Odlukom Civilne zaštite Podstrana od petka je zatvoren parking u Strožancu, u sklopu šetnice Vladimira Vukovića Vate.

Zašto parking? Zato što je smješten tik uz more, pješčanu plažu te šetnicu u sklopu kojeg se nalazi i dječje igralište te tereni za odbojku. Od petka je sada sve zatvoreno.

U subotu ujutro pak, zatvara se i šetnica od ušća rijeke Žrnovnice do mosta na Korešnici, u duljini 1,5 kilometra.

- Tako je. Prisiljeni smo na takve poteze, pa znalo je na parkingu biti i po 70 automobila u isto vrijeme. Nema više, gotovo je do daljnjega, sve je na čekanju - kazao nam je Mladen Bartulović, načelnik općine Podstrana.

- Piju pivu i drugi alkohol, sjede po klupama, pojačaju glazbu iz automobila i galame, a mislim da nije u redu. Ne mogu to dopustiti. Meni je jasno da ljudima treba svježeg zraka, da su poznata okupljališta po Splitu zatvorena ali ne mogu dozvoliti da pola Splita sada šeta po općini Ne slušaju, grupiraju se, unatoč upozorenjima naših ljudi s terena.

I sam sam se koliko puta na svoje oči uvjerio što rade. E pa sada smo bili prisiljeni na ovakav potez, kazuje nam Bartulović.

Nisu oni zabranili ni trčanje, ni šetanje, ni guštanje po suncu, veli, sve stoji, ako ih je po dvoje, ali to su sada velike grupe, gdje socijalno distanciranje odmah 'pada u vodu'.

- Isto je i sa šetnicom uz rijeku Žrnovnicu. Bilo je dobro dok ih je bilo manje, no šetnica je uska, i sad zamislite po desetke grupica koje istovremenu šeću uz rijeku - pojašnjava.

Ljudi su se opustili, čini mi se, kaže.

- I ja volim otić na Rivu, pa isto sada tamo ne idem - kaže.

U svakom slučaju u subotu ujutro, već oko sedam sati kreće postavljanje barijera, građevinskih ograda uz jasno istaknuta upozorenja.

Općina Podstrana posljednje vrijeme ima pune ruke posla s nestašlucima građana.

- U Gornjoj Podstrani bilo ih je sigurno zadnjeg vikenda 200-tinjak. Morali smo u ponedjeljak, dan iza vikenda maknuti klupe, 16 klupa morali smo fizički skinuti i sakriti. Imamo pune ruke posla. Jednog vozača iz Splita nekidan u 8,30 ujutro nakon što je zaustavljen, kazao je kako mu je bilo dosadno. Jedan je otišao uz polje kraj rijeke pa izazvao požar.

Stalno neke akcije, ističe načelnik, gore im je sada nego prije pojave 'korone'.

Stvarno smo specifičan narod, temperamentni, 'živi' - ne znam kako bi se drugačije izrazio, kazao je.

- Ali ja svoje ne dam - zaključuje.

Blokade u Gornjoj Podstrani


Prije nekoliko dana postavili su blokade na protupožarni put u Gornjoj Podstrani koji ih spaja sa Općinom Dugi Rat i Krilom Jesenice. Put su naime pojedinci koristili kako bi prošli na teritorij susjedne Općine bez propusnice. 

Protupožarni put inače je pušten u funkciju prije nekoliko godina zbog hitnih službi.

-Policija je kontrolirala na magistrali, a ljudi su nonšalantno tamo prolazili - veli Bartulović.

Odlukom Civilne zaštite Podstrana od petka je zatvoren parking u Strožancu, u sklopu šetnice Vladimira Vukovića Vate.

Zašto parking? Zato što je smješten tik uz more, pješčanu plažu te šetnicu u sklopu kojeg se nalazi i dječje igralište te tereni za odbojku. Od petka je sada sve zatvoreno.

U subotu ujutro pak, zatvara se i šetnica od ušća rijeke Žrnovnice do mosta na Korešnici, u duljini 1,5 kilometra.

- Tako je. Prisiljeni smo na takve poteze, pa znalo je na parkingu biti i po 70 automobila u isto vrijeme. Nema više, gotovo je do daljnjega, sve je na čekanju - kazao nam je Mladen Bartulović, načelnik općine Podstrana.

- Piju pivu i drugi alkohol, sjede po klupama, pojačaju glazbu iz automobila i galame, a mislim da nije u redu. Ne mogu to dopustiti. Meni je jasno da ljudima treba svježeg zraka, da su poznata okupljališta po Splitu zatvorena ali ne mogu dozvoliti da pola Splita sada šeta po općini Ne slušaju, grupiraju se, unatoč upozorenjima naših ljudi s terena.

I sam sam se koliko puta na svoje oči uvjerio što rade. E pa sada smo bili prisiljeni na ovakav potez, kazuje nam Bartulović.

Nisu oni zabranili ni trčanje, ni šetanje, ni guštanje po suncu, veli, sve stoji, ako ih je po dvoje, ali to su sada velike grupe, gdje socijalno distanciranje odmah 'pada u vodu'.

- Isto je i sa šetnicom uz rijeku Žrnovnicu. Bilo je dobro dok ih je bilo manje, no šetnica je uska, i sad zamislite po desetke grupica koje istovremenu šeću uz rijeku - pojašnjava.

Ljudi su se opustili, čini mi se, kaže.

- I ja volim otić na Rivu, pa isto sada tamo ne idem - kaže.

U svakom slučaju u subotu ujutro, već oko sedam sati kreće postavljanje barijera, građevinskih ograda uz jasno istaknuta upozorenja.

Općina Podstrana posljednje vrijeme ima pune ruke posla s nestašlucima građana.

- U Gornjoj Podstrani bilo ih je sigurno zadnjeg vikenda 200-tinjak. Morali smo u ponedjeljak, dan iza vikenda maknuti klupe, 16 klupa morali smo fizički skinuti i sakriti. Imamo pune ruke posla. Jednog vozača iz Splita nekidan u 8,30 ujutro nakon što je zaustavljen, kazao je kako mu je bilo dosadno. Jedan je otišao uz polje kraj rijeke pa izazvao požar.

Stalno neke akcije, ističe načelnik, gore im je sada nego prije pojave 'korone'.

Stvarno smo specifičan narod, temperamentni, 'živi' - ne znam kako bi se drugačije izrazio, kazao je.

- Ali ja svoje ne dam - zaključuje.

Blokade u Gornjoj Podstrani


Prije nekoliko dana postavili su blokade na protupožarni put u Gornjoj Podstrani koji ih spaja sa Općinom Dugi Rat i Krilom Jesenice. Put su naime pojedinci koristili kako bi prošli na teritorij susjedne Općine bez propusnice. 

Protupožarni put inače je pušten u funkciju prije nekoliko godina zbog hitnih službi.

-Policija je kontrolirala na magistrali, a ljudi su nonšalantno tamo prolazili - veli Bartulović.
