Stanovnici središnjeg dijela otoka Hvara su 2019. napokon dočekali najavu projekta izgradnje vodnokomunalne infrastrukture na područjima Jelsa - Vrboska i Stari Grad, vrijednog 58,12 milijuna eura, a što bi se vrlo teško realiziralo bez bespovratnih novčanih sredstava iz EU-ova Kohezijskog fonda EU-a od 34,41 milijun eura.

Kako i ne bi kada su iz investitorske tvrtke, "Hvarskog vodovoda" iz Jelse, obećavali bolju vodoopskrbu te stupanj priključenosti stanovništva na javni sustav odvodnje viši od 85 posto i 100-postotno priključenje subjekata u turizmu i gospodarstvu.

Nedavno smo od Luke Bunčuge, direktora spomenutog javnog podruzeča, čuli da je ugovorena izgradnja čak 115 kilometara cjevovoda, od čega 55 kilometara vodoopskrbnih te 60 kilometara kanalizacijskih cjevovoda.

Sve mora biti završeno do 15. studenoga ove godine, ali se na terenu povremeno pojavljuju i nepredviđene okolnosti kao što su otkrivanje, istraživanje i konzervacija određenih arheoloških nalazišta - osobito na području jezgre Staroga Grada, potrebe za izmjenom dokumentacije, dodatni radovi...

Građani nerijetko prigovaraju na dugotrajno raskopane ulice, što im onemogućava normalan prilaz njihovim kućama, osobito ako se radi o bolesnim osobama ili građanima s invaliditetom, neodgovarajuće ograđivanje gradilišta zbog čega je bilo čak i ozljeđivanja, povremene izostanke u opskrbi vodom, te loše obnavljanje pojedinih ulica nakon radova.

Često se upozorava na buku i prašinu koja ometa odgovarajući prihvat turista, ali direktor Bunčuga tvrdi da će se ove godine bageri zaustaviti od 15. lipnja do 15. rujna. Razočarenja ima i u Starome Gradu što su im, zbog polaganja cjevovoda, srušene povijesne skaline u Šumici (tik uz šetnicu na predjelu Priko) koje su bile u funkciji uobičajenog prilaza Ulici kneza Branimira kako domaćih ljudi, tako i turista.

- Svakodnevno sam išla tim skalinama do svog stana i najednom sam tamo zatekla bager, a čovjek koji je s njim upravljao mi je rekao da će ih trajno ukloniti i tom trasom postaviti cjevovod. Na prvi mah sam pomislila da se šali, ali kad sam shvatila da je to ipak ozbiljno odmah sam otišla čuti što o tome kaže gradonačelnik Antonio Škarpa.

Rekla sam mu da se ruši nešto što je u javnoj uporabi, veoma lijepo i s povijesnom patinom, objasnivši da to neće biti samo moj problem, nego da će ozbiljne poteškoće imati svi ljudi koji tamo žive, pa i turisti. On je odgovorio da je okolno zemljište u privatnom vlasništvu i da se cjevovod može postaviti samo tim smjerom, ali da ćemo po okončanju radova dobiti nove skaline – ističe Kolinda Marjanović, ekologinja iz Staroga Grada.

Naša sugovornica je time rezignirana jer su povijesne skaline zaista otišle u nepovrat, ljudi sada do svojih kuća praktično moraju okolnim putem. Za radove u Starome Gradu je, kako doznajemo, zadužena tvrtka "Radnik" iz Križevaca, a dio ploča je nažalost dobrim dijelom oštećen ili uništen.

Stoga na njima više neće moći sjediti ni nautičari koji u blizini skalina vežu svoja plovila, ni turisti više ne mogu do klupica u hladovini obližnjih stabala, gdje bi se odmarali promatrajući vizuru luke drevnoga grada. Za komentar smo zamolili poteštata Škarpu, ali on nam je odgovorio da se za objašnjenje obratimo "Hvarskom vodovodu", potvrdivši da će skaline biti vraćene u prvobitno stanje.

- Projekt se na predmetnoj lokaciji izvodi sukladno građevinskoj dozvoli, odnosno iskolčenju od strane ovlaštenoga geodeta, te je izvođač dužan nakon završetka radova sve vratiti u prvobitno stanje – rekao je direktor Bunčuga, pa bi to valjda trebali znati i zaposlenici koji tamo obavljaju radove te građanima davati točne i nedvosmislene informacije.

