Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja provodi postupak za izdavanje energetskog odobrenja postrojenje sunčane elektrane Bogomolje na području Općine Sućuraj na otoku Hvaru.

Zahvat je planiran na državnom zemljištu na lokaciji Rudina, površine 13 hektara, sukladno prostorno-planskoj dokumentaciji Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, pa i lokalne zajednice, a sve je to dobar znak da Otok sunca ipak kreće putem obnovljivih izvora električne energije nakon izgradnje prve mini sunčane elektrane na kući obitelji Dulčić u Starome Gradu - Farosu prije 10 godina.

Provjeru svih pristiglih ponuda na natječaju obavlja peteročlano povjerenstvo na čijem je čelu, kao i u ostalim aktualnim nadmetanjima širom Dalmacije, Ivo Milatić, državni tajnik, čovjek porijeklom s otoka Hvara. Podrobnije informacije o projektu dobili smo u Općini Sućuraj.

- Nakon prikupljanja sve potrebne dokumentacije i razrađenog idejnog rješenja u spomenutom obuhvatu, od čega je maksimalno zauzeće površine pod panelima 2,64 hektara (26.400 četvornih metara, op.a.), županijski Upravni odjel za zaštitu okoliša, komunalne poslove, infrastrukturu i investicije otvorio je javnu raspravu u postupku glavne ocjene prihvatljivosti zahvata za ekološku mrežu koja traje do 27. prosinca.

Riječ je o projektu koji uključuje postavljanje montažne konstrukcije čiji je donji rub konstrukcije fotonaponskih modula na visini pola metra od zemlje, a bit će optimirani u cilju postizanja priključne snage do šest megavata – kazao je Ivan Slavić, načelnik Općine Sućuraj.

Obuhvat sunčane elektrane "Bogomolje" bit će zaštićen ogradom visine oko dva metra, s vratima za kolni i pješački ulaz. Ograda će na određenim mjestima biti podignuta iznad terena u visini potrebnoj za prolaz manjih životinja, a cijeli prostor bit će pod stalnim video nadzorom.

Kolni priključak planiran je postojećim makadamskim putem preko kojeg se posredno ostvaruje pristup na državnu cestu Sućuraj - Hvar. Ako bude moguće, dio trase postojećeg puta izmjestit će se uz zapadni rub elektrane.

- Trafostanica "Bogomolje" nalazi se izvan obuhvata projekta, oko pet kilometara istočnije i dio je zasebnog projekta tvrtke "HEP ODS" za potrebe distribucije električne energije na istočnom dijelu otoka Hvara, koji je u fazi realizacije i nije predmet ovog dokumenta.

Općina je s HEP-om 2019. godine sklopila ugovor o priključenju elektrane "Bogomolje", po kojem smo mi u obvezi prikupiti svu potrebnu dokumentaciju do lokacijske dozvole, nakon čega oni preuzimaju daljnju realizaciju projekta. Dakle, nama nakon provođenja javne rasprave i izdavanja energetskog odobrenja do lokacijske dozvole preostaje jedino izrada glavnog projekta, što bi trebalo biti gotovo do kraja 2023. godine – dodaje Slavić.

Riječ je o projektu koji traje i koji se ne događa preko noći, a njime je praktično otpala ponuda tvrtke "Energy Field Hvar" iz 2017. godine o planiranoj izgradnji te i još jedne slične sunčeve elektrane u Velom Grablju, na zapadnom dijelu škoja.

Tada su Luis A. Ljubetić, Željko Puhanić i Tino Milas govorili o ulaganjima od 24 milijuna eura, zapošljavanju 60 radnika i višestrukim koristima ne samo za lokalne sredine, nego i državu u cjelini koja je kako znamo veliki uvoznik struje.

Naravno, to su hvalli Bogomoljani, poput Nikole Perića, jer oni upravo kao i cjelokupna hrvatska javnost očekuju brži iskorak Lijepe naše putem energetske neovisnosti i zelene energije koja je sve popularnija u svijetu.

Primjerice, kada je danas pokojni Ante Dulčić generirao svoju mini sunčevu elektranu u Starome Gradu (14 tisuća kilovatsati) jedna je Njemačka, s klimom kakvu ima, oborila svoj rekord sunčevih elektrana i proizvela čak 22 gigavatsata struje u jednom satu, što odgovara snazi 20 nuklearnih elektrana.

I danas tu zemlju karakteritzira ekspanzija zelene električne energije, dok se primjerice za otok Hvar navodi da ima čak 2718 sunčanih sati godišnje i unatoč takvoj insolaciji projekt sunčane elektrane na Vrhu između mjesta Zastražišće i Gdinja (20 megavata) je na "čekanju" još od 2010. godine.

Otočani se stoga pitaju zašto to tako sporo teče i zašto ne pratimo europske inicijative kada takvi projekti donose opću dobrobit ne samo investitorima, među kojima bi napokon šire trebale biti uključene i energetske zadruge, nego i široj društvenoj zajednici.

Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja provodi postupak za izdavanje energetskog odobrenja postrojenje sunčane elektrane Bogomolje na području Općine Sućuraj na otoku Hvaru.

Zahvat je planiran na državnom zemljištu na lokaciji Rudina, površine 13 hektara, sukladno prostorno-planskoj dokumentaciji Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, pa i lokalne zajednice, a sve je to dobar znak da Otok sunca ipak kreće putem obnovljivih izvora električne energije nakon izgradnje prve mini sunčane elektrane na kući obitelji Dulčić u Starome Gradu - Farosu prije 10 godina.

Provjeru svih pristiglih ponuda na natječaju obavlja peteročlano povjerenstvo na čijem je čelu, kao i u ostalim aktualnim nadmetanjima širom Dalmacije, Ivo Milatić, državni tajnik, čovjek porijeklom s otoka Hvara. Podrobnije informacije o projektu dobili smo u Općini Sućuraj.

- Nakon prikupljanja sve potrebne dokumentacije i razrađenog idejnog rješenja u spomenutom obuhvatu, od čega je maksimalno zauzeće površine pod panelima 2,64 hektara (26.400 četvornih metara, op.a.), županijski Upravni odjel za zaštitu okoliša, komunalne poslove, infrastrukturu i investicije otvorio je javnu raspravu u postupku glavne ocjene prihvatljivosti zahvata za ekološku mrežu koja traje do 27. prosinca.

Riječ je o projektu koji uključuje postavljanje montažne konstrukcije čiji je donji rub konstrukcije fotonaponskih modula na visini pola metra od zemlje, a bit će optimirani u cilju postizanja priključne snage do šest megavata – kazao je Ivan Slavić, načelnik Općine Sućuraj.

Obuhvat sunčane elektrane "Bogomolje" bit će zaštićen ogradom visine oko dva metra, s vratima za kolni i pješački ulaz. Ograda će na određenim mjestima biti podignuta iznad terena u visini potrebnoj za prolaz manjih životinja, a cijeli prostor bit će pod stalnim video nadzorom.

Kolni priključak planiran je postojećim makadamskim putem preko kojeg se posredno ostvaruje pristup na državnu cestu Sućuraj - Hvar. Ako bude moguće, dio trase postojećeg puta izmjestit će se uz zapadni rub elektrane.

- Trafostanica "Bogomolje" nalazi se izvan obuhvata projekta, oko pet kilometara istočnije i dio je zasebnog projekta tvrtke "HEP ODS" za potrebe distribucije električne energije na istočnom dijelu otoka Hvara, koji je u fazi realizacije i nije predmet ovog dokumenta.

Općina je s HEP-om 2019. godine sklopila ugovor o priključenju elektrane "Bogomolje", po kojem smo mi u obvezi prikupiti svu potrebnu dokumentaciju do lokacijske dozvole, nakon čega oni preuzimaju daljnju realizaciju projekta. Dakle, nama nakon provođenja javne rasprave i izdavanja energetskog odobrenja do lokacijske dozvole preostaje jedino izrada glavnog projekta, što bi trebalo biti gotovo do kraja 2023. godine – dodaje Slavić.

Riječ je o projektu koji traje i koji se ne događa preko noći, a njime je praktično otpala ponuda tvrtke "Energy Field Hvar" iz 2017. godine o planiranoj izgradnji te i još jedne slične sunčeve elektrane u Velom Grablju, na zapadnom dijelu škoja.

Tada su Luis A. Ljubetić, Željko Puhanić i Tino Milas govorili o ulaganjima od 24 milijuna eura, zapošljavanju 60 radnika i višestrukim koristima ne samo za lokalne sredine, nego i državu u cjelini koja je kako znamo veliki uvoznik struje.

Naravno, to su hvalli Bogomoljani, poput Nikole Perića, jer oni upravo kao i cjelokupna hrvatska javnost očekuju brži iskorak Lijepe naše putem energetske neovisnosti i zelene energije koja je sve popularnija u svijetu.

Primjerice, kada je danas pokojni Ante Dulčić generirao svoju mini sunčevu elektranu u Starome Gradu (14 tisuća kilovatsati) jedna je Njemačka, s klimom kakvu ima, oborila svoj rekord sunčevih elektrana i proizvela čak 22 gigavatsata struje u jednom satu, što odgovara snazi 20 nuklearnih elektrana.

I danas tu zemlju karakteritzira ekspanzija zelene električne energije, dok se primjerice za otok Hvar navodi da ima čak 2718 sunčanih sati godišnje i unatoč takvoj insolaciji projekt sunčane elektrane na Vrhu između mjesta Zastražišće i Gdinja (20 megavata) je na "čekanju" još od 2010. godine.

Otočani se stoga pitaju zašto to tako sporo teče i zašto ne pratimo europske inicijative kada takvi projekti donose opću dobrobit ne samo investitorima, među kojima bi napokon šire trebale biti uključene i energetske zadruge, nego i široj društvenoj zajednici.
