Pet mjeseci nakon što je otišao iz "Cemexa Hrvatska", Velimir Vilović postao je novim članom uprave tvrtke "NEXE" za proizvodnju građevinskog materijala iz Našica.

Dobre poznavatelje gospodarskih kretanja, posebice u sektoru cementne industrije, ova vijest nije iznenadila. Vilovićev dolazak u slavonsku "NEXE Grupu", koja se u međuvremenu pripojila matičnoj kompaniji "NEXE", mogao se naslutiti iz izjave Ivana Ergovića, predsjednika Uprave "NEXE-a", izrečene u intervjuu časopisu "Lider".

Na pitanje novinara "Znači, ne trebate u Upravi Velimira Vilovića, koji upravo odlazi iz "Cemexa"?", Ergović je odgovorio: "Ja to nisam rekao. Vilović je iznimno stručan i sposoban menadžer kojeg jako poštujem i kao čovjeka. Pričat ću s njim".

Razgovor u "Lideru" objavljen je u ožujku, u istom mjesecu kad je "Cemex Hrvatska" objavila priopćenje o Vilovićevu odlasku iz redova tvrtke sa sjedištem u Kaštel Sućurcu.

Uprava dalmatinskog "cementaša" objavila je tada da nakon 23 godine rada na raznim pozicijama, dotadašnji direktor Velimir Vilović odlazi iz kompanije. On je na čelu tvrtke bio posljednjih pet godina i, kako je tada navedeno, "uspješno je vodio u svim poslovnim izazovima".

U svakom slučaju na izmaku ljeta postalo je bjelodano da Vilović, inače iz Brela, nije dugo čekao da se najavljeni razgovor s Ergovićem obavi i urodi plodom – pozicijom u poslovodstvu "NEXE-a".

Informaciju o novom članu Uprave zaduženom za područje ljudskih resursa, pravnih poslova, sustava upravljanja, te sigurnosti i zaštite na radu, koji na posao stupa 1. rujna ove godine, "NEXE" je objavio na svojoj internetskoj stranici, a 21. rujna promjene su objavljene su i u Sudskom registru.

U toj objavi se navodi kako je 20. rujna proveden upis da Vilović kao član uprave zastupa tvrtku pojedinačno i samostalno od 1. rujna 2022. do 30. lipnja 2026. godine.

U isto vrijeme objavljena je i informacija da dotadašnji član Uprave za proizvodnju i tehnologiju cigle, crijepa i keramike Dražen Ivezić svoj poslovni put nastavlja izvan poslovnog sustava "NEXE Grupe" i vinkovačkog "Dilja". Što je razvidno i iz Sudskog registra gdje stoji da Ivezić od 20. rujna više "ne zastupa društvo pojedinačno i samostalno od 1. srpnja 2021. do 30. lipnja 2026. godine.

Imajući u vidu navedene informacije, kao i činjenicu da je Vilović, tada u funkciji direktora kaštelanssko-solinskog cementaša, početkom 2020. vodio razgovore s Ergovićem u Kaštel Sućurcu o mogućoj prodaju "Cemexa Hrvatska" upravo "NEXE Grupi", koja je za kupovinu bila ozbiljno zainteresirana, te da je zbog svojih funkcija u "Cemexu" dobro upoznat s poslovanjem bivšeg poslodavca, posebice tržišnih odnosa i klijenata, uputili smo pitanje "Cemexovu" poslovodstvu je li, budući da je riječ o izravnom konkurentu na tržištu, Viloviću trebala suglasnost bivše tvrtke za zaposlenje u "NEXE-u".

Iz sućuračke direkcije kompanije dobili smo kratak odgovor:

- Zapošljavanje Velimira Vilovića u "NEXE Grupi" nije u izravnoj vezi s njegovim odlaskom iz "Cemexa". Gospodinu Viloviću želimo uspjeh u budućem radu.

To, istina, nismo pitali, a budući da već nemamo izravan odgovor jedino što možemo zaključiti jest - ako je Viloviću i trebala suglasnost, očigledno mu nije bio problem dobiti je.