Stanovnici središnjeg dijela otoka Hvara su 2019. napokon dočekali najavu projekta izgradnje vodnokomunalne infrastrukture na područjima Jelsa - Vrboska i Stari Grad, vrijednog 58,12 milijuna eura, a što bi se vrlo teško realiziralo bez bespovratnih novčanih sredstava iz EU-ova Kohezijskog fonda EU-a od 34,41 milijun eura.

Kako i ne bi kada su iz investitorske tvrtke, "Hvarskog vodovoda" iz Jelse, obećavali bolju vodoopskrbu te stupanj priključenosti stanovništva na javni sustav odvodnje viši od 85 posto i 100-postotno priključenje subjekata u turizmu i gospodarstvu.

Nedavno smo od Luke Bunčuge, direktora spomenutog javnog podruzeča, čuli da je ugovorena izgradnja čak 115 kilometara cjevovoda, od čega 55 kilometara vodoopskrbnih te 60 kilometara kanalizacijskih cjevovoda.

Sve mora biti završeno do 15. studenoga ove godine, ali se na terenu povremeno pojavljuju i nepredviđene okolnosti kao što su otkrivanje, istraživanje i konzervacija određenih arheoloških nalazišta - osobito na području jezgre Staroga Grada, potrebe za izmjenom dokumentacije, dodatni radovi...

Građani nerijetko prigovaraju na dugotrajno raskopane ulice, što im onemogućava normalan prilaz njihovim kućama, osobito ako se radi o bolesnim osobama ili građanima s invaliditetom, neodgovarajuće ograđivanje gradilišta zbog čega je bilo čak i ozljeđivanja, povremene izostanke u opskrbi vodom, te loše obnavljanje pojedinih ulica nakon radova.

Često se upozorava na buku i prašinu koja ometa odgovarajući prihvat turista, ali direktor Bunčuga tvrdi da će se ove godine bageri zaustaviti od 15. lipnja do 15. rujna. Razočarenja ima i u Starome Gradu što su im, zbog polaganja cjevovoda, srušene povijesne skaline u Šumici (tik uz šetnicu na predjelu Priko) koje su bile u funkciji uobičajenog prilaza Ulici kneza Branimira kako domaćih ljudi, tako i turista.

- Svakodnevno sam išla tim skalinama do svog stana i najednom sam tamo zatekla bager, a čovjek koji je s njim upravljao mi je rekao da će ih trajno ukloniti i tom trasom postaviti cjevovod. Na prvi mah sam pomislila da se šali, ali kad sam shvatila da je to ipak ozbiljno odmah sam otišla čuti što o tome kaže gradonačelnik Antonio Škarpa.

Rekla sam mu da se ruši nešto što je u javnoj uporabi, veoma lijepo i s povijesnom patinom, objasnivši da to neće biti samo moj problem, nego da će ozbiljne poteškoće imati svi ljudi koji tamo žive, pa i turisti. On je odgovorio da je okolno zemljište u privatnom vlasništvu i da se cjevovod može postaviti samo tim smjerom, ali da ćemo po okončanju radova dobiti nove skaline – ističe Kolinda Marjanović, ekologinja iz Staroga Grada.

Naša sugovornica je time rezignirana jer su povijesne skaline zaista otišle u nepovrat, ljudi sada do svojih kuća praktično moraju okolnim putem. Za radove u Starome Gradu je, kako doznajemo, zadužena tvrtka "Radnik" iz Križevaca, a dio ploča je nažalost dobrim dijelom oštećen ili uništen.

Stoga na njima više neće moći sjediti ni nautičari koji u blizini skalina vežu svoja plovila, ni turisti više ne mogu do klupica u hladovini obližnjih stabala, gdje bi se odmarali promatrajući vizuru luke drevnoga grada. Za komentar smo zamolili poteštata Škarpu, ali on nam je odgovorio da se za objašnjenje obratimo "Hvarskom vodovodu", potvrdivši da će skaline biti vraćene u prvobitno stanje.

- Projekt se na predmetnoj lokaciji izvodi sukladno građevinskoj dozvoli, odnosno iskolčenju od strane ovlaštenoga geodeta, te je izvođač dužan nakon završetka radova sve vratiti u prvobitno stanje – rekao je direktor Bunčuga, pa bi to valjda trebali znati i zaposlenici koji tamo obavljaju radove te građanima davati točne i nedvosmislene informacije.
