujući u te programe i nove članove Valamar tima koji će se pridružiti kompaniji. Natječaji za zapošljavanje su već otvoreni, a svi zainteresirani za rad u Valamaru mogu se prijaviti putem linka.
