Split i Solin trebali bi tijekom iduće godine dobiti još jednu cestovnu poveznicu i barem djelomični "odušak" za brojna vozila koja se kreću obilaznicom koja je zbog visoke frekvencije prometa to odavno prestala biti.
Upravo danas su Hrvatske ceste (HC) raspisale natječaj za izgradnju "rampe" koja bi trebala povezati Jadransku magistralu (splitsku obilaznicu) i Matoševu ulicu u Solinu sa zapadne strane trgovačkog centra "Salona mall". Vrijednost projekta procijenjena je na 2,5 milijuna eura, a radovi na 310 metara dugoj "spojnici" trebali bi potrajati devet mjeseci.
Budući da će se ponude potencijalnih graditelja primati u HC-ovu sjedištu do 30. ožujka, kada je predviđeno i njihovo otvaranje, kada uračunamo sve potencijalne prigovore na projektnu dokumentaciju, eventualne žalbe nezadovoljhnih natjecatelja i sve one "cake" koje uobičajeno prate imalo složenije postupke javne nabave, s velikom sigurnošću možemo kazati da se bageri neće upaliti prije jeseni. Čak i da ne spominjemo turističku sezonu koja je pred vratima i svakodnevne gužve koje će se samo udvostručiti i najmanjim pokušajem pomaka aktualnog stanja.
Kako bilo, projektom je predviđeno da se od splitsko-solinske obilaznice iznad velikog kružnog toka na Bilicama najprije izgradi dodatni istočni kolnički trak, zatim 48 metara dug nadvožnjak preko trotračnog kolnika "rotora" Bilice, a zatim i nastavak "rampe" prema Matoševoj ulici. Riječ je o rješavanju jednog od temeljnih prometnih problema stanovnika i gospodarstvenika iz istočnog dijela Solina koji su nakon uređenja obilaznice i izgradnje nadvožnjaka kod "Salona malla" bili prisiljeni znatno duže i kompliciranije putovati iz smjera Splita prema svojim domovima i poslovnim prostorima.
Sve je to, ipak, samo kozmetika za cijeli prostor splitske aglomeracije, jer kvalitetnijih pomaka i rasterećivanja davno trasiranih prometnica neće biti bez izgradnje mosta preko Kaštelanskog zaljeva, tunela kroz Kozjak, te premošćivanja solinske Širine i završetka brze ceste Mravince - TTTS - Podstrana - Omiš. A obećanja o svemu tome slušamo već gotovo dva desetljeća...

Split i Solin trebali bi tijekom iduće godine dobiti još jednu cestovnu poveznicu i barem djelomični "odušak" za brojna vozila koja se kreću obilaznicom koja je zbog visoke frekvencije prometa to odavno prestala biti.
Upravo danas su Hrvatske ceste (HC) raspisale natječaj za izgradnju "rampe" koja bi trebala povezati Jadransku magistralu (splitsku obilaznicu) i Matoševu ulicu u Solinu sa zapadne strane trgovačkog centra "Salona mall". Vrijednost projekta procijenjena je na 2,5 milijuna eura, a radovi na 310 metara dugoj "spojnici" trebali bi potrajati devet mjeseci.
Budući da će se ponude potencijalnih graditelja primati u HC-ovu sjedištu do 30. ožujka, kada je predviđeno i njihovo otvaranje, kada uračunamo sve potencijalne prigovore na projektnu dokumentaciju, eventualne žalbe nezadovoljhnih natjecatelja i sve one "cake" koje uobičajeno prate imalo složenije postupke javne nabave, s velikom sigurnošću možemo kazati da se bageri neće upaliti prije jeseni. Čak i da ne spominjemo turističku sezonu koja je pred vratima i svakodnevne gužve koje će se samo udvostručiti i najmanjim pokušajem pomaka aktualnog stanja.
Kako bilo, projektom je predviđeno da se od splitsko-solinske obilaznice iznad velikog kružnog toka na Bilicama najprije izgradi dodatni istočni kolnički trak, zatim 48 metara dug nadvožnjak preko trotračnog kolnika "rotora" Bilice, a zatim i nastavak "rampe" prema Matoševoj ulici. Riječ je o rješavanju jednog od temeljnih prometnih problema stanovnika i gospodarstvenika iz istočnog dijela Solina koji su nakon uređenja obilaznice i izgradnje nadvožnjaka kod "Salona malla" bili prisiljeni znatno duže i kompliciranije putovati iz smjera Splita prema svojim domovima i poslovnim prostorima.
Sve je to, ipak, samo kozmetika za cijeli prostor splitske aglomeracije, jer kvalitetnijih pomaka i rasterećivanja davno trasiranih prometnica neće biti bez izgradnje mosta preko Kaštelanskog zaljeva, tunela kroz Kozjak, te premošćivanja solinske Širine i završetka brze ceste Mravince - TTTS - Podstrana - Omiš. A obećanja o svemu tome slušamo već gotovo dva desetljeća...