Pet mjeseci nakon što je otišao iz "Cemexa Hrvatska", Velimir Vilović postao je novim članom uprave tvrtke "NEXE" za proizvodnju građevinskog materijala iz Našica.

Dobre poznavatelje gospodarskih kretanja, posebice u sektoru cementne industrije, ova vijest nije iznenadila. Vilovićev dolazak u slavonsku "NEXE Grupu", koja se u međuvremenu pripojila matičnoj kompaniji "NEXE", mogao se naslutiti iz izjave Ivana Ergovića, predsjednika Uprave "NEXE-a", izrečene u intervjuu časopisu "Lider".

Na pitanje novinara "Znači, ne trebate u Upravi Velimira Vilovića, koji upravo odlazi iz "Cemexa"?", Ergović je odgovorio: "Ja to nisam rekao. Vilović je iznimno stručan i sposoban menadžer kojeg jako poštujem i kao čovjeka. Pričat ću s njim".

Razgovor u "Lideru" objavljen je u ožujku, u istom mjesecu kad je "Cemex Hrvatska" objavila priopćenje o Vilovićevu odlasku iz redova tvrtke sa sjedištem u Kaštel Sućurcu.

Uprava dalmatinskog "cementaša" objavila je tada da nakon 23 godine rada na raznim pozicijama, dotadašnji direktor Velimir Vilović odlazi iz kompanije. On je na čelu tvrtke bio posljednjih pet godina i, kako je tada navedeno, "uspješno je vodio u svim poslovnim izazovima".

U svakom slučaju na izmaku ljeta postalo je bjelodano da Vilović, inače iz Brela, nije dugo čekao da se najavljeni razgovor s Ergovićem obavi i urodi plodom – pozicijom u poslovodstvu "NEXE-a".

Informaciju o novom članu Uprave zaduženom za područje ljudskih resursa, pravnih poslova, sustava upravljanja, te sigurnosti i zaštite na radu, koji na posao stupa 1. rujna ove godine, "NEXE" je objavio na svojoj internetskoj stranici, a 21. rujna promjene su objavljene su i u Sudskom registru.

U toj objavi se navodi kako je 20. rujna proveden upis da Vilović kao član uprave zastupa tvrtku pojedinačno i samostalno od 1. rujna 2022. do 30. lipnja 2026. godine.

U isto vrijeme objavljena je i informacija da dotadašnji član Uprave za proizvodnju i tehnologiju cigle, crijepa i keramike Dražen Ivezić svoj poslovni put nastavlja izvan poslovnog sustava "NEXE Grupe" i vinkovačkog "Dilja". Što je razvidno i iz Sudskog registra gdje stoji da Ivezić od 20. rujna više "ne zastupa društvo pojedinačno i samostalno od 1. srpnja 2021. do 30. lipnja 2026. godine.

Imajući u vidu navedene informacije, kao i činjenicu da je Vilović, tada u funkciji direktora kaštelanssko-solinskog cementaša, početkom 2020. vodio razgovore s Ergovićem u Kaštel Sućurcu o mogućoj prodaju "Cemexa Hrvatska" upravo "NEXE Grupi", koja je za kupovinu bila ozbiljno zainteresirana, te da je zbog svojih funkcija u "Cemexu" dobro upoznat s poslovanjem bivšeg poslodavca, posebice tržišnih odnosa i klijenata, uputili smo pitanje "Cemexovu" poslovodstvu je li, budući da je riječ o izravnom konkurentu na tržištu, Viloviću trebala suglasnost bivše tvrtke za zaposlenje u "NEXE-u".

Iz sućuračke direkcije kompanije dobili smo kratak odgovor:

- Zapošljavanje Velimira Vilovića u "NEXE Grupi" nije u izravnoj vezi s njegovim odlaskom iz "Cemexa". Gospodinu Viloviću želimo uspjeh u budućem radu.

To, istina, nismo pitali, a budući da već nemamo izravan odgovor jedino što možemo zaključiti jest - ako je Viloviću i trebala suglasnost, očigledno mu nije bio problem dobiti je.
