Nakon više od 4 godine u stečaju, dionice turističkih kompanija Vis d.d. i Modra špilja d.d. u većinskom vlasništvu mirovinskih fondova pod upravljanjem PBZ CROATIA osiguranje d.d., uvrštene su na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze.

Nakon što je Hrvatska agencija za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa) 17. rujna 2020. odobrila prospekte u vezi s uvrštenjem redovnih dionica na uređeno tržište društava Vis d.d. i Modra špilja d.d., 1. listopada dionice hotelskih tvrtki uvrštene su na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze te se njima počinje trgovati u ponedjeljak, 5. listopada.

Prodaja turističkih tvrtki Vis d.d. i Modra Špilja d.d. objavljena je početkom 2017. godine, a u rujnu 2017. mirovinski fondovi pod upravljanjem PBZ CROATIA osiguranja izabrani za najboljeg ponuditelja. Krajem 2019. dokapitalizirali su Vis d.d. sa 33,1 milijuna kuna za 73,4% udjela u vlasništvu te Modru Špilju d.d. sa 29,9 milijuna kuna za 91,6% udjela u vlasništvu.

-Stečajni postupak nakon više od 4 godine za obje hotelske kuće konačno je završen u prosincu 2019. isplatom svih potraživanja prema stečajnom planu. Mirovinski fondovi pod upravljanjem PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. time su postali većinski vlasnici te su imenovane Uprave i Nadzorni odbori u oba društva. Novi vlasnici obvezali su se na investicijski ciklus u obje tvrtke u ukupnom iznosu od 181,9 milijuna kuna - kažu u ovom društvu za upravljanje mirovinskim fondovima.

Edo Bogdanović, direktor Vis d.d. i Modra Špilja d.d., ističe kako je uvrštenje dionica na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze veliki korak prema stvaranju stabilnog poslovanja hotelskih tvrtki na otoku Visu. Veliki je značaj i za lokalnu zajednicu kroz zapošljavanje lokalnog stanovništva te povećanje kvalitete smještajnih kapaciteta i usluge te očekivanog dolaska novih gostiju.

Dubravko Štimac, predsjednik Uprave PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJA d.d., zadovoljan je što su preuzimanjem većinskog vlasništva u dvije hotelske kuće u dugogodišnjim stečajnim postupcima stvorene dvije tvrtke uvrštene na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze koje će poslovati po najvećim standardima transparentnosti i korporativnog upravljanja.

-Uvjereni smo da će se značajno unaprijediti poslovanje navedenih tvrtki i stvoriti nova vrijednost za članove obveznih mirovinskih fondova PBZ CROATIA osiguranje kao i za ostale dioničare, zaposlenike i širu zajednicu. Očekujemo da će Uprava na čelu s gospodinom Bogdanovićem i Nadzorni odbor na čelu s gospodinom Bunićem voditi ove dvije firme prema rastu prihoda i efikasnosti poslovanja usprkos trenutnoj izazovnoj situaciji u turizmu - zaključio je Štimac.

Nakon više od 4 godine u stečaju, dionice turističkih kompanija Vis d.d. i Modra špilja d.d. u većinskom vlasništvu mirovinskih fondova pod upravljanjem PBZ CROATIA osiguranje d.d., uvrštene su na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze.

Nakon što je Hrvatska agencija za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa) 17. rujna 2020. odobrila prospekte u vezi s uvrštenjem redovnih dionica na uređeno tržište društava Vis d.d. i Modra špilja d.d., 1. listopada dionice hotelskih tvrtki uvrštene su na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze te se njima počinje trgovati u ponedjeljak, 5. listopada.

Prodaja turističkih tvrtki Vis d.d. i Modra Špilja d.d. objavljena je početkom 2017. godine, a u rujnu 2017. mirovinski fondovi pod upravljanjem PBZ CROATIA osiguranja izabrani za najboljeg ponuditelja. Krajem 2019. dokapitalizirali su Vis d.d. sa 33,1 milijuna kuna za 73,4% udjela u vlasništvu te Modru Špilju d.d. sa 29,9 milijuna kuna za 91,6% udjela u vlasništvu.

-Stečajni postupak nakon više od 4 godine za obje hotelske kuće konačno je završen u prosincu 2019. isplatom svih potraživanja prema stečajnom planu. Mirovinski fondovi pod upravljanjem PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. time su postali većinski vlasnici te su imenovane Uprave i Nadzorni odbori u oba društva. Novi vlasnici obvezali su se na investicijski ciklus u obje tvrtke u ukupnom iznosu od 181,9 milijuna kuna - kažu u ovom društvu za upravljanje mirovinskim fondovima.

Edo Bogdanović, direktor Vis d.d. i Modra Špilja d.d., ističe kako je uvrštenje dionica na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze veliki korak prema stvaranju stabilnog poslovanja hotelskih tvrtki na otoku Visu. Veliki je značaj i za lokalnu zajednicu kroz zapošljavanje lokalnog stanovništva te povećanje kvalitete smještajnih kapaciteta i usluge te očekivanog dolaska novih gostiju.

Dubravko Štimac, predsjednik Uprave PBZ CROATIA OSIGURANJA d.d., zadovoljan je što su preuzimanjem većinskog vlasništva u dvije hotelske kuće u dugogodišnjim stečajnim postupcima stvorene dvije tvrtke uvrštene na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze koje će poslovati po najvećim standardima transparentnosti i korporativnog upravljanja.

-Uvjereni smo da će se značajno unaprijediti poslovanje navedenih tvrtki i stvoriti nova vrijednost za članove obveznih mirovinskih fondova PBZ CROATIA osiguranje kao i za ostale dioničare, zaposlenike i širu zajednicu. Očekujemo da će Uprava na čelu s gospodinom Bogdanovićem i Nadzorni odbor na čelu s gospodinom Bunićem voditi ove dvije firme prema rastu prihoda i efikasnosti poslovanja usprkos trenutnoj izazovnoj situaciji u turizmu - zaključio je Štimac.

Nakon više od 4 godine u stečaju, dionice turističkih kompanija Vis d.d. i Modra špilja d.d. u većinskom vlasništvu mirovinskih fondova pod upravljanjem PBZ CROATIA osiguranje d.d., uvrštene su na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze.

Nakon što je Hrvatska agencija za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa) 17. rujna 2020. odobrila prospekte u vezi s uvrštenjem redovnih dionica na uređeno tržište društava Vis d.d. i Modra špilja d.d., 1. listopada dionice hotelskih tvrtki uvrštene su na Redovito tržište Zagrebačke burze te se njima počinje trgovati u ponedjeljak, 5. listopada.

Prodaja turističkih tvrtki Vis d.d. i Modra Špilja d.d. objavljena je početkom 2017. godine, a u rujnu 2017. mirovinski fondovi pod upravljanjem PBZ CROATIA osiguranja izabrani za najboljeg...
